Location, location, location! It's conveniently close to the beach and shopping. The staff were so helpful and accommodating! This year I was disappointed by the smell of 'athletes feet' coming from the carpet. I left the balcony door slightly open, which helped alot. They no longer have a hot breakfast and the processed, prepackaged carb choices influenced me to eat out. Not sure if I'll choose Breakers on my next visit.

Location is great ! Parking was plentiful . The pool looked very nice and clean . Booked a room for two nights. Confirmation email said it was a smoking room. I immediately called and asked for a non - smoking room. Gentleman happily changed rooms, but said it was the only non-smoking room left for our visit. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. The room smelled horribly of smoke and was seriously dated with old, dirty carpet and desperately in need of new paint. The room was a good size, but everything about it was old and dated. I booked our reservations online and they were non-refundable. We only stayed one of the two nights I paid for, as I was not staying another night in that room. I paid for breakfast for two morning, expecting a hot breakfast, but it was just a continental breakfast.

Excellent hotel. The layout is definitely a bit strange, but other than that I have zero complaints. Breakfast is served bright and early, with a rotating selection to choose from. Our room was incredibly clean, albeit perhaps a little outdated. But that does not bug me. The pool was fantastic, the water itself is not heated but the room it is in, is. The hotel is also within direct vicinity of a VERY large amount of attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away from home for a few days.

The room was very clean and tidy. But the space is small. After staying at the hotel, I learned that Microtel is indeed a micro hotel as its name. Breakfast is average, relatively simple, simple boiled eggs are not provided. There is also the front desk, no one for a lot of time, it should be regarded as a family hotel. I don't know the local hotel price. Maybe I booked a long holiday in the United States. The price is relatively high for hotels of this grade  .

Bed sheets/bath towels/pillows/soap/shampoo/conditioner are always included at Dune Blossom.There is a fantastic community saltwater pool a few buildings over. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the rental front door to the pool gate.This townhouse is close to everything--restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and of course, the beach! This unit includes 2 off-street parking spaces and 2 on-street parking passes for *non-metered* spaces in the city of Rehoboth. Note that one parking space is directly in front of the rental, and the other is the next parking lot over--a 2 minute walk.Use the foldup wagon and load it up with included beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards then walk directly to the beach. Use the back patio propane grill to cook up a feast. Maybe enjoy some adult beverages after chilling them in our dedicated Rocco© drinks fridge. Head up to the top balcony for a quieter, semi-private experience with a glass of wine or to gaze up at the stars.The main living room area features a large sectional couch that can seat up to 5 people as well as an armchair. A 55-inch TV with Netflix is there for your viewing pleasure.The master bedroom features a King murphy bed, which will be down when you arrive. You may want to bring it up to convert the space into a second living room, or to set up the folding desk to get some work done. High speed internet is provided along with individual HVAC units in each bedroom and living room. Each bedroom has a 55" smart TV with popular apps already installed. Cars can be parked in the covered car port, 2 car garage or the paver courtyard. The ground floor has 2 full bathrooms (great for rinsing off after a day on the beach), a pool bar/kitchen which opens to the pool, Jacuzzi & patio. The property feature a separate cottage with a seating area, kitchenette, bedroom and full bathroom. Up a level to the main floor, you'll find an expansive chef's kitchen with dual subzero refrigerators, dual wall ovens and a six burner gas range. Outside of the kitchen is a morning room (seats 6) and dining room which can seat 10. The family room, bar and large living rooms have great views of the ocean. A screened porch and brick paver deck are wonderful for dining alfresco or your morning cup of coffee. This 1950's duplex in the north end of Dewey Beach was 100% renovated and remodeled in the spring of 2021, and converted into a single family home, plus an addition completed in the spring of 2025. We retained as much of the historic charm as possible, but gutted the entire interior and updated every inch of the house, including the electrical and plumbing. The house features 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms (3-king bedrooms with ensuite baths), a powder room downstairs and 2 outside showers. There is an eat-in kitchen with oversized island, a dining table to seat 14 comfortably, two covered porches, firepit w/wood provided, and an in-ground pool with heat/chill options. In keeping with the historic nature of the home, it is stocked with a variety of vintage items for kids to play with, including old phones, encyclopedias, an viewmaster, and more. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean and well lit. The only thing I can say is they need to up the pressure on the shower head. It has a pool and gym. I highly recommend and will go back for next business trip.

Location, location, location! It's conveniently close to the beach and shopping. The staff were so helpful and accommodating! This year I was disappointed by the smell of 'athletes feet' coming from the carpet. I left the balcony door slightly open, which helped alot. They no longer have a hot breakfast and the processed, prepackaged carb choices influenced me to eat out. Not sure if I'll choose Breakers on my next visit.
