I didn't eat here, so I can't comment on the food. It's a centrally located hotel that offers good value for its price. The staff were well-meaning and helpful. They gave us coupons for their affiliated beach, but we weren't allowed to bring snacks from our bag into the beach. It would have been better if we had known this beforehand.

I was advised to book Kempinski based on my friends recommendation due to location and amenities with this hotel. Service was 10/10, exceptional from the minute we walked in right up until the end. There were a few blips but it can be overlooked with how much care the staff had. The security guards behind public house restaurant on the beach were lovely cheerful guys who are a credit to Kempinski. The duty manager helped, also the reception staff helped throughout our stay. I have recommended my family and friends to come to Kempinski based off my experience. I will be coming back again!

We’ve now stayed here twice in the last three weeks, and both stays were great, which says a lot because we don’t usually return to the same hotel so quickly! The rooms are spacious, clean and have some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at a hotel. On our first stay we were on Level 6, which was lovely and quiet. The second time we stayed on Level 3, which was a little noisier at night, but it certainly wasn’t enough to affect our stay. We also really enjoyed the outdoor restaurant. The food was delicious, and every waiter and waitress we came across was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel itself has fantastic facilities, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, so there’s always somewhere to eat or grab a drink without leaving the property. It’s also only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it really convenient. Overall, we’ve had two fantastic experiences here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great food, excellent service and everything you need in one place.

The property was in a good location- walkable distance to MIA park and museum. The service was exceptional from the night staff, our son had spoiled the sheet twice at night and both times they were very quick to change sheets. The breakfast was good, a range of options and something for everyone to enjoy. I think some aspects of the rooms can be upgraded as we can see the wear and tear. Otherwise spacious rooms and big and nice bathrooms

I paid for a junior suite with a mini-bar for three guests. I specifically chose this room category for a beautiful city view and a larger space. The price was double that of a standard room. However, I was checked into a small room, #3320, with no mini-bar, no extra space, no sofa, and no beautiful view. What exactly did I pay for? And this is supposed to be five-star service??? Shameful! I feel completely ripped off. Why? This kind of treatment completely ruined my impression of the entire country. I am very upset. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

You can walk a lap around it in 20 mins and there’s about 3 things to do apart from eating. The restaurants themselves were very good with excellent service especially the people at Teds diner and al amin at al ahharm. I booked for 3 nights but would advise anyone wanting to go just to book a day trip. There is no need to stay here genuinely

We had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room. The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers. The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice. The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms. The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing. This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.

Great value for its location, great customer service staff from doorman, bellboy, front desk, and especially the restaurant servers, fantastic breakfast spread, most comfortable bed. Disappointed in amenities provided (no vanity kit, towels were old and worn), shower water pressure was low and not heating up properly, shower tiles looked aged and door wouldn't close properly causing wster spillage into the toilet floor. Overall I would still stay here if I revisit as the price offsets the negatives somewhat, whilst its location and staff really made my stay very enjoyable.

I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍

The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the service from the staff was warm and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the dining area was generally well organized. However, there was one unfortunate incident during breakfast where a used tissue was found laid out with the cleaned cutleries on the table. While this appeared to be an isolated oversight, it did slightly detract from an otherwise excellent experience. That said, we believe this does not reflect the hotel’s usual standards, as everything else during our stay was handled very well. We would still recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future, hoping to see even greater attention to detail.

This is a really good hotel, and I'd gladly stay here again. The room itself was well-furnished and laid out, with a small table perfect for eating and another that could be used as a workspace. We were surprised to find Russian TV channels, like TNT, and even Premier League football. After long days out exploring, it was wonderful to come back to the room and catch a match. The pool being open until 10 PM was a huge plus. It's a great pool, with a 1.8m deep section and water at a pleasant temperature – not cold at all. It's large enough for a good swim. Towels are provided, and there's a changing room. We enjoyed the breakfasts; we were never hungry. They had fruits like watermelon, melon, and pineapple. One day the coffee machine wasn't working, and the coffee from the thermopot wasn't great, but everything was fine the next day. The staff were responsive, and the beds were comfortable. Now, about the location. It might seem a bit far from the city center, but getting there is actually very easy, especially by public transport. Looking at the map, Al Mansoura Metro Station appears closer, about a 20-minute walk. However, it's much more convenient to use Umm Ghawalina Metro Station, which is on the Red Line. This is because there are free Metrolink buses that run from the metro stations to different neighborhoods. You just tap your metro card when you board, nothing is deducted, and it takes you to the metro. There's a stop for bus 118 right by the hotel, which goes directly to Umm Ghawalina. You can do the same on the way back. These buses run from early morning until around 1 AM, definitely as long as the metro is operating. It's incredibly convenient! On our departure day, we had a 10 AM flight, and we managed to have breakfast (which starts at 6 AM) and get to the airport using bus 118 and the metro. It was brilliant! Overall, I have only positive impressions of the hotel. Oh, and there's a 200 Dirham deposit. When checking out, allow a little extra time beyond just dropping off your key and saying 'checkout'.

