I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and many aspects of the hotel were excellent—especially the cleansing products provided, which were of very good quality and much appreciated. However, as someone with sensitive skin, I am particularly affected by dust mites. During my stay, I noticed that the carpet in the room may not have been thoroughly vacuumed, which caused significant skin irritation and discomfort. I kindly suggest that the hotel could improve its vacuuming and cleaning standards, especially for carpets, to ensure a more comfortable environment for guests with allergies or sensitive skin.

Seriously, folks, choosing this hotel for our honeymoon was the best decision ever! 😭 From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely captivated by the Nordic aesthetic and thoughtful touches. 📍The location is right near the Central Station. We could walk there in just a few minutes with our luggage, which is super friendly for travelers. But the biggest surprise wasn't the convenience; it was the 'youthful vibe' that permeated the entire place. 🛏️Since it was our honeymoon, the hotel upgraded us directly to a suite! Anyone who's stayed in Europe knows rooms are generally on the smaller side, but the space and bed size in this suite were truly generous. We could literally dance around the room! 🎨The decor was textbook Nordic style – minimalist but not cold. Every detail was aesthetically pleasing, and every snap looked like it came straight out of a home decor magazine. It was stylish and sophisticated. 🛁The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The bathtub and shower were separate, which deserves a special shout-out. After walking 20,000 steps exploring Copenhagen during the day, coming back to a relaxing bath in the evening really elevated the honeymoon experience! 🧖‍♀️ 📸And now for the detail that truly touched me the most – the hotel actually provided us with an instant camera (Polaroid) to use!! They said we could take as many photos as we wanted, and they just needed one for their keepsake. I thought it was just for their archives, but it turns out they display guests' photos in the elevator! Seeing a wall full of smiling faces from all over the world when we went to press the elevator button... how do I describe that feeling? It was like being embraced by a warm community. Our own photos became a part of that wall, and it was truly so innovative! 💛 I've stayed in so many hotels while traveling, but the ones that put thought into these little details are the ones you truly remember for a long time.

The hotel is a bit old but very clean. The gym is a bit basic, but it has all the necessary equipment. The breakfast was quite good, and Nordic ingredients are always excellent. Stayed at Copenhagen Island Hotel during my trip to Copenhagen. The hotel has a great waterfront location and the rooms are modern and comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the train station and shopping area, making it easy to get around the city. However, one downside during my stay was that the tap water in the bathroom appeared yellowish. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable using the bathtub at all. Aside from that, the stay was generally fine and the location is definitely a plus.

Wakeup Copenhagen - Carsten Niebuhrs Gade: After a nightmare stay at City Hotel Nebo (Istedgade 6, 1650 København V, Denmark) where I couldn't sleep and my skin was itching due to dirty conditions including hair in the sink and no hygiene products available, Wakeup Copenhagen was my salvation. Immaculate cleanliness, modern minimalist room on 8th floor with marvelous city view, comfortable bed where I finally slept after 48 hours of exhaustion, clean shower with good water pressure, good quality breakfast, very good reception lobby, perfect location near Dybbølsbro Station (500m) and easy access to Copenhagen Bus Terminal for my FlixBus, excellent value at €62-70. Rating: 9/10. Compared to City Hotel Nebo (-3/10), this was heaven. The contrast was shocking - from dirty and uncomfortable to clean, modern, and peaceful. This hotel saved my trip and gave me the rest I needed to enjoy my last day in Copenhagen. Absolutely recommended for solo travelers who value cleanliness! Thank you Trip.com and Wakeup Copenhagen! 🙏

This hotel is super conveniently located near the City Hall Square, making it easy to get around whether by train, subway, or on foot to attractions and shopping streets. The rooms are small but lovely, and very clean, perfect for short trips where you just need a place to rest. The hotel lobby, lounge, dining, and bar areas are all on the top floor, offering great views of the square. Guests can also store their luggage for free, which is a huge plus.

We had a lovely stay at Admiral Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, although a few amenities were missing. The hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure stays, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. We especially enjoyed renting bikes from the hotel, which made getting around both fun and convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist.

Quite a number of scenic spots are quite close to the hotel. Cost value of the buffet breakfast is great which costs only DDK$69 when compared of the food bought from restaurant outside. Lots of activities are offered by the hotel which esp suit for the youngsters.

You can take the light rail directly from the airport, transfer once, and then walk to the hotel. There's also a ferry nearby, and the day pass is a good value. However, there aren't many supermarkets or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The location is convenient for connecting to the cruise terminal. After checking out, you can self-store your luggage for free, but it requires using your phone. The room isn't very spacious; you'll need to move the table and chairs to open a 28-inch suitcase.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the front desk service was impeccable. They were very friendly and assisted me with everything, especially Santiago and Jonas. The hotel has a great location and the area is quiet. The breakfast offered is good, and you can freely help yourself to water, coffee, or herbal teas. They offer luggage storage where you can leave your bags after checking out. I stayed in a single room; although small, it was sufficient for me. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. My main issue was that the room got a lot of sun and there was no air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was perfect. If I return and my budget allows, I'd definitely stay again.

