The two-bedroom family apartment was really spacious and perfect for a family of four. It had 2 showers and 2 toilets. The swimming pool was large and clean, highly recommended for a family splash in the heat of Laos. The hotel also has a small gym, plus separate saunas and jacuzzis for both men and women. We will definitely come back here again.

I have used this hotel. It's a little far from the center, but there are electric bike rentals. It is close to the Thai Embassy. There are many local restaurants in the area. Everything seems old. It's not properly maintained, the wifi and air-conditioning is bad in some rooms. I stayed here for five days. I changed to a different type of room to try out, even some of the most expensive rooms they have are not properly maintained, I have to change rooms a few times to get the good wifi and air-conditioning room.

It's relatively clean. I did see ants quite often, but luckily there were geckos inside which seemed to keep them from spreading too much. **Accessibility** It's nice that it's close to Eun Hotel, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. It's about a 30-minute drive to the golf course, and they're building what looks like either a golf course or a 'teeball' (or similar) court right next door. If it's a golf course, that would be a huge advantage. **Convenience Store** The convenience store items aren't very diverse. Instant noodles were the only meal replacement option, and they weren't even Korean ramen. The hotel restaurant only serves Chinese and Laotian food. The massage parlor on the second floor has a Korean owner, but the Laotian manager is usually on-site. Prices are double the local rate, and the skill level is hit-or-miss – one time was great, another time was too light. **The facilities are excellent though!**

This hotel offers incredible value for money. Firstly, they provide a complimentary, private airport transfer service – not a large shuttle bus, but a clean and brand new 5-seater car, just for you. Secondly, the hotel environment is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bed, which is incredibly cozy. Thirdly, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Japanese, Western, Thai, and local specialties. Most importantly, the price is unbeatable; the value for money is outstanding. The only minor drawback is the lack of Chinese-speaking staff. It would be even better if they could improve this in the future by having Chinese-speaking front desk personnel.

I initially booked this hotel for 5 nights, but ended up staying for a total of 7 nights. The room is spacious and good for a remote worker. I like that the toilet and shower are separated into two rooms. The staff are so nice and friendly. The swimming pool and the gym on the top floor are great for chilling and working out. Having said that, I would recommend the housekeeping to come in around 12 Noon - 1 PM, instead of the 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM window, because it is much more convenient if they come during lunchtime. Another thing is that the internet inside the room is not good at all, but the lobby area is a good spot.

Stayed at Ibis Vientiane and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located right in the heart of town, making it very convenient to explore nearby restaurants, cafes, and attractions. The room was relatively spacious compared to many budget hotels, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout the stay. Areas for Improvement: The hotel seems to prioritize energy conservation, but the lighting in both the room and common areas is quite dim. At times, it felt a little uncomfortable, especially during the evening. Another issue was the wall power outlets, which were rather loose and flimsy. They could not properly support my heavy-duty travel adapter, so I had to improvise by using a bottle to hold it in place while charging. Slippers are not provided in the room by default and need to be requested separately. While the staff were helpful, having to contact reception and collect them added a bit of inconvenience. Overall: A comfortable and well-located hotel with good service and decent room size. With brighter lighting and improved power outlets, the stay would be even better. 4/5 stars.

We stayed here when traveling back via Vientiane airport. So we only stayed for one short night. I have a mixed feedback Very positive: The staff is really friendly, helpful and also spoke very good English; the pickup from train station and transfer to airport worked very smoothly and was easy to arrange. Also the breakfast was quite delicious. The outdoor facilities like pool and surroundings also very well maintained and beautiful arranged. Not positive/ convincing The room itself are just old and outdated. Old facilities, used, not modernized. Just from a different area. I can't say not clean but you also don't have the impression everything very clean as it just ”used up”. We have been in Laos in some hotels, unfortunately I need to say this one did not meet the others and this mainly due to the rooms Location is okay. Not in the old quarter but more in the modern / new city part. Depends what is preferred.

That Luang was within walking distance. The restaurant was right in front of the hotel, so it was fine even when it was raining. The mall and convenience store were a little far away, so walking would be difficult. The hotel was excellent, with a bathtub. There were also two showers, so you could fill the bathtub with water while showering. The staff were very kind. Daily cleaning was thorough, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included, but I had to pay for dinner at the restaurant. It was high quality and delicious. I had a wonderful time.

