This is our second time to this hotel and we loved it just as much as the first time. It has been four years since the last time, however in the area has grown significantly. But we think this is a good thing or in a good way. This is turned out to be a great central location with lots of restaurants and a nice public lagoon swimming pool area with lifeguards and beach swimming with lifeguards just steps away from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Have a great secure parking garage underneath the building and the roads are clean very nice and spacious with a large sofa couch TV in kitchen. We would most definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

We stayed for one night and overall had a good experience. The room was generally clean and tidy, but the curtains probably need an upgrade—they didn’t block out the light at all. We were on the 4th floor, in a corner room facing the city. Unfortunately, the noise from nearby pubs and clubs came straight through and kept us up most of the night, which wasn’t ideal as we were travelling for a competition with our 9-year-old. The car park was also a bit of an issue—very tight access with limited space, so we had to park on the street, which was tricky in the rain. On a positive note, the breakfast was awesome and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is great and convenient for getting around the city. We would definitely stay again but next time we’ll be requesting a room on the opposite side of the main street to avoid the noise.

Usually we stay in a motel, but after experiencing large rooms, seperate dining/living areas, an outdoor veranda and the quality of the rooms exceeded what we would expect in a motel. Glad we made this choice and will certainly stay at other parks in the future.

The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, with shared bathroom. It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.