For this hotel booked through Trip.com , the main factors considered when booking are: 1. Four stars, 2. The room is big enough (more than 20 square meters), 3. The location is good (especially close to the subway station), 4. The score should be more than 4.2. 5. Can be cancelled for free (in case of sudden ** situation needs to change the itinerary). According to the above conditions, I chose Hotel Bella Grande. I thought that booking a foreign hotel must be cheaper, but in fact, I chose the co-cheng (this trip to northern Europe booked eight hotels, and the price of the co-cheng was more competitive). Actual stay experience: 1. The hotel's service is very good. After placing the order, I received an email from the hotel to express the welcome and ask what special needs are there? I replied that I hope there is a kettle and desk in the room, and the hotel has implemented it. The staff at the front desk at check-in were very friendly and welcoming and made people feel very comfortable. It rained the second day of our stay and the hotel front desk provided us with two umbrellas. 2. The location is very good. The hotel is located next to the City Hall Square. It is a two-minute walk from the M3/M4 subway station. It is very convenient to go to the airport and various attractions. 3. Room facilities are OK, in line with expectations. 4. The hotel's breakfast was good. The fly in the ointment was that there was no vegetables. After staying for four days, there was no change in breakfast. 5. WiFi is very good. In short, the stay experience is satisfactory.

Charming boutique hotel which could use rugs with the thin floors & thicker windows since the courtyard echoes so if you are sensitive to noise, this one might not be for you. Staff was wonderful especially when my upstairs neighbor was thumping around from 2 am on, after an hour I asked the night receptionist to please help, he did immediately and found that person was in crutches and checking out at 3:30 am. It was not the hotel's fault but rugs could have helped and the noise wouldn't have woke me out of a deep sleep. Absolutely loved the staff. Very comfortable bed but the true superstar of this hotel is the heated floors in the bathroom. Extremely spacious compared to other hotels in this price range.

This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

The room was tiny, old, and there was nowhere to put my luggage. The hotel entrance had steps, which made it very inconvenient to carry my bags up myself. The elevator in the side building was extremely small and old. When I checked out, the elevator wasn't working, so I had to carry my luggage down from the second floor. The carpet in the hotel hallway was so old it smelled. The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service was quick and helpful with luggage storage. Facilities: A blend of modern and classic, grand and up to the standard of a branded hotel. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Generally good. The parking lot is large and convenient, though the fees are a bit high. Service: Both the front desk and room service were excellent, warm and attentive. Location: While not in the main city center, it's very close to both the subway and train station, about a 10-minute walk, making it convenient for reaching major attractions. The hygiene is good. The location is good, quiet yet prosperous, about 10 minutes walk to the subway station, very close to the Mermaid Statue, and the New Port is right next to it. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful. The room was huge, especially the huge shower which was great. The room had two TVs and a reasonable amount of two luggage racks (many hotels only have one). Front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel has a store, and there are convenience stores and restaurants opposite. The hotel has lockers, so you can leave your luggage in the hotel if you arrive early or leave late, which is a good facility. Due to a late flight, we requested a 3-hour delay in check-out, which was only charged 200 yuan, which was acceptable. It's a little short, there's no electric kettle, and the water power is weak. The room has a small space for hanging clothes.

Because the passport was lost in the Netherlands, I did not stay at this hotel. . . Because the reservation is a non-cancellable room, so I have consulted the customer service of Ctrip with the attitude of trying it out. The customer service actively helps the communication. Because the time difference is still not answered when the phone is not available, I will send a text message to me at the first time. The hotel agreed to deduct the first night's room rate and the rest was refunded. It was really unexpected and happy! Saved me more than 10,000 yuan in losses! The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the window is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed watching the birds flying around. The hotel is within walking distance of several places of interest. The room is really very nice but the staff are another matter. Only a couple of the front desk staff are friendly and helpful while most are curt and unfriendly. The housekeeping team was always forgetting something. For example, fresh face towels were not given after the soiled ones were removed. Two bottles of hand soap were at the sink instead of one soap and one body lotion. The housekeeping staff also knocked on the door twice in the morning to check if they could clean the room. That happened 3 out of the 5 days I stayed with them. Even on the last day when I was going to check out, a housekeeping staff knocked on my door to ask if she could make up the room and I was going to leave the hotel for good in 2.5 hours. It was mind boggling why she could not wait till I had checked out from the hotel to make up or clean the room.

The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around.

Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

Kind staff, but cleanliness can be improve, 7-10 min walks to the central station where you can take trains and metro. Can take 5C bus from the airport (easier than taking train). Overall great at this price, just the cleanliness can be improve.

About 15min walk from copenhagen central station, room had a kettle which was good! the shower area was right beside the toilet door so the floor will still get wet despite the shower curtain but can be easily solve with a floor towel
