Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. Thank you Ramada Encore

The hotel was nothing short of a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, my kids were reluctant to leave, iand by the end of our stay, they were begging to stay longer! The location is perfect, making it incredibly convenient to explore the beautiful surrounding sights. One of the highlights of our stay was the attentive and welcoming staff. Their hospitality truly stood out, and I must mention they were quite easy on the eyes too! The outdoor pool area was simply dreamy, and the hotel also boasts three indoor pools complete with jacuzzis, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Safety is always a priority, especially when traveling with children, and this hotel excelled in that regard. The presence of diligent and friendly lifeguards gave us peace of mind, allowing our kids to swim independently without any worry. In all honesty, there wasn't a single aspect of the hotel we could find fault with. It provided us with everything we could hope for in a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We found Arban Hotel last minute and so happy we canceled the other booked hotel after reading about positive reviews. The location is literally right in the middle of the shopping area and about no more than 5 mins walk to subway station. We booked 2 x double room for family of 2 x adults and 2 x teenagers. The rooms are nice, big and clean. Coin operated facilities are located on level 6 although there are only 2 x washers and 2 x dryers they are commercial so took about 30 mins to wash and another 30 mins to dry. It was just so centrally located and made it accessible to explore Busan

Ananti @Busan Cove is a must visit. Situated away from the bustling city but has everything you need. A 9/10 hour experience for me. Hoping to come back 😍 The hotel premises are very big. There are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, convenient store, book shop and gift shop on site. As well as a gym, swimming pools, and concierge The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Speaks English There is an outlet mall not far from the hotel so you can pick up some good brands at a discounted price. Note: there is a deposit paid when you arrive. This will be given back at checkout.

This seems a very new hotel. Quiet with nice ocean view. Breakfast area at level 20 comes with very nice view. There are cafes and resultant along the road. The little issue is we don't know how ro operate the aircond and heater which seems to be from the same machine. It seems as if it is centralized. Anyway, we are alright with this. There is no toothbrush and tooth paste provided due to certain policy in Busan. Worth to stay

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|11.63km from city center
This was my first time visiting Haeundae, and I chose to stay here during my ***** New Year trip to Busan. I booked the Toyoko Inn after looking at hotels early on. Since I was traveling solo, I picked a room with a larger bed but a smaller space. It offered excellent value for money, and breakfast was included. As I was out exploring all day and only really slept at the hotel, staying here for four nights was super convenient. My actual stay proved to be just as convenient as expected. Sunrise this time of year was at 7 AM. Every morning, I just had to walk five minutes, cross the street, and I was at the beach – perfect for watching the sunrise! Afterward, I'd head back to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. They served warm beef soup and tofu soup, alternating daily. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was high quality and really hit the spot. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including laundry (washers and dryers) and the restaurant, both on the first floor. Toiletries were also provided and available for self-service on the first floor. Some rooms even faced the sea, offering ocean views. I had requested a quiet room for a restful stay, and it was indeed very peaceful throughout my visit. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay in Busan.

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|11.89km from city center
Great location! Haeundae Station is conveniently located right below the hotel, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, with no issues. However, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we arrived around 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage, we were not greeted or welcomed. Instead, the first thing the staff (a trainee) said was, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” I had to ask him to check if our room might be ready and even offered my booking receipt. He reluctantly checked and then simply pointed to an area where we were expected to leave and tag our own luggage. Another issue was the lift situation. During peak times, especially around 11 a.m., we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a lift to leave the hotel. With only two lifts serving such a high-rise building (from the 18th to 42nd floor), it was quite inconvenient. Overall, while the location and amenities are excellent, the front desk service and elevator capacity need serious improvement.

Location: Had an emart right downstairs that did self checkout, a market about 5-10 mins away, a soup restaurant next door, CU across the street, a bus stop 5 mins away, and lastly subway about 10 minutes ish Service: I don't expect much, so it wasn't horrible. They weren't super friendly but it's not something I care about since service isn't a big thing in other countries as it is in the US. The hotel room was very nice and spacious as an American hotel room. The heater was great, no internet TV, and microwave was downstairs where the E-Mart was. There were some things left behind other people under the bed so that was the only gross part since I dropped something and looked for stuff. The bathroom was very nice. The thing that ****** most here was the laundry facility. It's only 2k won in cash and it didn't dry our clothes properly even though we left it drying for 3 hours. It was just a hassle going up and down to check on it often to make sure it was doing it properly.

