Anonymous UserAnonymous UserI was here for 2night. And I didn't expect that they don't allow to cook, yes because they don't have stove and other cooking materials, that's why I was disappointed. And the TV was hard to open you need to have a patience to this, and for my 1day the heater is not working but when I message the owner they sent somebody to fixed and it works but only to the small shower not the main shower what i mean the big one.But that's fine. And since I was pregnant and I told them that it has a lot of roaches the cleaner want to spray something but I told him never mind. But over all it was ok.Guest UserGuest UserI used to ignore those play areas at hotels, thinking it was silly for hotels to have them until i became a mom and badly needed a designated space for my child to play. It was clean, safe, bright and colorful. Play areas attendants were kind enough to turn off the screen upon request since my child was alone when we went there.
Guest UserGuest UserI booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to Power Plant Mall, and it definitely delivered — it was just a short 5-minute drive away. The hotel itself was very hospitable, comfortable, clean, and efficient throughout my stay. Although I didn’t get the chance to try out the facilities, the overall experience was pleasant and hassle-free.
One thing I really appreciated was the service. On one morning when I couldn’t make it to breakfast, the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me instead, which was a thoughtful touch. The restaurant prices were also quite reasonable considering the convenience.
If I return to Manila in the future, this hotel would definitely be one of my top choices.
The only downside was that I had seen information stating the rooms came with a smart TV and Netflix access, but upon check-in, both the front desk and technician informed me this was no longer available. I ended up requesting an HDMI cable instead.Noi ChaNoi ChaThe location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
The property also has very strict security, which is reassuring and makes guests feel safe. However, the check-in process could be improved. Checking in at the front desk takes quite a long time because security does not validate guests in advance before they reach the reception. While I appreciate the emphasis on safety, the process could be made more efficient. Time is valuable, and a streamlined check-in experience would greatly enhance the overall guest experience without compromising security.
In general, I enjoyed. We had massage and too many choices to eat.

Also they have this written in tooms as terms and conditions and not advertised online(if would have been I would’ve booked different). Pool was ok, mall shopping area close by and 7/11 at the entrance. They also had no drink in the room rule also not advertised online. Complete misleading on trip and online or abusive management.
