Location is good. Especially if you are attending events being held in SM Megamall's Megatrade Halls. Cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom area of the room needs improvement. I saw some cockroaches roaming on the sink and in the bathroom walls.

I had a Bad experience with this Hotel, I reported that somebody stole some of the expensive chocolates in my backpak bag that i put inside the cabinet that is intended to be my pasalubong(gift) to my grandkids. I reported the matter to the front desk and the management made a investigation. When I checked out and the manager told me that what the found out in their investigation that me and the room attendant was the only one that goes in and out of the room then absolutely I now know that the room attendant was the one who took the chocolates in my backpak bag, but management concluded that I was lying and their room attendant did not steal the chocolates. They support their employees the don’t believe on their clients. They think I am the lier not their room attendant.