Beautiful location near Old Doha Port. Delicious dinner and breakfast services. We received a lovely welcome message for the children with cookies to decorate. Beach view rooms were stunning. However, deluxe twin room had two small single beds, not really enough for family of three. Mr Rafiq was particularly attentive to our needs and asked after our preferences throughout our stay. Mr Ahmed was extremely helpful and kind towards the children during dinner and breakfast service. All the hotel staff were very welcoming. The Spa has a ladies only area, but staff did not really explain what facilities and services were available. The ladies changing room was not really well stocked with amenities, although staff kindly provided any items asked for. Lovely family hotel overall. Worth a visit at least once if staying in Old Doha Port. Watch out for busy traffic in this neighbourhood and not many grocery shops nearby.

What I loved most was that we visited during the Christmas season; the hotel's decorations were absolutely charming! They even thoughtfully gifted us a Christmas cake and stockings filled with lots of small presents – it was incredibly heartwarming!!! We enjoyed a staycation at the Westin with a full board option. This is an all in one resort and has many good amenities including a nice pool area, great restaurants, and many other services on site. The hotel has a pleasant smell to it and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room is very big with a large bathroom. The room had a lot of furniture including a comfy couch at the foot of the bed, a desk, a large tea/coffee station closet area, comfy bed and lots of cabinets and countertops to put our things. The bathroom was a standout for sure with a large closet area with lots of drawers, a large shower with excellent pressure, and a bath tub that could get a view of the TV in the bedroom. We appreciated the white tea scented bath products and lotion. The room was showing a bit of wear to the carpet and some of the cabinets but nothing major. We felt the room was good and clean. With the full board we got to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The breakfast was a good buffet filled with western and Asian options and was well stocked each morning. They made hot drinks to order which we enjoyed each day. The lunch was a la carte during our stay and we enjoyed some good steak, chicken and salads during our stay. The sticky toffee pudding at Seasonal Taste was a standout for dessert and we would recommend it. For dinner we were allowed to go to their Iftar tent and it was very good with plenty of options for sushi, pasta, Indian and Thai dishes. The baked fish and Thai curries were really well made for their Ramadan tent. There was also a Baskin Robbins ice cream cart at the iftar. We also enjoyed watching the live entertainment with the swirling dervish and a live band with Arabic instruments. They have some other good restaurants on site including Sabai Thai and Hunter's Grill but those were closed due to Ramadan. We have been at Seasonal Taste around the holidays and they will do special dinners and brunches so it is worth checking out. We had a bit of a mix up on our last day for lunch but the hotel resolved it quickly. The main pool area was closed during our stay but we had access to the indoor pool which was nice and empty when we visited. They have nice and clean locker rooms by the main pool and near the indoor one as well. We used the Heavenly Spa desk to use the squash courts, fitness studio and booked a massage. Staying at the hotel gave us access to the indoor pool and preferred rates for both the squash court and massage. There is not much near this hotel other than other hotels which also have some good restaurants. The metro station is also a bit of a walk from here and there is not too much to do in the area so we would recommend staying in and maximizing your time at the hotel if you are booking here. If you do need to go out we would recommend taking Ubers.

First, I don’t believe many Google reviews for this hotel, as part of them are identical and look unreal in my personal opinion. Second, the hotel knew better times. Its old fashioned and definitely not luxury anymore. It is clean and has good pools working till 8pm, good location and comfortable beds. The food for breakfast was more then average and on the breakfast buffet tables there were many empty spaces, that looked sad. Service is also a bit relaxed I would say. Anyway for that amount of money you can have better quality.

