Nothing serious, everything was good. But I lost my airpod there. It is a shame that a 5-star hotel cannot find a way to locate my device, where the last location was in my room.

Before going to the Masai Mara savanna, I stayed in a city hotel in Nairobi for one night. It was very good. Vehicles entering the hotel need to be strictly checked by security. The guy at the front desk spoke English very well and was very humorous. The room had an overall European resort style, and there were birds in the morning. morning Call. There are also many types of room service meals!

Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole. Only surprise during our entire stay, start to finish, was the poor quality of the brewed coffee at breakfast. Kenya's coffee is better than that! We'll be back, to try the coffee again!!

Check in process was smooth and fast. Hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly, kind and flexible. The location is convenient- very close to the airport and city centre. Food is brilliant - we booked half-board and enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner, with variety of food on offer. Some areas of improvement: We asked for a baby cot but what was provided was an old dirty wooden bed with adult linen/ bedding - not appealing at all and lacked that babyish touch - not given some clear thought. It appears as though the hotel isn't ready for families with babies/infants! The management should seriously think of giving facilities an uplift to ensure clients have a peaceful and memorable experience. For example the rubber lining on the refrigerator in our room (we hooked an Executive room! ) was so dirty. The landline phones are old fashioned and some not functional. Also it took too long for the phones to be answered, while in some cases never answered at all, and worse still no follow up call back. There was also this disturbing intermittent noise (sounded like a machine) around the 11th floor that disrupted our sleep at night. These issues and lack of details do not match the star rating of this hotel. A great hotel, but one whose facilities have been neglected! We may come back, just for the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food!

We loved staying at this hotel which is absolutely steeped in history. Staying here feels like taking a step back in history and the art deco design of the bar was just gorgeous. However, it was the staff that really made our stay memorable. They made us feel special and welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel. It just happened to be my birthday and they went out of their way to make it feel so very special. In particular, Kanja and Christine, were just fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

This hotel is strange. It looks very chic but the room was broken all over: aircon did not really work, toilet flush only worked sometimes, towel hangers in the bathroom were broken off and hanging around loosely, bed was worn out and extremely sagging. The front desk personnell was kind, another staff member who came to our room for laundry was quite rude. I always prefer supporting established hotels over spending my money on airbnbs but sadly i find the price quite unjustified and cannot really recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a good location, clean, and with a great view of the city. However, they had no toothbrush and slippers were not provided. I was told I had to pay an additional fee for that. However, that was not clear on trip.com. Also, it is misleading that one of the perks is a complimentary breakfast, but that was not included in my final payment. There is no gym in the facility, the show does not have a flexible hose, etc.... They also don't have stewards who help you with your bags; you are left to carry everything yourself.

Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious. The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty. We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from. Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

Accommodation in Kenya is very expensive. It's relatively affordable here. Not far from China's Xinhua News Agency and the Chinese district. YAYA CENTER is within walking distance. There are a lot of sausages for breakfast, few dishes, pure Western style, you can order black tea for no extra charge. But breakfast is 1,500 shillings, which is not cheap anymore. There is no way to go out.

The location’s not too bad, but the traffic on Ngong Road can be bad, especially if you have a flight to catch. There was some construction work being done in the rooms next to ours, my wife was unwell and the banging noises didn’t help! We weren’t informed about it either - called reception but didn’t get any feedback and the noise continued. Other than that, it’s a comfortable hotel.

This trip, Trip.com [ Lidagong ]. The flight booking is a flight that can't be found at the airport, and the airport staff helps to find all kinds of things. Finally, I found that the flight issued by Trip.com may be another airline, but fortunately, I finally left. To Kenya, at night to the hotel, the front desk told me that there was no reservation message. Fortunately, the customer service was still at 2:30 in the morning. After half an hour, the problem was dealt with. It was said that it was a system reason. I wanted to roll my eyes. The front desk said that I just received the agent's reservation. I don't want to talk to Trip.com about ]. Domestic can be said to be the four-star standard of the hotel more than ten years ago, clean and tidy, no toiletries and disposable slippers. The sound insulation is relatively poor, the glass windows are not closed, and the wind will be very loud. The staff is very good, the meeting will be very warm to say hello, will take the initiative to help solve the problem. Breakfast is OK, can eat enough, it is estimated that the restaurant is darker, resulting in not much appetite to see anything. There are not too many types of fruit every day, and pineapple is very sweet. The surrounding location is also safe, very close to the taxi.

Situated in a busy location, amenities and nice restaurant near by. On our check out we were asked to pay additional $ as the exchange rate changed from the moment we pay our room cost during checked in, so we ended up having to spend time to understand why the hotel would charge customer an amount in USD upon check in, and charge customer again if the exchange rate changed at the end of our stay, when I asked would they refund money to customers if the exchange rate changed favourable to the customer, they couldn't answer. Be aware on their overcharge policy and they disguise the charge with while refunding the deposit.

The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. This is a relatively new and luxurious hotel in Nairobi. Security is very strict, with security personnel questioning guests at the entrance, dogs checking for explosives, and even armed security personnel checking bags in the lobby. However, there's no need to worry about security; it's purely a government requirement. The staff at the hotel are very nice, from the front desk to the concierge and the restaurant. Everyone is friendly and willing to help with any questions. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including table tennis, darts, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and excellent coffee. The hotel's location isn't very central, so there are no restaurants nearby. You can either dine at the hotel or take an Uber to the nearby village market, which offers both food and shopping. It's very convenient.

Every time I book a hotel in Africa, I am very entangled, either the facilities are old or the service is perfunctory. This blind choice directly digs into the treasure, and the experience is directly full! After landing, the pick-up service was arranged to give a full sense of security. Because I can't speak English, I am worried that I can't communicate, and the itinerary is inconvenient, but I met the enthusiastic proprietress, who knows English, can help translate, can take us around, and can share experiences to avoid pits for us. The most important thing is to eat authentic Chinese food, clean and refreshing. The proprietress arranged food, lodging and transportation, everything was arranged properly and intimately, and the details were all carefully. Whether it is a short-term business trip, inspection, or a short trip, this is particularly suitable. It has already collected shops and will continue to stay next time!

It felt less like a hotel and more like staying in a room within an apartment. The owner, cleaning staff, and the breakfast area were all on the 6th floor. The breakfast menu varied slightly each day, offering dishes like fried rice, potatoes, and stir-fried vegetables. It would be smoother to check in via WhatsApp. When the toilet paper ran out or the Wi-Fi acted up, they responded quickly and fixed it after I contacted them on WhatsApp. Laundry was also free. However, the main room where the laundry was kept smelled of cigarettes, possibly because people smoked there. But since it was free, I didn't mind. I also received plenty of water.
