The location of the hotel is excellent and the facilities are reasonable for a 4-star hotel. However, our overall experience was disappointing. Before our arrival, we were specifically told that early check-in would be available after 11:00 AM for an additional hourly charge. However, when we arrived, the staff told us that they did not offer this option at all and seemed completely unaware of it. Instead, they said we would have to pay for a full extra night, which was around 190,000 KRW. As a result, we had to book another hotel for just a few hours. The staff and overall service were not very good. There are also too few elevators for the size of the hotel, so we often had to wait a long time. Breakfast was average. The main positive point is the excellent location.

The location is fantastic, right by the sea, and there's a bustling commercial street downstairs. I even found a few pharmacies when I got sunburned! The hotel front desk staff were incredibly kind. I was originally just looking for a pharmacy, and when they heard, they enthusiastically went to help me find one. The room was also very comfortable, spacious, and came with water and slippers. It was also very clean. The only minor drawback was the elevators – there are only three for 16 floors. We were on the 16th floor, and when we were checking out during a busy period, it felt like the elevator stopped on almost every floor. This is my only complaint about this hotel.

The room and the hotel are great. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood not far from Seomyeon Central Station. There is a laundry room on the 6th floor but not free, and the terrace is open during the day. The only minor downside is that the hot tub isn't working, but other than that, everything else is great!

This really looks like a resort hotel. The front desk staff's English isn't great, and the location is a bit out of the way – there aren't even any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It's quite close to the Dongbusan outlet mall though. The entire hotel complex is very fancy and huge. The parking lot is massive and luxurious, but there are so many cars... Check-in is on the 10th floor, and there were no bellhops or any signs to guide us. After checking in, no one told us where our room was, they just gave me a map... It took us half an hour to find it, circling around the hotel. I didn't see any staff during that time, and I was getting pretty annoyed. The room itself is quite large, but both the room and public areas show clear signs of wear and tear (lots of dirty marks on the walls, poorly maintained). The view is great though; you can see the ocean from the balcony and even catch the sunrise, although the angle is a bit off :) What I found most unacceptable was that the body wash/shampoo was just soap. It lathered up incredibly slowly and barely produced any suds. With my normal length but somewhat thick hair, just getting it to lather took me 15 minutes! It seriously prolonged my shower time. A truly awful experience. If you don't mind these things or bring your own toiletries and just care about the view, then this place is for you – the scenery is unbeatable. But all in all, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a hotel that's all style and no substance.

This hotel is quite close to Busan Station, and it's easy to get there by taxi. The view is amazing, with the balcony directly facing the sea. A stroll along the nearby coastline in the evening is also very pleasant. There's a convenience store right downstairs, but it's often crowded. If you walk a bit further to the right, you'll find other convenience stores. We were very satisfied with our stay, it's just a shame our itinerary didn't allow us to spend more time at the hotel~

Booked 3 double suites with sea view. I thought the hotel was very near the beach and was thus expecting full view of Haeundae Beach. However, the sea and beach were blocked by buildings and were barely visible from the hotel windows. To be fair, the rooms were very big and the location made up for the shortfall. Came with a bedroom and a living area, balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, bathtub and comfortable bed. Conveniently located in front of Haeundae Station, which was also the meet-up point for our Busan local tour. Egg Drop was just next door. Busan Bada Sand store was right opposite. Walkable to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Market. Overall, a nice stay . Note: For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, the bus terminal had relocated further up (at a bus stop instead), so you will need to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel. For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, do note that the intercity bus terminal has shifted to a bus-stop further away, so you will need to walk distance to reach the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel TT Seomyeon. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to Seomyeon Station, shopping streets, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. It made exploring Busan very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping maintained the room well throughout our stay, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The facilities were well maintained, including reliable Wi-Fi, guest laundry facilities, and convenient on-site parking. The hotel offered excellent value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and a fantastic location. Overall, Hotel TT Seomyeon exceeded our expectations. Facilities: There's a gym available, and you can pay extra for breakfast and lunch. The lunch here is surprisingly good and much more cost-effective than eating out, especially compared to a BBQ meal. The entire hotel looks very new and fresh, making it a pleasant stay. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, which made for a very comfortable experience. It's a bit far from the city center, but that has its advantages – it's incredibly quiet, perfect for a business trip. There are plenty of food options nearby; you can find everything just by walking around downstairs. I only had BBQ once in four days, but I explored the area multiple times. Service: Everyone greets you with 'Ari-ari-assayo.' The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but they all speak English. A lovely lady at the Chinese restaurant speaks excellent Chinese. Bed linen and towels were changed promptly. Overall, the service was great.

