Location is great ! Parking was plentiful . The pool looked very nice and clean . Booked a room for two nights. Confirmation email said it was a smoking room. I immediately called and asked for a non - smoking room. Gentleman happily changed rooms, but said it was the only non-smoking room left for our visit. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. The room smelled horribly of smoke and was seriously dated with old, dirty carpet and desperately in need of new paint. The room was a good size, but everything about it was old and dated. I booked our reservations online and they were non-refundable. We only stayed one of the two nights I paid for, as I was not staying another night in that room. I paid for breakfast for two morning, expecting a hot breakfast, but it was just a continental breakfast.

Great location. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby and a walking distance to Tanger outlet shopping mall. Hotel and room are clean. It's has lots of USB charging points inside suite. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean and well lit. The only thing I can say is they need to up the pressure on the shower head. It has a pool and gym. I highly recommend and will go back for next business trip.

Excellent hotel. The layout is definitely a bit strange, but other than that I have zero complaints. Breakfast is served bright and early, with a rotating selection to choose from. Our room was incredibly clean, albeit perhaps a little outdated. But that does not bug me. The pool was fantastic, the water itself is not heated but the room it is in, is. The hotel is also within direct vicinity of a VERY large amount of attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away from home for a few days.

The room was very clean and tidy. But the space is small. After staying at the hotel, I learned that Microtel is indeed a micro hotel as its name. Breakfast is average, relatively simple, simple boiled eggs are not provided. There is also the front desk, no one for a lot of time, it should be regarded as a family hotel. I don't know the local hotel price. Maybe I booked a long holiday in the United States. The price is relatively high for hotels of this grade  .

Previous host had 10/10 rating. Now with all new furniture!Welcome to "Dune Blossom", a cozy 2BR, 2.5BA townhouse just 3 blocks from the beach! Bed sheets/bath towels/pillows/soap/shampoo/conditioner are always included at Dune Blossom.There is a fantastic community saltwater pool a few buildings over. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the rental front door to the pool gate.This townhouse is close to everything--restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and of course, the beach! This unit includes 2 off-street parking spaces and 2 on-street parking passes for *non-metered* spaces in the city of Rehoboth. Note that one parking space is directly in front of the rental, and the other is the next parking lot over--a 2 minute walk.Use the foldup wagon and load it up with included beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards then walk directly to the beach. Use the back patio propane grill to cook up a feast. Maybe enjoy some adult beverages after chilling them in our dedicated Rocco© drinks fridge. Head up to the top balcony for a quieter, semi-private experience with a glass of wine or to gaze up at the stars.The main living room area features a large sectional couch that can seat up to 5 people as well as an armchair. The property feature a separate cottage with a seating area, kitchenette, bedroom and full bathroom. Up a level to the main floor, you'll find an expansive chef's kitchen with dual subzero refrigerators, dual wall ovens and a six burner gas range. Outside of the kitchen is a morning room (seats 6) and dining room which can seat 10. The family room, bar and large living rooms have great views of the ocean. A screened porch and brick paver deck are wonderful for dining alfresco or your morning cup of coffee. Morning coffee on the back deck, of this 1928 restored original Rehoboth Avenue home, maintaining the charm infused with modern updates and amenities. This is a little more than a block away from Dogfish brew pub. Four blocks to the beach (3/4 mile). access). On property parking, there are also 2 on street parking permits (non metered areas). The beach and boardwalk is 4 blocks, (.75 miles) 20 minute walk.The front porch is enclosed with high beams and skylights, air conditioned and connects through the original front door into the living room, and flows into the dining area and the updated galley kitchen. Two downstairs bedrooms with a Sterns and Foster Queen and the other a queen Tempurpedic. Upstairs is a large bedroom with two queen beds, and the smaller room has a futon that folds into a twin. Both upstairs has been updated with modern quiet mini split air conditioners.Upstairs boasts a bathroom built winter 2015 2016. Downstairs bathroom has a new modern tile shower (Jan 2017). Excellent hotel. The layout is definitely a bit strange, but other than that I have zero complaints. Breakfast is served bright and early, with a rotating selection to choose from. Our room was incredibly clean, albeit perhaps a little outdated. But that does not bug me. The pool was fantastic, the water itself is not heated but the room it is in, is. The hotel is also within direct vicinity of a VERY large amount of attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away from home for a few days.

Great location. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby and a walking distance to Tanger outlet shopping mall. Hotel and room are clean. It's has lots of USB charging points inside suite. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean and well lit. The only thing I can say is they need to up the pressure on the shower head. It has a pool and gym. I highly recommend and will go back for next business trip.

The room was very clean and tidy. But the space is small. After staying at the hotel, I learned that Microtel is indeed a micro hotel as its name. Breakfast is average, relatively simple, simple boiled eggs are not provided. There is also the front desk, no one for a lot of time, it should be regarded as a family hotel. I don't know the local hotel price. Maybe I booked a long holiday in the United States. The price is relatively high for hotels of this grade  .

Location is great ! Parking was plentiful . The pool looked very nice and clean . Booked a room for two nights. Confirmation email said it was a smoking room. I immediately called and asked for a non - smoking room. Gentleman happily changed rooms, but said it was the only non-smoking room left for our visit. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. The room smelled horribly of smoke and was seriously dated with old, dirty carpet and desperately in need of new paint. The room was a good size, but everything about it was old and dated. I booked our reservations online and they were non-refundable. We only stayed one of the two nights I paid for, as I was not staying another night in that room. I paid for breakfast for two morning, expecting a hot breakfast, but it was just a continental breakfast.
