It's a fantastic place as an attraction spot.

Don't be scared just go for it. What a fantastic facility. We could only dream of having that in Ireland. We got the metro and walked a little bit.

Kids enjoyed it very much

The service was excellent. Almost all the staff spoke English. I'm quite overweight, 105 kg, and they had my size. The locker didn't have a Chinese number, so the staff created one for me. When I was leaving, I just called the staff member who opened it for me, and they came to open it for me. It was very cold inside, so gloves and a hat are highly recommended.

Honestly, a really fun experience — especially for beginners or for anyone who wants to build more confidence before going to a real ski resort. There is an area that is mainly designed for beginners, so the atmosphere feels much less intimidating and more relaxed. It’s a good way to practice basic movements, improve balance, and get familiar with the equipment in a controlled environment. Of course it’s different from real mountains and real snow, but still a surprisingly useful (and fun) option in a city like Shanghai.
