Extremely convenient, it's right above Exit 3 of Haeundae Subway Station~ They gave me a high floor, and there was no strange smell in the room. The room size was acceptable. The only downside was the early 11 AM check-out, but thankfully, luggage storage was free~ Right downstairs is Haeundae Walking Street, with lots of restaurants, but be careful of tourist traps (especially seafood hot pots, the seafood freshness is questionable). It's less than a ten-minute walk to the beach~ It seems like people from all over the world gather here! It's a twenty-minute walk to Mipo Station for the Beach Train, and to get to The Bay 101, just head towards the Westin and walk along the beach~

I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Busan. I absolutely loved the location; it's right on Haeundae Walking Street. When you open the curtains, you're greeted by the beautiful Haeundae Beach, and downstairs are the walking street and night market, with endless delicious food options. The hotel is not far from Subway Line 2, about a 10-minute walk, and there's an airport limousine bus stop right downstairs, making direct travel to the airport very convenient. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. There's a Starbucks and Emart on the 4th floor, which is very convenient for breakfast. The Mipo Station for the Capsule Train is within walking distance, and it's also very close to the outlet mall. I loved it and am very satisfied!

We had a wonderful stay at the Arban Hotel in Busan. Situated right in the heart of Seomyeon, the hotel is surrounded by endless options for dining, shopping, and convenience stores. It’s just a short walk to the subway station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. A special shoutout to the front desk team! Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with a smile, making our check-in and stay seamless. The Deluxe Room was spacious - plenty of room to unpack and move around comfortably. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

The original Hilton Busan had excellent facilities. The twin beds were huge, either 1.2 or 1.5 meters each. There were also many swimming pools. On the day we visited, Busan was experiencing its hottest summer in 122 years at 38 degrees Celsius, but it also brought the most beautiful sunset. It was quite cool at night though! The buffet dinner, while a bit pricey, was made with quality ingredients! The hotel is a bit far from Busan city center, but the hotel itself is like a small town where you can find food and drinks.

The location is great, right above Songdo Beach, though unfortunately, Songdo Beach was closed during my stay. It's a bit of a walk to the bus stop, and about 20 minutes to the subway station, so transportation isn't super convenient. The room was clean and daily housekeeping was provided. Check-out is at 11 am, and there's an extra charge of 15,000 won if you want to check out at 12 pm. I stayed in a wall-view room, and there was no view at all when opening the window.

This is genuinely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I booked it for three nights. On the first day, I arrived at 11 PM to check in and found sand all over the sofa and bed. The room was large, but the bathroom was tiny, very Japanese-style. The toilet was so small that even my 9-year-old son complained about it. I reported it on the second day. The bed was made, but the sofa still had sand on it. Oh well... Throughout my entire stay, the front desk staff didn't crack a single smile. The positives were the washing machine, dryer, luggage storage, and breakfast. The location by the sea offered ocean views, but unfortunately, no sunrise or sunset views.

However, the public washing machines are old and weren't very clean. 🍽️ Dining: There are some restaurants nearby, but keep in mind that most of them close quite early. ⚠️ Critical Tip for ArrivalThe default Uber/Taxi destination address drops you off at the back of the hotel. You must explicitly instruct your driver to take you to the front main entrance. Otherwise, you will be left with a very long walk around the building while carrying your luggage.

The location is fantastic! It's super easy to find – just take exit 1 from Busan Station, turn left, and cross the street (it's behind Hotel Toyoko Inn). Downstairs, there's a convenience store, a coffee shop, the Busan City Tour Bus stop, a public bus stop, and even a local market with cheap street food and plenty of restaurants. We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable too. My only minor complaint is that there's only one washer/dryer on the 8th-floor rooftop. If you handwash, there's no place to hang clothes in the room, so you'd have to go up to the 8th floor for that.

The lunch here is surprisingly good and much more cost-effective than eating out, especially compared to a BBQ meal. The entire hotel looks very new and fresh, making it a pleasant stay. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, which made for a very comfortable experience. It's a bit far from the city center, but that has its advantages – it's incredibly quiet, perfect for a business trip. There are plenty of food options nearby; you can find everything just by walking around downstairs. I only had BBQ once in four days, but I explored the area multiple times. Service: Everyone greets you with 'Ari-ari-assayo.' The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but they all speak English. A lovely lady at the Chinese restaurant speaks excellent Chinese. Bed linen and towels were changed promptly. Overall, the service was great.