KTX Busan Station Busan|0.16km from city center
Our family of three booked a family room. The most convenient aspect of staying at this hotel is its excellent transportation links. It's about a 10-minute walk from Busan Station exit, and there are plenty of taxis nearby. For our next leg of the trip to Seoul, getting from the hotel to Busan Station entrance only took about 5 minutes. You can take a bus or a taxi to tourist attractions, so getting around is truly convenient. The room had heated floors, which made it very warm and comfortable, but the breakfast was just so-so. There's a 24-hour E-Mart supermarket right next to the hotel, and a Starbucks and CU convenience store nearby as well.

The hotel room was amazing. Clean and super spacious. The bed was very comfortable and everything was great. It has a plus point that there’s a convenience store on the first floor. However, I was surprised that we have to pay 30,000 krw per person for the usage of swimming pool and when we requested for some items to the reception we had to walk down to the reception. However, the room itself, I was very happy with the stay.

Check in process is straightforward but can be long queue during peak hour. Same as checkout

Busan|12.27km from city center
It was the beginning of a fun trip to Busan. If you don't include hot springs in your itinerary in Busan, it's not a close distance that you have to go to. It's the most inland area in Busan. I wanted to rest my tired body from everyday life and start my schedule in Busan, so I booked a 5-star hotel 'Nongshim Hotel' located in the Dongrae Hot Spring area on the first day to take a hot spring bath. The room I used was a modern deluxe room (a room that had been remodeled), and as a special benefit for guests, I was given a voucher for 2 people to use the large hot spring bath called 'Heosimcheong'. You can receive it when you check in, and you can use it until 2 PM on the day of check-out. The fact that there is hot spring water in the bathroom in the room means that you can take a hot spring bath even if you don't go to the large bath! Even though there was no special view, when you entered the room where every nook and cranny was cleaned to the very bottom of the bed, you could definitely feel the 5-star feeling, and when you looked at the small details (ex. mosquito repellent provided, etc.), you could feel that the meticulous management and maintenance were consistently carried out enough to compensate for the long years of use, so it was a hotel where you could enjoy a comfortable rest. There is not only a space to unpack your luggage, but also a table with enough space for two people to eat by having food delivered or packed. If you are planning a hot spring rest in Dongrae, Busan, I strongly recommend Hotel Nongshim!

Location and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room. The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.

Overall, I'm satisfied with everything. However, there's one thing I hope you can improve: **Indoor pool water temperature:** It's too cold. Even if it's considered lukewarm water (28 degrees Celsius), the temperature needs to be higher in winter. The guide states that the temperature can't be adjusted beyond 28 degrees, but when I asked the front desk, they just kept repeating that they'd set it to the highest temperature possible, as it warms up gradually. But the temperature simply didn't go up. While the facilities are nice and it's not unusable, I can't understand why they would build it and then rent out rooms with such a cold pool temperature. In winter, the temperature should be raised to at least 33 degrees Celsius.

Toyoko Inn Busan Station No.1 is conveniently located right across the street from Busan Station, so the location really couldn’t be better. There are also self-service luggage lockers in the lobby on the first floor; guests can ask the front desk for the access code. This time I stayed in a double room with one bed. To be honest, it felt quite small if you're group of two, but considering the price, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on the morning of checkout, there was an issue where only hot water was available and no cold water, which was a bit disappointing.

I really like this hotel. The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes. there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan. The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop. The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development. the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well. I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at the property.  The staff were exceptional, Paul Do handled our requests professionally and showed signs of genuine care which we appreciated.  The facilities are a bit dated, however they have done a great job maintaining the high standards.  The food options could be improved as the breakfast menu remains the same day in and day out and over a course of 5 days and 4 nights the food becomes uninspiring.

Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan.

The soundproofing was great, and the concierge service was very enthusiastic. The room was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. There are convenient stores, BHC fried chicken, Samgyetang, and Olive Young nearby. It faces the bridge directly, and you can even see the Saturday night light show. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the yacht marina. The only downside is that you need to put on the 'make up room' light for housekeeping, otherwise, the room won't be cleaned even if you return at 3 PM. If you put on the light, it gets cleaned promptly. The pillows are quite soft; I asked for a firm pillow but received a regular one. The breakfast service was good, but it wasn't to my taste.

