The hotel is spotless, with a modern touch and a warm, welcoming vibe. The cleaning staff were exceptional—so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their work. The amenities are great, and the gym—though small—is perfectly equipped for keeping up with workouts while away. The location can’t be beat: right in the port area, close to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. There’s even a lovely walking trail nearby, ideal for morning runs or evening strolls. During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm. Their kindness and positive attitude during such a stressful event made all the difference. We were so impressed with how they cared for every guest. A huge thank you to the team for turning an unforgettable situation into a story of genuine hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back again!

Booked a sea view room, the hotel itself is on the beach, you can walk around the meal. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, overlooking the balcony and the view of the Mediterranean Sea. The drinks in the mini bar in the room are free and are replenished once a day. It is very convenient to go out for a taxi, and the self-driving hotel also has a free parking lot. Also be sure to try breakfast, this is my best hotel breakfast in Spain, of course, the price is everything!

The most satisfying hotel for this ibiza trip, although in the middle of the island, I am most satisfied with the hotel. The hotel is all villas and all are single-family. It is still being expanded, there is one restaurant, I have eaten breakfast and dinner, very good. The hotel is full of fig trees, all large trees, and figs that can't be eaten. The swimming pool is great, although not big, but very comfortable, in the center of the hotel. The pool is very old olive trees. The only bad thing is that the bar is a bit of a path, not by the pool, it always feels inconvenient. The hotel did a spa, it feels very general, not recommended to do a spa. The parking door is very convenient, there is a section of dirt road when driving in, there will be a lot of dust. Overall this hotel is very satisfied. Very comfortable, very close to the road, but still I live in the innermost, so it is not very noisy.

Airplanes pass by type every 10 minutes ㅠㅠ There is no bus directly from the airport, so be sure to rent a taxi or take a taxi. You have to take the bus 20 minutes and get off again and walk 15 minutes, but you have to walk to the highway ㅠ And I arrived late on the first day and got a parking lot view, but I said I booked a sea view room, so the male front desk staff didn't listen properly and changed the room, so they pretended not to know the next day. Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist war das es früher mehr belebt war, hatte das gefühl das sie streng sind mit besuch und das merkt man auch total an dem vibe. Es ist leer kaum jemand sitz am pool. Fabulous hotel right on the beach The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car. Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel.

Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice. The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour. For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport. I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me. I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later.

Just returned from an excellent short stay. Officially a 3 star hotel but “punches above its weight. Refurbished, clean, spacious rooms with lots of storage, comfortable beds & modern en-suite. Excellent buffet breakfast. Daily choice of ‘free to guests’ keep fit classes were a bonus. Our visit was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the helpful & friendly staff.

Our stay at the Hotel was a wonderful connection. The room overlooking the sea was great, the food in the Buffet very well served. Happy and helpful staf. Jessica and Nara at the Buffet were very attentive. Margherita and Keila at the reception too. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks!

Extremely positive experience on all aspects for quality cleaning price courtesy and care to the customer to make me feel served and appreciated, I recommend there structure to anyone if you will go to Ibiza for the first time to return to us more than that

Correct installations. The room is very complete. It even had a small kitchen with a microwave and cutlery. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, as they were very thin and not very comfortable. I also didn't like the fact that we had just arrived from the trip and sat at a table by the pool to eat the breakfast that we had prepared at home for the trip and one of the employees told us that we couldn't consume anything that wasn't theirs. . We had intended to order the drink and he still told us that it couldn't be done, so we decided to leave. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. The cleaning girl is super attentive and friendly. In general everything was good except the time of breakfast.
