The hotel is a the prime location and that is the only pro it has. The service is very slow and the rooms are not well maintained. I could literally see the flooring panels come out in my luxury room(which is the highest grade room they have). The worst was the constant dragging of furniture in the night by their workers at the restaurant. I couldn’t sleep even for an hour in my 2 night’s stay. However a bit more upkeep is necessary to maintain the charm of this heritage property. We were in the Residency room. The bathroom needs a makeover, it is huge but a bit run down with tiles which are visibly very worn out. The cupboard in the room is wooden with handles in wooden blocks which shows good taste, but it is not very functional and size is small. Amenities need to be a bit more modern while keeping the heritage feel intact.

Located at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good .
