Wyndham Grand Busan Ijin

The hotel exceeded our expectations with immaculate cleanliness and attentive, caring service throughout our stay. Special recognition to Stella Sung for her professionalism, warmth, and outstanding assistance — she made our visit memorable. Highly recommended. Housekeeping is really doing the excellent work in keeping our room clean. Location is not really convenient to other attractions but it is near the Cable car, just 3 mins walk to there. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we come back to Busan.

It was a great stay , pretty new hotel with everything tidy and clean . Very good breakfast that is suitable to kids and adults .Everyone speaks perfect English . Especially Evan . I must say that Evan helped us a lot , he was very professional . Will definitely recommend to my friends and will stay here again ! The view from the room was terrific .

Fantastic room. Felt spacious and clea. However, it was very hot since the AC didn’t work in winter, but we got it sorted because the hotel maintenance came to open the window for us.

Great hotel, nice staff and nice environment. The fitness gym is good enough with golf simulator. If you’re looking for a cozy hotel, this could be a good fit.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were always present and helpful. The location is so-so, but it’s easy to get around by taxi from there (I think it would have been to take the bus anywhere). When we asked for recommendations for restaurants the staff was ready with a full binder of places! Overall it was pleasant.