Got to be very careful when booking this hotel particularly. Certain type of rooms doesn't come with bath towel and only face towel. Cleanliness in question since we came across cockroache. Toilet and bath are separate and different corner across the room. Lots of adjustment need to be done since the hotel don't provide towel. Also, tooth brush & paste not included in the package and need to buy from vending machine provided at a few levels. However, we were accommodated with an upgrade due to intervention from trip.com. I need to thank both trip.com for their quick response and action and the hotel for the free upgrade(due to Cleanliness mentioned above). The photos shown in the hotel website are of certain type and floors and not across the hotel. Generally, I am very disappointed with this property.

A highlight is the beautiful view of the Gwangan Bridge from the room. I stayed here for a concert, and the price spiked to about double the normal rate. The lobby area feels a bit old and worn, though the staff are kind and responsive. Location is convenient for enjoying the beachfront area with restaurants and stores, but it can be quite loud at night when events are held on Gwangalli Beach. The hotel is about 600 meters from Gwangan Station (Line 2). Taxis are convenient, but rush-hour traffic can be heavy on the two-lane road in front of the hotel. There is a nearby corner convenience store for quick needs.

In my opinion, this hotel has the best location in Busan! It's situated at the end of the beach, so you get a full view of the entire coastline from the hotel. It's impossible not to fall in love with this view! The Camellia Island and the Korean Mermaid statue are right nearby. It's hard to find any downsides here; there simply aren't any. The room was spacious and large, everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to this specific hotel when I come back to Busan.

We were two adults and one child, three ladies in total, and stayed in a family room with one double bed and one single bed. The room matched the pictures and felt more spacious than expected. We stayed for two nights, and after coming back from our outing on the second day, the room was spotlessly clean. Downstairs, on the ground floor, there's a 24-hour E-Mart convenience store, so you don't even need to go outside. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The room was newly renovated, and the facilities and furniture were quite good. Toiletries like toothbrushes, shower caps, and slippers were provided. The shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were all from L'Occitane. The only minor flaw was the limited number of power outlets, and they were a bit loose. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍.

Location is great, Taxis were easy to get on Uber. The only negative of our stay was the visit to the sauna, which was an additional charge of 55000won, which is perfectly understandable. However, the sauna was really really old and dirty, to the point of slimy. I was in there for about 20 minutes and left. It was a disappointment. Everything else was great.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. Had a fantastic stay! There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, accessible directly from the lobby, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Songjeong Beach is just across the road. The room was incredibly spacious, and the ocean view on a clear day was stunning. The cleaning staff came daily, and the room was always spotless. The front desk downstairs also provided excellent service. My only two minor complaints: 1. The soundproofing was genuinely poor. I could often hear my neighbors, and even in the hallway, I could hear into other rooms. Also, every morning and evening, there were very loud announcements from Songjeong Beach, starting around 8 AM. If you're sensitive to being woken up early, this is something to consider. 2. The location is a bit far from major attractions like the Sky Capsule train, but it's very close to a bus stop, so transportation wasn't a big issue. Overall, the good points definitely outweighed the bad, and I highly recommend it!

room was really huge and spacious. supreme location, can see half view of the ocean and right at the beach. decent service. has a kitchenette, wardrobe, fridge, stovetop, etc. beds were comfy enough. not too hard, and pillow is not too soft. what can be improved: - water pressure for the showerhead is quite weak. please change the water pressure to make it higher… - for some reason they keep giving tiny hotels by default and did not provide large bath towels. housekeeping keeps replenishing with ONLY small face towels. had to request from the reception every single time. it was quite puzzling why large bath towels were not automatically provided or replenished. it was a bit hard to find the entrance though… can be confused for seacloud hotel which is another hotel that’s connected to the same building. signage for suncloud hotel is not prominent enough and only in korean. to get to suncloud, u need to go up the building for seacloud, go to 4th floor which is seacloud’s reception, then walk to the other lift to get to 6th floor of the next building for the suncloud reception.

