Rooms are okay, abit tired the air conditioning broke during our stay and water leaked from the ceiling..the maintenance thankfully sorted this quickly. There’s no kettle in the room and you have to pay 4 euro per day for the safe plus a £10 deposit and a 20 euro per towel deposit. We were also told at check out, that we should have checked out the day before we were due to leave, which didn’t make sense us. We were not impressed by all of the additional charges, which we were not informed about when we made the booking. It felt like an old fashioned way to run a hotel. The main pro is the location right next to the beach (down some steps from the hotel), food is good a lot of meat and vegetable options. They are also good with allergies when you ask the staff and the food is labelled with allergens. The chef also made me a separate meal one night, which was delicious. The hotel is perfect for families location wise, food wise and facility wise (kids pool, play area, kids club). The waiter staff are all very friendly and lovely too. We had a lovely time.

The hotel was really nice lovely reception area, pool was beautiful and so were the gardens. We stayed in the annex at back if hotel (warning of the steps with cases) the room was lovely and spacious had everything we needed, the cleaning team were lovely and changed towels everyday. The restaurant was great lots of chose for seating indoors and outdoors, the food selection was great always lots of chose, show cooking and different themes. Hotel is quite out the way from anything but there is a supermarket to the right and a mini shopping centre to the left up the hill. The best bit was how close to the beach we were it was amazing and the sunset views every night was stunning.

Excellent selection on the buffet. Perfect. location particularly enjoyed the bar on the beach that serve food all day too, roasted Mediterranean vegetables pizza paella smiling service by waiters nothing too much bother Room was pleasant too Only downside we arrived middle of the night and it was so difficult to find our room in the pitch black! needs sensor lights at least

This was our first time here, family of 2 adults with two kids, and such a good match. We received a professional welcome at reception, the customer service is a good hotel feature. 50 or so euros tourist tax charged as expected; However, the 20 euros refundable deposit for each towel seemed high considering their basic quality. We didn't have any issues finding sun loungers by the pool everyday. Lots of shaded and unshaded areas around the pool areas. We turned up when we were ready and had a choice of sun loungers. The beach is down lots of steps, or a steep ramp, but worth a visit in case you like it. Other than the beach, we stayed in the hotel throughout our stay. However we did not notice any daytime entertainment at all. There was ongoing music playing in the pool/bar background, and this created a fun atmosphere. All inclusive branded drinks were a standout feature (Estrella beer is really nice and refreshing!), including hot chocolate, cocktails, icecreams on sticks, also there was a good food selection in the restaurant. There were self serve drinks machines dotted around - so you can fill your own bottle or use their cups. Access for those of us with mobility issues? The hotel is built on a slope, but has ramps (and steps) in appropriate locations. Also, you may prefer to book rooms in main building which has a lift, unlike the annex which is towards the bottom part of the slope, away from main bits, and has no lifts. We were kindly allocated an adapted room on the ground floor, close to reception in the main building - perfect! We could access all areas required either by ramp or lift from there - great! However, we found that the 'flip down stadium style' seats for evening entertainment were not suitable for us. There were some benches there too though. The interior has a modern feel, and is very well cleaned. We visited towards end of season and it has that closing down feel, beach bar closed while we were there, and things were not being fixed/replenished, such as poolside shower, blue slushy machine etc. The best feature for us was the drinks and ice-creams included in all inclusive, and the worst part was that the snack bar was only available between 12noon and 6pm, with a very limited range of food. So we had to dry off and go in to the restaurant for lunch everyday. We had read many mixed reviews and they kind of all make sense to us now. We regularly holiday across Spain, all inclusive, and this is one of the better ones, so we intend to return.

We visited this hotel for one week during Oct 2022. We were all inclusive. I found this hotel to be faultless. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet and kept very clean. The pool area was also kept nice and everything was in good condition. The kids club, mini disco and entertainment were great and my children loved attending. The entertainment is far enough away from the hotel rooms it’s doesn’t really intrude if you just want a quiet evening. The food and drinks offered were of a high quality and tasty. The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach, on the beach are a small section of bars and restaurants. The children enjoyed snorkelling in the sea. The only negative I personally had, was that there wasn’t much within walking distance of the hotel and as we were visiting in October the bus service had stopped. But you could hire a car to get around the island. I would 100% recommend this small, friendly, high quality hotel and I would definitely like to return one day.

Your holiday is what you make it… room lovely… for me food was ok, but it depends on what kind of food you like ( I’m fussy) but I always found something.. it’s right in the beach which was amazing! Would definitely go back

Lovely resort and food. They charge for the use of room safe and a €20 deposit for pool towels, only allowed to change twice a week. I have nothing more to say but I need 200 characters hence the latter waffle.

Had a great holiday, just back from a week stay. We stayed in one of the apartments located at the rear of the hotel. Up on the second floor with a fantastic view of the beach & sea from the balcony. Although our apartment was starting to show the signs of age, the rest of the hotel facilities were fantastic. But don't let that put you off booking an apartment, they were very clean & tidy. The only slight downside of the apartments is the walk down the stairs to the beach then back up more stairs inside to get your room. But this is only a slight ******. Sun beds and bar seats seemed to be in plentiful supply. Not sure what you would do if it rained though, there wasn't a great deal of indoor seating or an indoor bar. Good job it always seems sunny in Ibiza :-) The food at the restaurant was always good, offering a very varied menu. We never went hungry! Same goes for the drinks available, loads of well known brands available. Most days we made use of the snack bar & had hot dogs or hamburgers for lunch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful too, a special mention has to go to Katy on reception. She went overboard to welcome us on arrival. Well worth a visit!

first time at this hotel and I dont think it will be our last. Lovely welcome by Katy which continued throughout our stay with all the staff smiling and saying Hola. The location is great, but there are a few steps through the property as its on a hill, worth considering if you have mobility issues. Sadly theres no lift in the apartment block near the sea, its a bit of a hike to carry all your luggage up to the second or third floor. The food and drink are excellent, food choices were varied and fresh, some of the food could have been a bit warmer. Bar snacks were good but we were told theres no cheese for burgers, but you can order a cheese & ham toastie?? Only 1 bar which was fine for us but its outside, if it rains I'm guessing theres not a lot to do inside (unless they open the restaurant). There were a lot of small children when we visited, the place has a lovely family feel and its right next to a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. The best part for me was watching the nightly sunsets into the sea with a g&t (premium brands at no extra cost). Pure relaxation, would recommend to anyone wanting to unwind in a beautiful setting.
