First time staying at this hotel. Went during peak season and arrived quite early. Totally understand that they are full and checkin is only 3pm, it was clearly communicated to us when we arrived way before checkin time. However, I honestly felt there could be more empathy or kindness in their service. We were quite tired from our early flight and already walked around the area for hours to kill time before checkin. However when we tried to ask if there was any possibility of cleaned rooms at 1pm, staff was quite rude in saying “NO”. All they could say was a firm “NO”. They could have said something along the lines of, they can check and if there is any cleaned rooms there can be exceptions or offer to check us in whenever there are available room. I don’t even mind paying to checkin earlier but they refused to do anything except a rude no. We sat at their lobby to wait for checkin and many others had rude encounters with the front desk staff. However around 2-2:30pm, we saw several people who just arrived and managed to checkin. If they were able to check others who arrived after me in? It does mean that they are able to practice some leniency on the checkin timing if the rooms were ready. Which they have rudely rejected instead of offering. We sat there waiting, my husband even fell asleep in front of them and no staff approached us to give any care or concern. Other than the service, room was spacious and comfortable. Toilet door was slightly hard to close. Location is great, walking distance to the beach and also right beside the station. Super disappointing service experience from such a big hotel. Would never return considering the nasty service from such price.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The only downside was that the waiting time for the lifts could be quite long, especially during peak hours. One memorable (and slightly traumatic!) experience was encountering a flying cockroach while enjoying a drink on the outdoor terrace. It landed right on my shoulder 😱. It was definitely unpleasant, but since the terrace is an outdoor area, I understand that this is not something the hotel can fully control. I also noticed that the service standards seemed to have dropped compared to my previous visit in 2025. While the stay was still enjoyable overall, the level of service did not feel as attentive as before.

Amazing stay at Arban Hotel in Busan! The hotel is perfectly located, close to restaurants, cafés, shopping streets, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff and service were also outstanding, very professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for couples visiting Busan!

I really like the room. It had 2 beds and lots of space to have extra 1 bed if you have more then 2 guests. The washroom was very impresive because it was very big and well organized. Bathtub, shower boot and toilet was seperated. 2 sinks. So it was good for family or couple. I used the pool. I strongly recomend stay at Ananti even if you want to use swimming pool. It was absolutly worth it!!! I uesed the restaurent on 10th floor. It you reserve, you could enjoy delicious meal with wonderful view. I had stake and pasta. The stake was soft and yam yam yam. Oh! One more thing!! I could able to uae another swimming pool acrossfrom Ananti at cove. It was toally worth it.

Overall, it's pretty good, though the room is a bit small and there's no space to open a suitcase. It's very close to the beach, just across the street, and the views are beautiful. The C U convenience store downstairs is very handy (the lobby is on the 3rd floor; the 2nd floor has the lobby for another self-service hotel, which can be confusing).

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|11.63km from city center
Located in Haeundae, this hotel is right across the street from the beach. The subway station is about a 7-8 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby with connections to Gamcheon Culture Village (requires a transfer), Busan Station, and Jagalchi Market. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of Korean-style dishes that change daily, which is generally good (though the frozen fruit was a bit of a letdown). Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and it can get quite busy, so the elevators might take a while. Don't rush, just take your time. They also offer free luggage storage after check-out. Overall, it was a good experience – great location and excellent value for money.

This hotel is centrally located and next to metro station. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our stay coincide with the Busan Sand Festival. The event is within walking distance from our hotel. There are amazing large scale sand sculptures by international artists. There are many restaurants to choose from. The only setback with this hotel is there are only 4 lifts serving 42 floors. The waiting time can be more than 5 minutes. Suggest the hotel reprogram the lifts such that 2 lifts to serve 1 to 22nd floors and the other 2 lifts to serve certain lower floors and 23 to 42nd floors to reduce waiting time.

They did not provide any toiletries but that’s okay since i bring personal anyway. There’s also a gym that I used, which is quite functional for me. Check out time for me is 1pm maybe because of Trip.com privilege. Overall, a really pleasant stay in this hotel.

Nearest Exit Was Number 1 from KTX building. Crossed a small road then it will lead to Almond Hotel. I love the open concept - bathtub (especially best for couples) and family. It will be awkward if stay with friends or parents. The room is spacious and clean. It also has a standing corner where you can bath behind close door. The reception staff do not really know English. So u need to do some homework before travel to Korea. We find the breakfast is fine with us though not much choices. V simple. The tv is usable if you know how to navigate using the remote though it says no Hdmi.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing. Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh..... Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......

Overall, the hotel location, room cleaning service, etc. are good. However, the female staff at the reception are too businesslike, and even though I am Korean, I couldn't understand what they were saying because they were talking too fast. It seems that the hotelier's service spirit has disappeared. One male hotelier doesn't even greet guests in the lobby, but just wanders around and I don't know what he's doing. Took the local bus from Incheon (5h+ ride) which put me near Jungdong station. The hotel was about a 10min walk away. Great location, closest bus stop is about a 2min walk away and easy to get to the rest of Busan. 5min walk to the beach. Haeundae station itself is about a 10min walk away, and so is the Haeundae Intercity bus stop. Haeundae market is about 5min away, so accessible but away from the crowds. My room had a sofa and desk and a toilet, separate from the shower. The hotel has a sauna with four pools, two lukewarm with massage functions and one hot and one cold pool. It also has two steam rooms and they offer massage and scrub services for a fee. Guests get complimentary access but you have to request the ticket at the reception and bring soap and shampoo when you use the sauna (also available for purchase at reception). Sauna is open until 9pm (8.20pm last entry) but the room also gets hot spring water piped to it. Toiletries are available for purchase from the vending machines (or just grab them from the nearest convenience store or Daiso) The washer/dryer in the hotel was fast (~45min each cycle) and dried my clothes very well. There's a sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't use it. There was no breakfast offered at the time I stayed.

