Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

Location is great ! Parking was plentiful . The pool looked very nice and clean . Booked a room for two nights. Confirmation email said it was a smoking room. I immediately called and asked for a non - smoking room. Gentleman happily changed rooms, but said it was the only non-smoking room left for our visit. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. The room smelled horribly of smoke and was seriously dated with old, dirty carpet and desperately in need of new paint. The room was a good size, but everything about it was old and dated. I booked our reservations online and they were non-refundable. We only stayed one of the two nights I paid for, as I was not staying another night in that room. I paid for breakfast for two morning, expecting a hot breakfast, but it was just a continental breakfast.

Excellent hotel. The layout is definitely a bit strange, but other than that I have zero complaints. Breakfast is served bright and early, with a rotating selection to choose from. Our room was incredibly clean, albeit perhaps a little outdated. But that does not bug me. The pool was fantastic, the water itself is not heated but the room it is in, is. The hotel is also within direct vicinity of a VERY large amount of attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away from home for a few days.

The room was very clean and tidy. But the space is small. After staying at the hotel, I learned that Microtel is indeed a micro hotel as its name. Breakfast is average, relatively simple, simple boiled eggs are not provided. There is also the front desk, no one for a lot of time, it should be regarded as a family hotel. I don't know the local hotel price. Maybe I booked a long holiday in the United States. The price is relatively high for hotels of this grade  .

Unit comfortably sleeps 6. All linens are provided (including towels etc.)The unit itself is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Beautiful home at the Grand at Canal Point, a family friendly community, has all the amenities you need to have a wonderful luxury vacation with your family/friends at the beach. From a beautiful open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances you have everything necessary to relax to a wonderful meal on our enclosed deck with eating area. We have a wonderful great room with high ceilings and gas fireplace so even off season it can be cozy. Our beautiful bright sitting room is in great beachy decor and creates a calming experience. The main floor has ceramic tile, aside from the bedrooms with wood floors. Ceiling fans through out the house create a breezy home. Wifi througout the home as well. The home is beautiful and luxurious however relaxed enough for children to enjoy as well.Main floor; Master Suite with King size bed and large bathroom with dual shower heads and seating area on either side of the shower. Guest suite with Queen size bed and full bath with private entrance. Both Rooms have beautiful wood flooring.Second floor; 1 bedroom-Bunk beds with single on top of a full bed, 1 bedroom- King size bed with additional room attached with Queen size bed and tv. Upstairs has wall to wall carpet. There is a bathroom upstairs with bath tub. Enjoy yourself at the beach or in our quiet family development; swimming in one of the two pools, playing tennis, basketball or using the health club. Go shopping in the outlets or go on a long bike ride or short ride into town. There are so many activities to do while at Rehoboth Beach but you may just want to relax on our deck and enjoy another peaceful day at the Delaware shore. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean and well lit. The only thing I can say is they need to up the pressure on the shower head. It has a pool and gym. I highly recommend and will go back for next business trip.

Our room was incredibly clean, albeit perhaps a little outdated. But that does not bug me. The pool was fantastic, the water itself is not heated but the room it is in, is. The hotel is also within direct vicinity of a VERY large amount of attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away from home for a few days.

Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast is average, relatively simple, simple boiled eggs are not provided. There is also the front desk, no one for a lot of time, it should be regarded as a family hotel. I don't know the local hotel price. Maybe I booked a long holiday in the United States. The price is relatively high for hotels of this grade  .

The room smelled horribly of smoke and was seriously dated with old, dirty carpet and desperately in need of new paint. The room was a good size, but everything about it was old and dated. I booked our reservations online and they were non-refundable. We only stayed one of the two nights I paid for, as I was not staying another night in that room. I paid for breakfast for two morning, expecting a hot breakfast, but it was just a continental breakfast.