1️⃣ This hotel is absolutely stunning from the outside, almost the most exquisite on Yongzheng Night Market street. However, the inside feels quite disconnected from the exterior. It caters primarily to a Western clientele, with prices in USD. On our first night, the bedsheets were a bit dirty, so we contacted the front desk to have them changed. We stayed for a total of three nights. 2️⃣ Breakfast is à la carte with an additional self-service buffet. All the cuts and presentations were incredibly refined, even the fruit was artfully arranged. We tried the pho, Singaporean fishball noodles, Eggs Benedict, and omelets 🥚. 3️⃣ The location is fantastic. Step out of the hotel lobby, turn left, and you're at Yongzhen Night Market. Turn right, and you're at Mekong River Night Market. It's incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks or exploring the night markets.

The room was a bit small but perfect for a solo traveler. The bedding was very comfortable, with a charming French floral pattern, and the curtains were lovely too. The flowers and plants in the garden were just right. Check-in was smooth, and all the male staff were very friendly. On our last day, they even helped us contact the driver when we were taking a taxi. Compared to the room and surroundings, breakfast was a bit disappointing and somewhat basic. A lady at our table ordered the wrong thing, and when the food finally arrived, there wasn't much of it. Oh well, we were planning to go out for coffee and pastries anyway. I originally chose this hotel because of the black and white checkered tablecloths in the restaurant. Overall, the value for money isn't exceptionally high, but if you like an authentic French style, this could be a good choice.

Great hotel! The breakfast was decent and left a really good impression on me in Vientiane. Mon and Farsay provided excellent service; they were two very enthusiastic young ladies. Facilities: Excellent. Not inferior to domestic five-star hotels. The only thing is the door lock felt a bit insecure, and I've seen other guests mention this issue as well. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Elegant and minimalist. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic! I couldn't get a taxi to That Luang Temple, so a staff member drove me there directly in the hotel's shuttle. They even offered to pick me up after I finished, though I ended up taking a taxi to another place, haha.

Le Seine is beautifully located facing the Mekong River, offering, in my view, the best riverfront scenery in Vientiane. The hotel is within walking distance of the night market and many of the city’s main attractions. The rooms and overall property are very well curated, fully in line with a boutique hotel experience. Nice facilities, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and excellent showers. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooftop bar is also a highlight, with live music and a fantastic view over the river. The only negative note was regarding my advanced reservation for a higher-floor Deluxe River View room. As this was a special occasion, I had even called a couple of days prior to confirm availability and specifically requested a room on the 3rd or 4th floor. However, despite arriving at the earliest check-in time, I was informed that all rooms of that category on the higher floors had already been assigned and were no longer available.

The breakfast starting at 6:30 AM also gives me enough time to catch my domestic flight from the airport. I'll definitely keep staying here in the future. The reason we choose this hotel was it was closer to train station and offered free drop off service. The hotel is located at outskirts of Vientiane and so it took some time to get there. The breakfast had mostly Chinese food. The swimming pool and area around the hotel was nice, especially at the evening after hot day. The reception person didn’t speak English but with the English-Chinese translation app, there was no problem of communicating. There was a strange smell so the reception called the repair man who has cleaned the airconditioner dust and it cleared the air.

We chose a hotel closer to the train station. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere (only the main building is complete). Not a single driver knows where the hotel is. The free train station pickup service is not available. It's impossible to contact the hotel directly or through the booking form. The choice of a 5-star hotel was also limited by the restaurant, as the only thing near the hotel is a traffic light at an intersection. The restaurant is closed in the evenings, even though it's open until 9:00 PM. There's no storage space. The rooms don't yet have refrigerators. Otherwise, everything is great. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. .

This hotel is located in Sanjiang China Town, and it's one of the more impressive ones in the area. With a large supermarket and Chinese restaurants nearby, the location is quite convenient. The rooms are spacious and new, with amenities comparable to a five-star hotel back home. The service is also excellent, with very prompt responses. They even offer free airport transfers. Breakfast on the second day was decent, with freshly cooked dumplings, rice noodles, and regular noodles available. The only awkward part is that the hotel is situated in a small alleyway filled with adult entertainment establishments. I was traveling with my parents, and thankfully, they thought they were legitimate beauty salons, barbershops, and massage parlors. Otherwise, that would have been quite a scene, phew!

