The condo is on the quieter north end of the beach. The condo is just a few steps to the ocean with the beautiful Freeman Park beach just one block away. There is a private patio overlooking the pool. Just a three minute walk to a High Tide Lounge & Tiki Bar, where there is always something fun going on. There is a king size bed with plenty of pillows and a brand new pull out couch bed. There are also towels and a closet full of beach supplies you can use. Linens are included. The duplex is divided into two sides. Southern Belle only shares a wall with the other side - otherwise the fenced back yard and entry are private. There are 17 steps from the fenced patio up to the entry door. This amazing property features 2 cozy bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, roku TV, a washing machine/dryer, and fenced yard for your furry friend. The living room with a comfy sofa bed provides additional space for a guest. Our fully stocked kitchen allows for meals in, or enjoy the many delicious restaurants right on the island. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean and spend the evening under the string lights in adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Downstairs next to patio is a closet stocked with chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and a wagon to enjoy on the sand. A propane grill and patio table with 4 chairs allow for outdoor dining. Unit 1CThis renovated oceanfront condo is literally just steps away from the beach-access or from the complex's private saltwater pool. After having a fun day out in the sun, you can sit and relax on the deck with views of the dunes as you listen to the waves. This end-unit is located on the first floor right by your parking spot. This is perfect for those with mobility issues or those who prefer not to carry luggage, groceries or beach equipment up several flights of stairs at the end of a long day. This unit is situated in an excellent location in Carolina Beach as it is just across the street from a coffee shop/ cafe and market (North End Cafe to-go) and just a short walk (<1 mile ) to several other destinations like Nollie's Tacos, SeaWitch Tiki Bar, the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and the Boardwalk!!—Property includes—1st bedroom with king bed and private bath (with standup shower)2nd bedroom includes queen bed and twin bunk beds with hall bath (with tub/shower combination) Living room includes a queen sleeper-sofaKitchen with new stainless steel appliancesNo smoking is permitted in this unit No pets allowed. Welcome to Ocean Oasis! Spend your time at Carolina Beach in an oceanfront duplex with an extraordinary deck overlooking the ocean. This unit is on one level.Also check out our other unit on VRBO 3830440.Amazing, unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and ocean will take your breath away. First renting in 2024, everything is almost new in this exceptionally appointed unit. You will have the entire top floor (two flights up but there is the elevator) in this 2 unit house. If you don’t spend all your time on the beach, the rest of the time will be spent on the huge deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy meals at the dining table on the deck, or hang out, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the waves from two pairs of comfy chairs. The gathering room features two sofas and a chair that are perfect for relaxing and socializing. We have a selection of books, games, and DVDs/Blu-rays for all ages. The wall-mounted TV tilts and turns for better viewing for everyone. We installed a water softener system to make for much more enjoyable showers. The kitchen has a separate faucet set up with a reverse osmosis water dispenser giving you delicious water to drink and use in your cooking. The fridge is also connected to this system. No need to bring cases or gallons of water. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are dishes, flatware, cookware, knife set and the all-important wine glasses. There is a multi-cup Keurig (bring your k-cups), regular coffee pot (we supply filters), electric tea kettle and toaster. There is also a blender to make your frozen margaritas and a hand mixer if you need one. We provide some cooking essentials, so you don’t have to bring your whole kitchen with you. There is salt and pepper, cooking oils and an assortment of herbs and spices. We also provide foil, baggies, etc. The dining table has seating for six, There are 4 chairs and a bench, comfortable for everyone to dine together or play games.There are high quality towels and linens for all the beds/bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have smart TVs and black out window treatments so you can sleep in. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. In addition, we provide a starter set of dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent sheets and dryer sheets. Smart locks allow you to arrive any time after the standard entry time. You have your own code and you don’t have to worry about carrying keys with you.Each unit has parking for 3 cars, no worries there. The outdoor storage unit has beach chairs and a beach canopy. Bring your beach towels and toys! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand.The Carolina Beach boardwalk is about a mile north and the Kure Beach pier is a mile south. The Tiki Bar is a few hundred yards away for your afternoon beverage delight or lunch on the beach. There are within walking distance.Come and spend your Carolina Beach getaway at Ocean Oasis. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we book only weekly from Saturday to Saturday . The rest of the year is flexible with 2-4 day minimums depending on the time of year.For security purposes, there is a camera in the carport, at the rear corner near beach storage rooms and at the rear corner monitoring the beach walkway.Please note: the property is strictly non-smoking; there is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit, around the decks nor anywhere on the complex property.