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|15.52km from city center
This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay.

Apart from the location and friendly + helpful front desk staff, there is really nothing great about the hotel. It's located within walking distance to Jagalchi Market + train station and Christmas Tree Festival venue. The room looks very run down, with peeling furniture, torn floor mat, reusable bed room slippers which look old, but room is very spacious and price is reasonable for such quality. The 1st room which I was checked in to was not cleaned properly. There was tissue on the floor and urine stain on the toilet cover. The room had a very strong damp smell as well. I was not confident that the bed sheet would be new so requested to change room. When I opened the door of the 2nd room, the room was not cleaned yet with messy bed sheet. There are two Wyndham hotels in Busan, and this one, Wyndham Grand, is the newest, located near Songdo Cable Car. Hotel rooms in Japan and Korea are generally on the smaller side, but the room I booked, with one double bed and one single bed, was actually quite spacious. The most amazing thing was that while it wasn't my first time staying in a sea-view room, it was my first time in a sea-view *and* bridge-view room. It felt like I was literally sleeping on the bridge! What's more, this busy bridge even has a pedestrian walkway. There's a dedicated path right next to it – Korean design is truly so user-friendly. The bathroom has a wet and dry area, and the bathtub faces the sea, offering a superb view! The toiletries are packaged inside a book, so exquisitely that you almost don't want to use them. The service upholds the high standards of Japanese and Korean hotels, always making you feel right at home. Because the room cleaning was a bit late, I also had afternoon tea at the bar on the 27th floor. Hotel guests get a discount, and while it wasn't huge, it was better than nothing. Finally, a friendly reminder: the hotel windows are sealed and cannot be opened. Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided with the toiletries. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM; even if you arrive early and there's an available room, you can't check in ahead of time unless you pay an extra fee.

Hotel Asti boasts an excellent location right next to Busan Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's close to popular spots like Gamcheon Culture Village and Songdo Cable Car. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable with fantastic views. You'll find plenty of restaurants nearby, including famous pork soup and rice establishments, and there are also many great dining options within Busan Station.

Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay. Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in. Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop. Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again.

Had a pleasant stay at Ramada Encore Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and decent for our stay. The location is excellent, especially for travelers catching an early train — our departure was at 5.30am, and the station was less than a 1-minute walk from the hotel, which was super convenient. Another plus point is that Chinatown is just opposite the hotel, with plenty of eateries and food options nearby. It’s also not far from Igidul-gil Coastal Walk and the famous 168 Steps, making it a great base for sightseeing in Busan.

The hotel room was renovated, so I didn't have high expectations. The customer service was also good, and the best thing in the room was a garment sanitizer. However, the cleanliness was subpar; the bathtub had some yellow stains. The sheets weren't very clean either, and I'm not sure if they were changed. The pillowcases were yellow, and there was hair on the sheets. It wasn't nearly as clean as the reviews claimed. Luckily, I always bring my own sheet set when I travel. Thankfully, the floors were wooden, so they weren't very dirty.

This hotel must be part of the same chain as the one I stayed at for my business trip last year, as they're right next to each other. The room is very spacious, and the best part is having a dryer, which makes laundry so convenient. The rooftop pool is decent, but a bit small. There aren't many dining options nearby; you have to head towards Haeundae subway station, which isn't too far.

They don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The front desk staff can speak Japanese, which makes communication easy. It's much cleaner than Korean hotels in the same price range, so I'd still highly recommend it, even though the location is a bit far from the subway station. You might consider other Toyoko Inn branches nearby.

Amenities The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities. While the room size for three persons is slightly compact, it is still cozy and functional enough for a pleasant stay. Location The surrounding area is relatively quiet with limited amenities nearby. However, it is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes away from both Lotte Mart and Nampo Station, making it easy to access shopping and public transport. Cleanliness The hotel is clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Housekeeping maintains a high standard throughout. Service (Special Mention) A special commendation goes to Mr. Park from the service staff. He was extremely helpful in assisting with booking a cab and handling luggage efficiently. His professionalism and resourcefulness truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall A clean and comfortable hotel with good service. Despite minor limitations in room size and nearby amenities, the excellent staff support—especially from Mr. Park—makes it a worthwhile stay in Busan.

Clean environment and room. Kind service from all. Will book once again if I go to Busan in the future :) For the cons, we’re not allowed to cook even there’s a induction cooker. And they don’t provide laundry detergent due to environmental protection awareness I guess?

The location and environment are excellent, very close to the beach. I happened to visit when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, so the streets were lined with them. If you walk further in, you can see even denser blossoms. I walked for over an hour in the morning and saw the most beautiful light purple cherry blossoms, which I was very satisfied with!
