We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place. We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber! The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.

Before going to the Masai Mara savanna, I stayed in a city hotel in Nairobi for one night. It was very good. Vehicles entering the hotel need to be strictly checked by security. The guy at the front desk spoke English very well and was very humorous. The room had an overall European resort style, and there were birds in the morning. morning Call. The hotel itself is in a great location. However, there are major constructions going on outside our room which started at 8am until 6pm - not the hotel’s fault, however, when we asked to move rooms with one woman and she insisted there was no construction going on, even after showing her a picture of it, so we were denied. We asked to move again the following day with a different worker who was more than happy to help. Our new room was away from the construction, so it was very quiet. The breakfast was great, I would highly recommend it.

Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole. Only surprise during our entire stay, start to finish, was the poor quality of the brewed coffee at breakfast. Kenya's coffee is better than that! We'll be back, to try the coffee again!!

I had a really pleasant stay at The Panari Hotel, conveniently located near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was excellent — perfect for a good night’s rest before or after a flight. The check-in and checkout process were smooth and friendly, and the staff were professional and helpful. The airport drop-off service, though charged separately, was on time and well-coordinated, which I appreciated. The food was amazing — definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The only downsides were that the shower was broken (though I managed to adjust) and that the rates were a little on the expensive side for what’s offered. Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean, and convenient hotel with great food and service — just a bit pricey and in need of a few minor fixes.

This is a real treasure of a place! The atmosphere is old world charm, the food is fabulous at TATU. The bar is excellent with service and attentiveness to you needs. The gift shop is stellar for some nice jewelry. The facilities are clean as a whistle as they say...breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The work out facilities are just super great, and the pool is heated. Ok, lastly the ambiance of colonial Africa just fills the air, from the art, to the breezes flowing freely through this wonderful hotel!

We stayed here twice. Safe, secure, terrific staff, close to Naivas supermarket, food hall upstairs and City Market. There are two eateries in the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet is superb! Every day has variety. The restaurant/bar is a bit hit or miss with the food quality, and their discount program is a bit confused. They claimed we couldn’t participate because we didn’t book our room directly with the hotel but the website says you don’t even have to be a hotel patron to gain restaurant discounts. Either way, rooms were large, comfortable and balcony was lovely. The bathrooms are very tired but other amenities, like the pool and gym, were lovely. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious. The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty. We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from. Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.

Accommodation in Kenya is very expensive. It's relatively affordable here. Not far from China's Xinhua News Agency and the Chinese district. YAYA CENTER is within walking distance. There are a lot of sausages for breakfast, few dishes, pure Western style, you can order black tea for no extra charge. But breakfast is 1,500 shillings, which is not cheap anymore. There is no way to go out.

Great hotel in a great location! The check in process was smooth, the friendly staff fully engaged at the point of service. The two story hotel foyer was wonderfully furnished for an immediate photo shoot! The room was very clean and very spacious! I asked for one at height with a view! Hotel facilities boast: - fitness room (free for guests) - beauty parlour - two restaurants, although only one was open during my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! - rooftop swimming pool,also closed during my stay -a great club bar! This trip, Trip.com ［ Lidagong ］. The flight booking is a flight that can't be found at the airport, and the airport staff helps to find all kinds of things. Finally, I found that the flight issued by Trip.com may be another airline, but fortunately, I finally left. To Kenya, at night to the hotel, the front desk told me that there was no reservation message. Fortunately, the customer service was still at 2:30 in the morning. After half an hour, the problem was dealt with. It was said that it was a system reason. I wanted to roll my eyes. The front desk said that I just received the agent's reservation. I don't want to talk to Trip.com about ］. Domestic can be said to be the four-star standard of the hotel more than ten years ago, clean and tidy, no toiletries and disposable slippers. The sound insulation is relatively poor, the glass windows are not closed, and the wind will be very loud. The staff is very good, the meeting will be very warm to say hello, will take the initiative to help solve the problem. Breakfast is OK, can eat enough, it is estimated that the restaurant is darker, resulting in not much appetite to see anything. On our check out we were asked to pay additional $ as the exchange rate changed from the moment we pay our room cost during checked in, so we ended up having to spend time to understand why the hotel would charge customer an amount in USD upon check in, and charge customer again if the exchange rate changed at the end of our stay, when I asked would they refund money to customers if the exchange rate changed favourable to the customer, they couldn't answer. We have a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The services provided by Bruno at the concierge before , during and after our stay have been top notch. He helped us arrange the private vehicle to visit the different tourist spots prior to our arrival and we managed to maximise our 2 days one night stay visiting the souvenir shops, giraffe park and the national park immediately on arrival and the relaxing hotel massage services prior to dinner. He also assisted us to book the 3 different restaurants and the food were all to our satisfaction. Thanks again to Bruno for his efficient and attentive service. Our stay could not be better!

Hotel facilities boast: - fitness room (free for guests) - beauty parlour - two restaurants, although only one was open during my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! - rooftop swimming pool,also closed during my stay -a great club bar! There was even a guest laundry room with washing machine and drying area (free for guests) Location is everything and this hotel is just a few minutes walk from a range of other local venues and restaurants, although who wants to stay too local in Naitobi, the city that Hever sleeps?

Very large apartment, double bed (135 cm) is quite small, old and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, it was set up for one person; they brought an extra towel and a bottle of water, but not the rest of the essentials (toiletries, sandals, etc.). The shower temperature is difficult to adjust; it's easy to get burned.
