Overall excellent stay. The hospitality was really good. The property is beautiful and very tastefully done - retaining the vintage charm. The stay offers an excellent sunset and sunrise view. The last 600 m of the road is pretty bad and the hotel provides free pick up and drop in their 4x4 vehicle. The last 3 kms in the national park is slightly bad too and would need a car with good clearance - however the property is in constant touch and provides guidance and support as needed. Overall a great stay and would love to go again.

We stayed from 25th december to 27th december and opted for himalayan view room with breakfast and dinner and it was a nice decision. Great views of the mountains from the room. Beautiful view. There are only 13 rooms and they have dormitory also for the driver. Staff is good especially narendrajee. Food is very tasty and buffet was not there. U can order anything from the menu and they will give you. Food very very tasty. They provide heater also in the room of good quality. The best thing is bay window in the room. Overall excellent stay. 2 nights are enough to explore kausani. Not more than that. Highly recommended place for leisure travel.

I would like to rate my stay excellent. It is very easy to visit the local market as the hotel is located at the middle of almora city. Food we ate at the hotel was tasty and the service provided was good. Hot water was available all the time. Behavior of the staff was generous. Lift is also available. Room had a beautiful view of mountains. Two points on which hotel can work - one is tha blanket provided was heavy. If they can replace them by light blankets. And second is limited no of channels available on tv. Overall my stay was excellent. Thanks.

Worth the money. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is 2.5-3 km from the temple. I booked a family room which was quite big with 2 double beds and a balcony. Washroom was big as well. They have inhouse restaurant and the food of the restaurant was very good. Price might seem a bit high but the quality is good.

We stayed with family in family room location is ok, on main road, services was very good himself by rajivji and food was deicious in taste but they are lacking in hot water providing, no reception. Counter, no dinning hall etc hotel was under painting shree rajiv has many challenges to solve regards

Overall excellent stay. The hospitality was really good. The property is beautiful and very tastefully done - retaining the vintage charm. The stay offers an excellent sunset and sunrise view. The last 600 m of the road is pretty bad and the hotel provides free pick up and drop in their 4x4 vehicle. The last 3 kms in the national park is slightly bad too and would need a car with good clearance - however the property is in constant touch and provides guidance and support as needed. Overall a great stay and would love to go again.

The place is situated near to jageshwar temple around 20 min drive. The resort is well maintained, u can have some beautiful mountain views early mornings. The food & service is also good. Seamless check in process and helpful staff. Recommend for stays.

Mohan's binsar retreat is a secluded place for a few days stay away from the city of almora. Very close to kesar devi temple. I located the property through internet. Rooms are well furnished, neatly decorated, with lovely views of the valley. Amenities were excellent, services prompt. Food was of excellent quality, and hygiene maintained. Only drawback point is you cannot view himalayan peaks from your rooms

We stayed from 25th december to 27th december and opted for himalayan view room with breakfast and dinner and it was a nice decision. Great views of the mountains from the room. Beautiful view. There are only 13 rooms and they have dormitory also for the driver. Staff is good especially narendrajee. Food is very tasty and buffet was not there. U can order anything from the menu and they will give you. Food very very tasty. They provide heater also in the room of good quality. The best thing is bay window in the room. Overall excellent stay. 2 nights are enough to explore kausani. Not more than that. Highly recommended place for leisure travel.

During my stay at elphinstone inn, i was delighted to find my room both spacious and well-appointed. The generous space allowed for comfortable movement, and the tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to my experience. Moreover, the staff was incredibly generous and attentive, making me feel right at home. However, it was the breathtaking view from my window that truly stole the show. Gazing out, i was greeted by a picturesque landscape that seemed to stretch endlessly, with rolling hills and lush greenery as far as the eye could see. Each morning, i awoke to the soothing sight of nature's beauty, which made my stay at elphinstone inn truly unforgettable.

Location was very good. Food was good. Staff was very good and also service. But overall experience was not good. Poor Lighting was observed specially in the restaurant entry stairs. My wife had fallen and badly injured. All the stairs edges should be marked with florescent tape. Also First aid kit was not available , may be due to Holi. But Going forward these should be corrected , so other person will not face such issues in future. I am not raising complain ,should also take care compliance issue for all the registered hotel.