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|12.68km from city center
First, let's address the issue of Chinese passports being assigned lower-floor rooms: This time, after requesting a high-floor room in my Ctrip reservation, I was given the 17th floor. I don't know if the issue of discrimination against Chinese passports is so prominent that Ctrip has even specifically discussed it, but anyway, I didn't experience it this time! So for those who were avoiding this hotel because of that, you can bravely try it again! The hotel's hygiene and service are impeccable, and I think they completely match the hotel's positioning. There was even a special performance in the lobby during Christmas, creating a great atmosphere. The bedding and towels are all Frette, very comfortable! The hotel's location goes without saying; it's right next to the Mipo railway station. If your main goal is to see the sea, it's very convenient. Most of the main attractions in Haeundae are within walking distance, and the sea view is also excellent! However, I feel the bathroom design has some real issues... Leaving aside the brand and style of the fixtures, showering is only possible in the bathtub. If you want to shower, you have to stand in the tub and use a handheld showerhead (but only about a fifth of the bathtub is covered by glass, the rest is exposed, so water splashes onto the floor outside). If you want to take a bath, the faucet for filling the tub also seems to have a problem; the water flows directly onto the control for the stopper. This point feels a bit inconsistent with the overall positioning of the hotel, which is a bit of a shame! Overall, this stay was still very good. I could tell that all the staff were very professional, and the service was excellent. Aside from the bathroom, all other amenities were fantastic!

The room view was fantastic, directly facing Songdo Beach. The nearby restaurants were also great, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. The room was a bit small, and getting around required using the bus or Uber. The interior was pretty standard, with some peeling on the walls and floors already. Closing the curtains was a hassle; I had to climb onto the sofa to reach them. It's a design flaw, and I even bumped into a protruding wooden board getting down, leaving a bruise. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted freely, and it got especially hot during the day with the sun out. 🥵

We paid extra for a high-floor room with a sea view. In the morning, when the curtains were opened, the sunlight was truly beautiful. At night, the city lights and the illuminated decorations on the beach were equally stunning. For first-time visitors to Haeundae, I highly recommend this accommodation. Right downstairs (at the elevator exit), there are two major convenience stores (CU and GS25). A few more steps lead you to a currency exchange, a Starbucks on the corner, and the Haeundae Night Market. The beach is just across the road. In the morning, a 15-20 minute walk along the beach will take you to Mipo Station, where you can find salt bread, the Haeundae Blueline Park (Sky Capsule), and the Haeundae Sky Luge. The location is incredibly convenient and not expensive. Just a note on check-in: you take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 6th floor for check-in. After that, the hotel will direct you to your room floor. Finally, a minor drawback: the soundproofing really needs improvement. Since it's in a busy area, we stayed for two nights and were startled awake by the sounds of cars downstairs just as we were falling asleep (and we were on the 21st floor!). However, overall, the price, transportation, and location are all very convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Busan. 🤍

It was a great location and the price you can’t beat. Love how close it was to the beach. We did go recently so it wasn’t hot but still great. Bed is not soft but also not the hardest I’ve slept on before so wasn’t an issue for us as it didn’t break our backs. So if you want soft bed this is not a place for you also it’s not like we spent most of our time in the room we were out exploring. Staff is friendly and let us borrow outlet converter since we forgot ours. Bring a regular towel if not you’ll be using all the small towels they have for the shower. Other than that I recommend this if you’re on a budget and want to be close to the beach or in the middle of popular places to visit like Lotte Park/temple to cable cars/gamcheon village.

The rooms were comfortable, but the air conditioning was extremely loud. I stayed in two different room types, 807 and 1007, and the AC in both was so noisy it prevented me from sleeping. The pools weren't freely accessible; instead, you could only use them during designated time slots. To make matters worse, different room types had access to different pools, making the entire system feel overly restrictive. It was such a hassle that we ended up not using any of the pools during our entire 4-day stay. Room 1007 was particularly terrible: from 7-8 AM every morning, there was an incredibly loud noise. They claimed it was the pool pump?! Absolutely infuriating! Furthermore, many of the staff couldn't speak any English, making communication virtually impossible. This is hardly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!

A special thanks to the front desk staff for arranging a room on the 31st floor, the highest level, which offered a fantastic view. The hotel's location is also excellent, right on Haeundae commercial street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Getting to the beach is as simple as crossing the street. The only downsides were the very limited disposable amenities provided in the room and the 11 AM check-out time, with luggage storage only available until 3 PM.

Not helpful. I stayed 4 nights and first day, the lady staff was helpful. As Google map GPS was restricted, I tried to ask for help but the lady staff was reluctant to help and just asked me to take taxi. She was impatient. Last day, I checked out and was ill and wanted to check out fast. They insisted I returned the spare key and to be honest I probably packed and locked in my luggage and wish when we checked in, they highlight that if we don’t return both keys we will be charged.. and I distended to charge me 20k won. As I was very sick I just relented and just want to leave fast.
