Before boarding the plane, I called the hotel to arrange for a pick-up. The front desk agreed to arrange it very quickly. After a while, I received a text message confirming the pick-up. After arriving, I didn't see the driver. I called the front desk to coordinate. Later, I saw the driver get on the car, and the front desk called to confirm. It was really responsible. The check-in procedure was very fast. The hotel lobby looks brand new and bright, quiet in a busy place. The room is not big, double-glazed, and the sound insulation effect is very good. It feels better than the online reviews.

The room was quite spacious (for Sydney standards), and I understand the Whitsundays are humid, so the dampness in the room was expected. The bedding was indeed damp, but the front desk promptly changed it when I mentioned it. I especially want to commend the dark-skinned lady at the front desk on duty on the 11th. I missed my airport shuttle that day, and she helped me contact the bus company, rearranged my transfer, and reminded me to check in online to avoid missing my flight. She deserves a huge commendation!

Very good hotel is recommended. Need to be reminded that the price of the hotel varies greatly. You can always pay attention to Ctrip to avoid unnecessary losses. In addition, the Ghost Management Hotel is more casual. If you go out early all night, the front desk will not see anyone. The second night we will return to the hotel and find that the door will not open. Then we will go to the front desk and find a letter on the desk. It's only a 3-minute walk to Port of Airlie (where the ferries from Hamilton Island dock), and less than a 10-minute walk to Woolworths (navigation might take you the long way, but you can cut across the lawn). The three-bedroom unit we booked with our friends was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, especially for families traveling together.

Facilities: Complete kitchenware, no oil, salt, sauce and vinegar are needed, suitable for cooking Western food. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee pot are all available. Air conditioner, electric fan, two TVs each. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided, but the quality is average. The hair dryer is ordinary and old. There are no slippers, combs, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Advantages: Beautiful environment, you can enjoy the sunset, the infrastructure is complete and clean! Away from the hustle and bustle of the central city at the foot of the mountain, the environment is quiet! Convenient transportation, it is the pick-up point for various tourist team projects. Close to the city, it only costs 10-11 Australian dollars to take a taxi from the central city at the foot of the mountain! Disadvantages: Being on the mountain is its disadvantage, but the sea view rooms are all on the mountain. Another problem is that the drainage of the shower room is not ideal, and the mop provided in the room needs to be mopped after taking a shower.

The hotel is impeccable, situated on a hill with great views from the balcony. While it’s true that a section of the mountain trail isn’t going to kill anyone, it caused me to take a tumble every morning while descending the mountain… (because it rained every day during the days we were there) which directly affected the underwater activities. If you choose to live here and don’t drive and have to walk down the mountain and it rains, I recommend wearing a pair of super non-slip shoes.

This is a B&B on a very large and steep hillside. Everyone remember to buy PPP airport, not Hamilton Island (Great Barrier Reef) Airport. The B&B is at the end of the main street of Airlie Beach, on the hillside on the left. The beach is beautiful, and the food on the street is expensive and tastes average. The mojito, which is known as the best in the world, tastes nothing special. The steak, which is known as the best steak, has a bitter taste and is a bit unpalatable. Everyone must avoid coming here during the rainy season. My helicopter tour was cancelled, so I came here in vain. It was actually sunny that day, but it was windy. It's hard to describe.

It's a 15-minute walk from the commercial center. It's an acceptable distance. If you have a lot of older children, would you mind staying closer? The building is a bit old and the interior is pretty good and clean. There is a small pool on the first floor. It is really small. Children can play in the water👌 There was a Chinese girl at the front desk who recommended a very good restaurant. The view from the balcony is quite nice. There is a big slope at the door. Pushing luggage up is a strenuous task. There is no elevator either, which makes carrying luggage extra laborious.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely its location, right in the centre of Airlie Beach, which is very convenient for accessing restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was clean, but very basic. One downside is that there is no sink in the kitchenette, which makes cooking and washing dishes quite difficult, especially since it is advertised as having a kitchenette. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work at all during our stay. It can also be quite noisy in the evening due to the bars and nightclubs nearby.

Overall, it was very clean. The cleaning was thorough, and I was surprised by how clean the common areas were. They closed the kitchen and other areas every night for cleaning, which I appreciated. The dormitory rooms don't have curtains, but the beds are spaced far enough apart, and the beds are fixed to the wall, so there's absolutely no creaking noise. Lockers are also provided, which was reassuring.

The hotel lobby looks brand new and bright, quiet in a busy place. The room is not big, double-glazed, and the sound insulation effect is very good. It feels better than the online reviews.

The hotel room was very clean, the restaurant was facing the boat dock, the breakfast was very comfortable, many 𡷊 Outer water activities were set off at the pier of 𥚃, but it was far from the city center and it was very convenient to walk. Along the coast, the scenery was beautiful.

The accommodation was perfect for a group of friends looking to find a few days to relax in Airlie. The swimming pool was refreshing and the apartment we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

I liked it, I took a house here, their 4 here, the rest of the places would be perfect if you were on a car, like parking for trailers. The house is comfortable as if you were in a trailer with everything you need, but it is not small. There is a swimming pool. Get to Early by bus or walk 15 minutes. You can get to the hotel by taxi but it is one way 100Aud We took the transfer at the airport on the counter generally for 88Aud on both sides for 2 people, very convenient

Basic apartment with all you need for a few days, perfectly located right in the middle of the Main Street and with direct access to the lagoon. About 10mn walk via boardwalk to the marina where most day trips depart from. Would book again

The room was quite spacious (for Sydney standards), and I understand the Whitsundays are humid, so the dampness in the room was expected. The bedding was indeed damp, but the front desk promptly changed it when I mentioned it. I especially want to commend the dark-skinned lady at the front desk on duty on the 11th. I missed my airport shuttle that day, and she helped me contact the bus company, rearranged my transfer, and reminded me to check in online to avoid missing my flight. She deserves a huge commendation!
