This place is definitely a 4.5/5. My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The place is spacious and very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are a great size. We did have to wait a bit for our room and to get our keys but it wasn’t anything serious. The beach is a little bit away (10-15 min) if you’re okay with a drive, which we were. The staff was very sweet and we had no problem with communication. I can’t really speak on the amenities because we didn’t really use it. It’s definitely enough room for a family or group of friends. We are certainly coming back :)

We stayed here for three nights right at the start of things We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa on the 9th floor in the main tower. As it was ocean view, not ocean front, I knew going in that we would only have an angled view, but it was still a beautiful view of the ocean. Our condo overlooked the main pool area, and we had no issues with any noise. Pros: *Our condo was EXTREMELY clean. My husband and I came in before the kids and used disinfectant wipes on all the surfaces (COVID precaution). The wipes did not pick up any layers of dirt, which was nice. I, unfortunately, brought a stomach bug with us on our trip, and I had the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the bathroom fixtures. I must say they were spotless! So was the kitchen - the microwave, stove and oven were extremely clean. *Our condo was in very good shape and was up to date *The floor plan of our unit was fabulous. We had a three bedroom/three bathroom for the five of us. I liked how the master was situated on the opposite side of the living areas from the other bedrooms. *We had one lunch at Atlantic Grille. It was delicious. *They definitely were cleaning public areas more frequently. The elevator often smelled of cleaner (in a good way). Cons *People saving chairs by the pool. Some resorts do not allow this, but it is permitted here. I wish there was a policy to prevent this as it was irritating seeing towels draped over chairs, thus 'saving' them, and no one was there for hours. *I have a child who requires gluten free meals for medical reasons. The Atlantic Grille advertised GF options, which primarily were salads. It would be great if the resort had more option, especially since it is easy to prepare fresh seafood and vegetables without gluten. *Housekeeping came by very late in the day, like after 4 pm. We would stay here again!

The curtains in the room could not be closed, it was a bit noisy, and the breakfast was fairly rich, with meatloaf, eggs, bread, and fruit. Ctrip booking is very convenient, if there are more discounts, it would be better.

Coming from Charlotte, we decided to drive 2/3 of the trip before stopping (definitely getting past the Jacksonville traffic). Great choice located right off I-95. It is one of the “old style” Hampton Inn & Suites with vanity/sink outside the “bathroom” but for one night night it was fine. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean and recently refurbished. Clean and no pets are my two priorities!!! Also nice Italian restaurant within walking distance from hotel.

The hotel is good, there is a restaurant downstairs is very convenient. The famous Penara Bread is 2 minutes walk from the door. The oatmeal biscuits taste good and the salad is fresh. The hotel has a swimming pool, parking space, and a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The only downside is that there is no free drinking water, and you have to pay for it. Two bottles per bottle are quite expensive. The room is not bad, the area is big enough, there is free wifi, breakfast, really good.

Red Roof Inn were three words that have never been part of our travel plans. Still, this was a quick 4-night trip to scout out the Palm Coast area to see if it might be a good relocation spot. The Red Roof PLUS+Palm Coast was highly rated on Trip Advisor, the location was perfect for our driving plans and the price was affordable. So, putting aside our skepticism, we booked it. We were happy that we did. The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful and responsive; breakfast is included, the hotel is clean (both guest rooms and public areas), and parking safe and plentiful. Basic travel shopping (supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, fast food) are conveniently nearby. There clearly are good reasons that this particular Red Roof Inn is a favorite among Trip Advisor members. We would stay there again, without any qualms.

While visiting friends who were graduating in the Palm Coast, we found out that the Daytona 500 race was the same weekend. We not only were able to book for the weekend, but had a nice pond view, and the hotel is close to everything you need. The room was clean, the lobby people were helpful, and we were only minutes from the beach which was amazing. Overall a great trip, and location.

The hotel is by the sea, but across the street, the guest room has a frontal sea view room and a partial sea view room. This is a room with a balcony! ! ! However, there is another room in the hotel that has no balcony, window and partial sea view. The front desk will use the room type to fool the two types of rooms in front of the customer. The customer pays attention to it and has to negotiate with the front desk! ! ! ! I just changed the room after the negotiation! ! This price difference is much better, and the feeling of living is completely different!