The room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

Took the local bus from Incheon (5h+ ride) which put me near Jungdong station. The hotel was about a 10min walk away. Great location, closest bus stop is about a 2min walk away and easy to get to the rest of Busan. 5min walk to the beach. Haeundae station itself is about a 10min walk away, and so is the Haeundae Intercity bus stop. Haeundae market is about 5min away, so accessible but away from the crowds. My room had a sofa and desk and a toilet, separate from the shower. The hotel has a sauna with four pools, two lukewarm with massage functions and one hot and one cold pool. It also has two steam rooms and they offer massage and scrub services for a fee. Guests get complimentary access but you have to request the ticket at the reception and bring soap and shampoo when you use the sauna (also available for purchase at reception). Sauna is open until 9pm (8.20pm last entry) but the room also gets hot spring water piped to it. Toiletries are available for purchase from the vending machines (or just grab them from the nearest convenience store or Daiso) The washer/dryer in the hotel was fast (~45min each cycle) and dried my clothes very well. There's a sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't use it. There was no breakfast offered at the time I stayed.

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|15.52km from city center
This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay.

The location is fantastic, with Haeundae Beach right outside the window. You can walk straight down to the sand from the hotel. The room is a bit small, especially the bathroom, and the facilities are a little old. I was satisfied with cleanliness until the last day when I noticed that my sheets had what seemed like dried blood on them. Location is amazing but that’s also why it’s a popular choice for tourists. Getting an elevator from 8-10am and 6-8ish was rough. But loved the location! Service is average, nothing to complain about but nothing exceptional either which is not a bad thing at all. Pleased with the hotel amenities fitness centre but the room amenities seemed like it was setup with just the bare minimum. Would have been nice to have a larger mirror outside the bathroom or even have a light for the small mirror inside the cabinet. Fridge was very small - could not fit takeout containers without turning them sideways. Shampoo, conditioner and body products all seemed pretty cheaply made. Shampoo didn’t even foam up and conditioner felt no different than hand soap. We’re at a different hotel now and after using their products for one night my hair actually seems healthier than when I was back home.

This is undoubtedly the top choice for luxury stays in Haeundae, Busan. Our entire experience was perfect, and traveling with kids here filled us with happiness! The hotel building is an iconic sail-shaped glass structure. Stepping into the 30th-floor lobby, we were immediately captivated by the panoramic ocean views. The check-in staff were gentle and attentive, and their English communication was flawless. Upon learning we were traveling with children, they proactively offered kids' toiletries, a truly thoughtful detail. We booked a sea-view room, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the ocean and Gwangan Bridge. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and the stunning bridge nightscape. The room featured Park Hyatt's signature minimalist yet luxurious style, with hardwood floors and a spacious granite bathroom. The bathtub offered direct ocean views, making a soak while gazing at the sea the perfect cure for travel fatigue. The bedding was soft and quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our child's nap was undisturbed. The walk-in closet provided ample storage space for luggage and children's toys. The breakfast view was spectacular, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes. The Korean seafood porridge, freshly made omelets, and local pastries were all fresh and delicious. Dining by the window with ocean views created an amazing ambiance. The heated indoor pool was clean and uncrowded, with a comfortable water temperature, perfect for kids to enjoy. The gym was well-equipped, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is superb, right below the marina and yacht area. It's within walking distance to The Bay 101, and a short taxi ride to Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae Department Store, making it convenient for both shopping and beach visits. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes downstairs, so daily necessities are never an issue. For anniversaries or birthdays, they even offer a small cake and a handwritten card, showcasing their warm and meticulous service. The only minor drawback is that the room rates are higher during peak season, but the views, facilities, and service perfectly match the price. For those seeking high-quality sea-view accommodation and family vacations, I highly recommend Park Hyatt Busan. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Busan!

The location is great, with good subway and KTX access, but it's a bit far from Haeundae and Gwangalli. Facilities: Comprehensive. Toiletries need to be purchased from the vending machine on the first floor. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Very good. Simple and compact, which is nice. The double bed is indeed small, suitable for petite and slender individuals.