Although it's an apartment-style hotel, transfers and finding it aren't too difficult. Just tell them the hotel name downstairs, and they'll direct you to the check-in floor. If you need anything, email the administrator, and they'll reply and deliver within half an hour. Pros: The room space is very large and comfortable, the view is excellent, and it offers great value for money. It's very convenient for eating out and walking to the beach. You can even walk to the monorail. Cons: We booked a total of three rooms: an Ocean Suite (4 people), an Ocean Junior Suite (4 people), and an Ocean Panorama Suite (6 people). However, the 4-person rooms actually came with one double bed and one single bed, and the 6-person room had two double beds and one single bed, which felt a bit odd. Even more unacceptable was that bath towels weren't provided per person, but only one per room! Requesting extra towels also incurred an additional charge... Overall, though, the spaciousness and the view were big pluses, and I would still recommend it.

The sea view is absolutely beautiful, truly offering the joy of relaxing and gazing at the ocean. It's perfect for those who want to unwind and enjoy the sea, but not ideal for shoppers as it's quite a distance from the Seomyeon area. The room was very clean. There's a dedicated floor for female guests, requiring key card access in the elevator, which made me feel much safer. In the mornings, they offer a portable breakfast pack, including instant noodles, cereal, and milk. It's quite nice to sit in the lobby downstairs, enjoy the sea view, and slurp some noodles (). Now for the downsides: 1. If you're sensitive to room odors, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I was on the third floor, and there was a constant, unpleasant, unidentifiable smell in the room. 2. If you frequently use the restroom or prioritize a good bathroom, you might want to reconsider. The toilet is tiny, really tiny. Your knees will practically be touching the door when you're sitting on the toilet. 3. If you enjoy spending a lot of time in a hostel's common areas, you should weigh your options. You can't eat in the rooms (which is understandable, as cleaning would be tough), but the downstairs lobby isn't open all the time. Around 11 PM, guests are no longer allowed to be in the lobby, so lingering there to watch the sea isn't really an option. Communication: There are staff members who speak excellent English. Even if both parties aren't very proficient in English, you can still communicate using a translator. Everyone is generally very patient and will wait for you to type, so there's no need to worry much about that. Other tips: There are often missionaries by the sea. I was just sitting on the beach, zoning out, and two different people approached me with books in a short span of time. It's something to be aware of. If you really don't know how to refuse, you can just look at them blankly, unmoved by whatever they say in English or Korean, and then offer an apologetic smile. (I swear I've perfected my 'foreigner playing dumb' act!) Usually, at this point, they'll just smile quietly and walk away. From my own experience, foreign tourists seem to have a relatively high chance of being approached by missionaries.

This was my second stay at Pale de Cruz, and it was just as lovely as the first time! The view is amazing, and the space is large enough to comfortably accommodate six people. Everything was very easy and convenient.  they even provide free parking and have EV charging stations, which was a big plus. The only small issue was that the toilet water taps weren’t working very well. Other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

The hotel features well-maintained amenities and professional service, with its greatest perk being the seamless underground network for transit and shopping. I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location is quite good, very close to the cable car, but there were also many shortcomings. For example, when I asked to borrow an umbrella, the staff said that only one umbrella could be borrowed per room. There were three of us, so we needed two umbrellas. After a few minutes of communication, they finally agreed to lend us two, but also emphasized that if they were damaged, we would have to pay 10,000 Korean Won per umbrella. It's the first time I've encountered a five-star hotel that limits umbrellas and emphasizes compensation. I felt the service was a bit poor. There was a Chinese-speaking lady in the lobby whose service was very good; I'd like to commend her. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The hotel's sea view is nice, and the view from the bathtub is quite beautiful. The hotel provides toothbrushes and toothpaste, but even cotton swabs require payment. Only two bottles of drinking water were provided in the room, which felt quite stingy.

