This is my third time staying at this hotel. And sadly, it just doesn’t get any better. And they even did a remodel since I was here last. Sad, old hotel that is unfortunately the best that Calapan has to offer. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and the staff very nice, but that’s about all I can say to the positive. No hot water, little in the way of amenities and the breakfast included with the room is just pathetic. All of this and reasonably expensive by Phillipines standards. I had just come from the Lalaguna Villas in Puerto Galera, so the contrasts were extreme. I am currently at the Manila Hotel, so again the contrasts are extreme. There are few options for a hotel in Calapan, they host many weddings and local events. But seriously, someone should open a decent hotel in a capital city of 140,000.

This place is the nearest to Calapan Convention. Good enough for sleeping with 2 Double Beds and a small dining area. Has smart tv so watching on Netflix or others is possible. Ms Chacha at the frontdesk is easy to talk to and very accommodating.

The Eduardo's Resort is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Eduardo's Resort offers a pleasant stay in Calapan for those traveling for business or leisure. With multiple attractions nearby including Balai Mindoro, Villa King and Guinobatan Covered Court, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Calapan hotel provides parking on site.

Unfortunately, our first night was very uncomfortable as the air conditioning was not functioning that's why it was so hot. The front desk was closed, so my calls went unanswered. Nevertheless, the staff members were kind and courteous.