Breakfast was quite nice and the gym was ok with adequate equipment. Unfortunately, the dinner buffet was not up to Crowne Plaza standards and definitely needs improvement. Fairly average food. I was slightly surprised after enjoying the food at the Crowne Plaza in Muscat just the day before. No comparison between the two hotels. Muscat one was is 5*. Room faced the street on a low floor and the view, unfortunately, was quite poor. Would not stay at this Crowne Plaza again.

High standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me. We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol. They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free. This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this.

There is a shopping Mall called Lagoona Mall right next door to the hotel that carries high end brands like Chanel. Special Thanks to Mrs. Aya and Mrs. Wejdan at front desk. They are amazing and extremely helpful. Wejdan prepared a wonderful surprise for my daughter's occasion a very sweet and memorable gesture, and Mrs. Aya was very courteous to extend our check-out to accomodate our late flight. The Ladies Elegant Hair Salon are Experts! My daughter styled her hair outside the Hotel it frizzed in 20 minutes we re-did her hair at the Mondrian Hotel and the Lebanese Stylist did an outstanding Job see photo! A Special Thanks to Mr. Abdullah whom helped arrange an Uber car for me and was very courteous to help pay for it when I did not have local currency. Everything in this Hotel was amazing! Breakfast was high quality culinary. Josh was creative with the eggs, all the breakfast Team were attentive to our requests and greeted us with a warm welcome each morning. We stayed one week they actually memorized our pattern and prepared our table in advance we were very flattered by this personable gesture, Thank you! We are definitely returning, Thank You To all the staff and the wonderful surprise that welcomed Us in our room our first night. We truly value you all for this very memorable experience at the Mondrian doha. It does not get better than the Mondrian doha I promise just look at our personal photos!! I would also like to share my wonderful experience at the hotel during our short stay in Doha. Although we were only there for around 8 hours, from the moment we arrived until we left, the experience was excellent. The hotel was brilliant, VERY clean, spacious, and welcoming. The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Daisy and Ansh. I would like to give special thanks to Daisy for making our stay so comfortable. As we were only staying for a short period and were not going to be there for 24 hours, she kindly arranged an early check-in and allowed us to enjoy breakfast on the same day we arrived. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and showed genuine care and hospitality. Sadly, our stay was very short, but it left a lasting impression. The hotel’s location was excellent, with a nearby shopping area and local souq, making it easy to explore and enjoy Doha. Qatar is a beautiful country, and our first moments after landing were truly memorable. We loved our experience and would definitely visit again. Qatar, is a very organised country it’s very very clean. Beautiful, highways-roads, Malls. Embassy Suites made our stay even better, and we are grateful to the team for making such a short visit so special.

I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍

We’ve now stayed here twice in the last three weeks, and both stays were great, which says a lot because we don’t usually return to the same hotel so quickly! The rooms are spacious, clean and have some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at a hotel. On our first stay we were on Level 6, which was lovely and quiet. The second time we stayed on Level 3, which was a little noisier at night, but it certainly wasn’t enough to affect our stay. We also really enjoyed the outdoor restaurant. The food was delicious, and every waiter and waitress we came across was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel itself has fantastic facilities, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, so there’s always somewhere to eat or grab a drink without leaving the property. It’s also only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it really convenient. Overall, we’ve had two fantastic experiences here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great food, excellent service and everything you need in one place.

The hotel is well-located and clean. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Unfortunately, we stayed during a renovation period, so it was quite noisy at night. The staff did their best to resolve the issue, but there shouldn't be construction work at night when the hotel is occupied.

Huge room, with a living area separate from the bedroom. Everything was spotless. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool area and gym were excellent. I liked everything. The location isn't perfect, but it's not too far out and there's a metro station about a 10-minute walk away. Would definitely come back.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a subway station and the main sightseeing areas. The room was nice and spacious, with a decent bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and it’s served on the top floor, which offers beautiful views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aira. My only complaint is that I could hear some noise from outside at night, even though I was on the sixth floor, and there were occasionally a few flies in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel.

The location is excellent. The hotel is a bit old, but the value for money is very good. The rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views. We were allowed to check in at 8 AM for a small extra fee, which we greatly appreciated. The staff is very responsive.