Last year, I stayed at Cove, and this time I decided to try the loft room out of curiosity. Villa is halfway up the mountain, and it's not as popular as Cove by the sea. The room itself is quite beautiful, with high ceilings and spaciousness, and the facilities are relatively new. The bed firmness was just right, but the pillows were too soft, so I ended up using a clean bath towel under the pillow to get some support. The biggest drawback of the loft is that going to the bathroom in the middle of the night is quite inconvenient; you have to go downstairs, and the up and down movement wakes you up halfway. The food was decent, but you could only order set meals, and a two-person set was 500+. Overall, it's pretty good and worth experiencing for one night, but Cove still offers better value for money.

I don't know if it was just bad luck for me, but on the first day, at 9 AM, I heard some service speaking a lot of Korean that I couldn't understand. The second day was fine, no disturbances. But on the third day, it was wild – at 7 AM, someone said the alarm was triggered, and staff came to the door, but I didn't open it! They did apologize sincerely in the end. Maybe we were just staying too high up.

I took the KTX from Seoul to Busan Station, and the hotel was just a few hundred meters away. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including an authentic pork soup and rice restaurant and a great BBQ place. There's also a convenience store right downstairs! It's about a 20-minute walk to Lotte Department Store and Jagalchi Market, which is a nice stroll, or you can take the subway. The only downside is that you need to transfer lines to get to Haeundae. The room was quite spacious, and the service was excellent. When I reported noise in my original room, they upgraded me to a family suite for the last night. The harbor view was a bonus – I even got to watch the sunrise over the harbor from my room!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Foret Premier Nampo. The location is excellent, with easy access thanks to being situated between two metro stations. There are also several bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to reach practically any part of Busan. Just a short walk to the right of the hotel, you will find BIFF Square, with a fantastic variety of Korean street food stalls where you can enjoy traditional dishes at unbeatable prices. Jagalchi Market is also very close by. If you prefer restaurants, the area offers an enormous choice of dining options, with something to suit every budget. There is also a mall about a 15-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and useful services at reasonable prices. Regarding the rooms, despite having carpeted floors, they were clean and well maintained. The extra bed was quite small, and we found the mattresses a little firm, although this is obviously a matter of personal preference. The reception staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. We also contacted the hotel after checking out to ask them to check the room for some items we had accidentally left behind. They were extremely kind and helpful in their response and in finding a solution. Overall, a very convenient hotel in an excellent location for exploring Busan. We would happily stay here again.

The location is right in front of Busan Station. If you arrive by KTX, just exit from gate 9 or 10 and follow the elevated walkway for about 7-8 minutes. It's also convenient for subway access. The only thing is that check-in and the rooms are in different entrances. Upon arrival, you'll need to go to the 2nd floor of Building B for check-in, then go down one floor and enter the building through the adjacent entrance. The two staff members had excellent service, and since it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the layout, they kindly directed us to the elevator, which was very thoughtful. Even though the hotel is large, it offers good privacy, as you need your room card to access everything. The room environment was excellent, very large and spacious; we were amazed as soon as we walked in. You can cook, and it's equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator. Plus, the sea view from the window was unbeatable, and there are two small supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy things. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Busan.

We were two adults and one child, three ladies in total, and stayed in a family room with one double bed and one single bed. The room matched the pictures and felt more spacious than expected. We stayed for two nights, and after coming back from our outing on the second day, the room was spotlessly clean. Downstairs, on the ground floor, there's a 24-hour E-Mart convenience store, so you don't even need to go outside. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The room was newly renovated, and the facilities and furniture were quite good. Toiletries like toothbrushes, shower caps, and slippers were provided. The shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap were all from L'Occitane. The only minor flaw was the limited number of power outlets, and they were a bit loose. Overall, we were very satisfied 👍.

The place is just right next to subway, very convenient for travel. Walking 5 more minutes is the Haeundae street with a lot of restaurants, convenient stores and Daiso & Olive Young. Walking down that street will be the beach area. Room is small, but provide a lot of needed utensils, microwave… The only downside of this place is the elevator could take very long to come if you are staying during peak season. Definitely will choose this place again if we come back to Busan.

The location is convenient with a 7-Eleven and fried chicken nearby. It's about a 5-minute walk to Lotte Department Store/Market, and the subway isn't far either. Food delivery also accurately reached us.
