**Villa Madeira pool is newly remodeled and now open! Assigned parking spot for our condo is #125, and the parking garage is open. Renters should park in the assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in guest parking, and there is overflow parking across the street at the Church by the Sea parking lot. Condo comes with two parking passes, which should be displayed on vehicle dash.
The exterior of the building has recently been repainted in beautiful shades of blue and grey.

There are also many water sports and activities there such as jet ski rentals, dolphin watching boat tours, sunset cruises, parasailing, and more.