The hotel is located in the city, surrounded by convenience stores, Starbucks, and restaurants. The location is excellent. The hotel is new and generally clean. The room is quite spacious, the bed is soft, and they provide four pillows, which is great. All the amenities and equipment in the room are complete. However, the room had a slight cigarette smell, but it wasn't too bothersome, and I could sleep normally (staff came to spray air freshener). The swimming pool is good and clean, and there's a fitness center. The equipment and facilities in the fitness center are very comprehensive, which is excellent. There's also a steam room, which I really liked. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the food is delicious. It's excellent. There are many drink options. Compared to the room rate, the food quality is better than expected. All the staff provide excellent service; they are polite, helpful, and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The price is reasonable, and the service far exceeds the cost.

The room is quite spacious, the bed is soft, and they provide four pillows, which is great. All the amenities and equipment in the room are complete. However, the room had a slight cigarette smell, but it wasn't too bothersome, and I could sleep normally (staff came to spray air freshener). The swimming pool is good and clean, and there's a fitness center. The equipment and facilities in the fitness center are very comprehensive, which is excellent. There's also a steam room, which I really liked. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the food is delicious. It's excellent. There are many drink options. Compared to the room rate, the food quality is better than expected. All the staff provide excellent service; they are polite, helpful, and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The price is reasonable, and the service far exceeds the cost.

I usually choose hotels with a rating of 4.7 and over 500 reviews within my budget. This hotel didn't quite meet those criteria, but I booked it immediately after seeing a negative review complaining about the 'no smoking in rooms' policy! I absolutely detest cigarette smoke! It's fantastic that smoking is prohibited! First of all, I was traveling alone, and the room size was not small, and the cleanliness was also good. The service was decent, the breakfast was excellent, and the fruit was fresh. I'd deduct some points for the facilities: Although there was no window, the fresh air system made it not stuffy, which is a plus. The hairdryer was subpar, still using a slow 1000W model. I'd suggest sourcing some high-speed hairdryers from China (many brands available, low cost). The power outlets only had five-hole sockets. I recommend sourcing some panels with Type-C/USB ports from China, which wouldn't add much to the cost (you can find these easily at Huaqiangbei in China). The air conditioning was powerful, but even at the lowest fan speed, the noise was still significant. So I opted to turn off the AC and the fresh air system for a good night's sleep, as sleeping well is very important! Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel, which is completely smoke-free and prohibits durian. It was perfect for me!

The room was clean and decent. However, there are only stairs, no elevator. There are many snack bars nearby and it's not far from the night market, making it great value for money. I recommend it! 👍 It's also very close to all the popular influencer-recommended spots.

Kids under 12 stay free, and breakfast is complimentary. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. It's close to smoothie shops, Coffee Stat, Beer Station, and just across the road from Si Hom Market. The location is excellent! The staff are very kind; they helped me call a taxi when I couldn't figure it out and even gave me directions. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room layout was excellent! The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe king room, which had fantastic natural light and offered great views of both the city and the Mekong River. We were on the 5th floor, and the soundproofing was good. In the evening, we walked to a nearby food street, which was super convenient, just a few minutes away.

Professional, kind, helpful and enthusiastic reception. My days were beautiful staying in a very good location and easy to walk around visiting temples. I am not expected the break fast complimentary but I get my simple breakfast boiled rice and sandwiches with coffee. The room is clean, toliet is clean. Thank you for a memorable time in Vientiane. I stayed here for one night and overall had a good experience. The place was very quiet, maybe because it’s an older building, but it was peaceful and affordable, especially for solo travelers. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. They provided everything I needed, including a hair dryer, soap, and hot and cold shower facilities. They also offer breakfast and have meals available downstairs, which was very convenient. The only thing I noticed was that the building felt a bit old, and the vibe was slightly different from newer accommodations. However, once I settled in, everything was completely fine. To be honest, I was a little scared at first because the room was quite large and I was staying alone, but that was just me overthinking! The location is great and close to everything you might need. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay.