This hotel is located right above a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. They even provided an iron and ironing board, which was very useful. The TV offered Netflix and YouTube. The toiletries had a very pleasant scent. There's a washing machine on the balcony, though the area around it was a bit dusty, the inside of the machine itself was clean. The balcony also had a small drying rack. An Olive Young store is right next to the hotel, at the Haeundae street entrance, perfect for a pleasant evening stroll. The hotel offers luggage storage, but it's just left in the hallway without direct supervision, so I'd recommend keeping valuables with you. The elevators can be a bit slow during peak hours, but it's still acceptable.

Everything about this hotel was great, with the sole exception of the room size. Truly, it was all positives! Being a Japanese chain hotel, I expected the rooms to be small, but it was perfectly adequate for two people and didn't hinder our activities at all. The location is absolutely fantastic, incredibly close to the train station – literally just across the street. You can even see the train station from the hotel, and the tracks from our room. The staff were all wonderful. The front desk attendant was enthusiastic and attentive. The ladies in the second-floor breakfast restaurant were constantly greeting guests and thanking them. When we discovered the kettle in our room was broken, we called the front desk, and they immediately apologized. A staff member then promptly knocked on our door to deliver a brand-new, still-boxed kettle, again apologizing for the inconvenience. We were so grateful! There's also a self-service laundry machine on the first floor. When we first struggled to use it, a staff member came right over to show us how. This washing machine was amazing – shirts came out completely dry, perfectly spun, and incredibly crisp, without a single wrinkle. They looked as good as new, as if they'd just been ironed. This machine is truly magical. The breakfast on the second floor was also excellent. Even though it was busy every day, there were always empty seats, and the food variety changed daily, including some Korean specialties. We left breakfast feeling very full and satisfied. The location is convenient for getting anywhere; we could reach Nampo and Seomyeon by subway in no time. We had a perfect two days here and slept very comfortably. We messed up the room as soon as we checked in, so I didn't take any photos. All in all, this hotel is flawless, with no downsides except for the slightly small room.

My husband and I really liked the hotel. It’s in a great location—a 7- to 10-minute walk to the beach and about the same distance to the metro, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s a convenience store right inside the hotel building; I went there a few times at night for a snack. The hotel is on a quiet street, so we couldn’t hear any nighttime noise. The room was cozy, too, but I was on a lower floor with no view; the window was far from the bed, and it felt like I was in a dark room with no windows or doors. It took me a while to get used to the dimness on the first day. The only downside for me personally was the air conditioner, which blows directly onto the bed. Maybe it’s not like that in all rooms, but keep that in mind if you also catch a cold easily from the AC. The lovely housekeeping staff left bottles of water for me by the door to my room even though my ”Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging there. That was so kind of them, thank you

Highly recommend this place with great sea view! The hotel is very clean and in a perfect spot right next to the metro with only 2 mins away. The staff are great n very responsive whenever we had an issue. You definitely get your money's worth here with the great rooms and service. They also have a luggage storage area which made our last day so much easier. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, right by the beach. The room was spacious, I could lay my largest suitcase flat on the floor with plenty of room left, which is great for families with kids. The sea view from the room was stunning. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel, and the area is lively. The room itself was quiet, and the breakfast selection was pretty good. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom counter is too small, which isn't ideal for someone who needs space to do their makeup.

This is my third time staying in Haeundae, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway, and the stroll is pleasant with plenty of shops along the way. Both Haeundae Crossroad Station and Jung-dong Station are not far, and public transportation is convenient. The beach is also very close, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. The soundproofing is quite good. The room size is just right, and the bedding is comfortable. The water pressure isn't very stable, but the electronic closet is a nice touch. There's daily housekeeping with fresh towels and bottled water provided. The front desk staff are warm and polite, and they can speak some basic Chinese, with English communication being no problem. I booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast service, which is on the 26th floor. For Korea, the breakfast selection is quite extensive. Overall, I had a great experience, and the price was reasonable.

Great location and spacious room, actually an apartment equipped with the basics. Daily room cleaning is available upon request the night before, but sometimes the cleaners forgot to finish their work, e.g. they just left the rubbish bag without fixing to the bin. No utensils just 2 cups even the room is equipped with oven n cooking stove. Very good sound insulation even the hotel is located right next to the highways. Comfy bed. One thing to complain about is the hot water supply in the shower room is very unstable. Sometimes we get boiling hot water instantly, but sometimes it’s just room temperature water even though we left the tap opened for like at least 10min. Overall it’s good for value, except for the shower issue.
