The location of the hotel is just perfect! 2 minutes of a walking distance to the Sea World. The room was clean. And the laundry service was available as well. Personally, I used the iron and the ironing board. But there were some disappointing facts about the shower cabin. The water pours and leaks out of the cabin which makes the floor so wet, so no towels can help, and I had to collect it with my slippers apparently. And there was shampoo in the shampoo and conditioner containers both which means I just washed my head twice. I’d recommend the hotel stuff mind these details. But, nevertheless, thanks my stay there!

The staff on the first floor were proactive in helping me with my luggage and took it to the elevator. When checking in at the 31st-floor reception, Ryan greeted us warmly. I specifically sought him out, and he kindly assigned us a high-floor room on the 48th floor and even offered complimentary breakfast for the children! A big thumbs up for that! 👍 **Room** The website stated 43 square meters, which felt about right, a standard size. The in-room tea was Twinings tea bags, both green and black tea. The fixtures, like the faucets and showerhead, seemed newer than those at the Hyatt in Dongguan. The hairdryer was a Lefein, with strong airflow, a big plus! The shower pressure was excellent, another thumbs up! 👍 The linens were standard, and housekeeping was very prompt; our room was already clean when we returned from breakfast. The twin beds were 1.2 meters wide; though small, they were firm and could be moved together. The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the toothbrushes; I recommend bringing your own if you're particular. The air conditioning was quite noisy. **Food** The dinner buffet was fantastic! The chef team spoke Cantonese, and the hot Cantonese dishes were on point, especially the black char siu – delicious! The stir-fried vegetables were all good, and the boiled beef in chili oil was excellent! You could also get clay pot garlic seafood made fresh on the spot; you pick your ingredients and hand them to the chef to prepare. Sashimi was readily available on platters for self-service without waiting. The grilled beef at the live station was incredibly tender; my child had three servings! There were also grilled squid and other meats, with a short wait of only three or four people. Desserts included Napoleon cake, cheesecake, and durian mille-feuille, all made fresh by the chefs. The individual serving was steamed lobster with glass noodles, and the meat was springy and very fresh! If I had to pick a fault, it would be the lack of freshly squeezed juice. In comparison, breakfast was slightly disappointing. During the May Day holiday, if you arrived at the restaurant a bit late, you had to queue. Also, later on, the freshly squeezed juice dispenser was empty and not refilled. The noodle bar only offered minced meat and green beans as toppings, and there was no good chili sauce. The variety of Chinese hot dishes was limited. The highlight was the freshly made wontons; although they took a while to cook and there was a long queue, they were amazing when I finally got to eat them! The soup was incredibly flavorful! Breakfast was just about filling, but the quality was a bit lacking. **Public Areas** The lobby on the 31st floor offered beautiful sea and mountain views. The gym was outsourced but truly professional and spacious! There was even a 24-hour gym! The swimming pool was smaller than expected, with shallow water, and was an outdoor heated pool. Children's facilities were minimal, almost non-existent. There were parent-child activities, such as handicrafts, which we didn't participate in. After dinner, you could walk to the seaside boardwalk; though crowded and noisy, it was sufficient for a stroll. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Bitongdao on Wutong Mountain, making it convenient for hiking. Staying at the Hyatt in Yantian during the holiday ensures good food and accommodation, allows for hiking, and offers easy access by car or metro to OCT (Overseas Chinese Town) or Dameisha/Xiaomeisha for an enjoyable trip!

We had a two-bedroom suite, very comfortable. The beds were large and quite spacious. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. The weather wasn't perfect for swimming, but we walked along the beach, which is nearby. They replenished the water daily, changed the towels, and cleaned the room. We thought we needed hooks for coats and bags in the hallway, and at least a small table in the room for a computer or for the family to have tea. Nearby there's a pizzeria, a fruit market, and an ancient fortress with beautiful streets, goods, and food. Overall, we loved everything, thank you!

Although Meisu is a little distance from the subway station, there are beaches/snack stalls along the way, so it's okay. The estate itself feels old, and the swimming pool is deserted, but once you enter the house, you’re in another world; The cleanliness is better than expected, the bed sheets, towels, quilts, sofa and bathtub are also clean and tidy; Customer service contacted us via WeChat, and the Wifi, door password, and how to get to Meisu were all clear. Even nearby attractions are introduced one by one. Although the response is not immediate, you don’t have to wait too long; The facilities are very complete. The bathroom supplies are all there. The refrigerator can freeze (which is good for a normal hotel). There is a giant screen with movies to watch, but VIPs can't watch them. However, you can use Air View, and you can prepare your own movies if necessary. There are two sets of kimonos for everyone to take photos, and the surfaces are very clean. There are also sufficient charging stations in the room, and a charging cable is provided. The bathtub is on the terrace, with disposable bath bags provided. Draw the blinds at night, turn off the terrace lights, and people downstairs won't see you when you stand up. Japanese style, comfortable and beautiful

This is an old hotel that's been around for decades, and you can tell that the furniture used back in the day was top-notch. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped with various facilities. However, with time, it's a bit outdated now; the lack of smart toilets is a noticeable drawback. But on the bright side, the spacious rooms, elegant decor, and comprehensive facilities, along with meticulous cleaning, really allow us to sleep soundly and comfortably without a worry. I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out for the hotel's service and food! 👍 **Service:** It was Dragon Boat Festival, which coincided with my mother's birthday and Father's Day, so I came back to Shenzhen to celebrate with my parents. Since the booking was quite last-minute, I messaged the hotel, just hoping, to ask if they could arrange a birthday setup. The hotel staff readily agreed and did an amazing job with the birthday decorations! Upon arrival, we were informed that both rooms had been complimentary upgraded to high-floor deluxe rooms, and the birthday decorations inside the rooms were perfect! I'm incredibly satisfied! 😊 **Food:** Breakfast is served at the all-day dining restaurant, the Beer Bar on the 3rd floor. IHG members can move to the Prego Italian restaurant for a quieter atmosphere. The continental buffet breakfast offers a rich variety and excellent quality, including a noodle station and made-to-order omelets. The omelets and black truffle scrambled eggs were particularly amazing! For lunch, we used a dining voucher at the Fu Lin Men restaurant on the 2nd floor. Note that the voucher can only be used for à la carte stir-fries; it's not applicable for tea or dim sum, and cannot be combined with member discounts or group purchases. The dim sum at Fu Lin Men is excellent; the shrimp dumplings are smooth and tender, the tripe is crisp, and the stir-fries are consistently good. After using the voucher, the total cost for three people was 210 yuan, which was a very satisfying meal overall! 😋 Great value for money! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Luohu!

The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet. Definitely want to go back!

This was a perfect hotel for us to land after a long international flight with young kids; huge hotel and compound which likely had its prime when it was first built 20 years ago; it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep but the standout of it was its nature park access which is a must with young kids; so beautiful and lots of fun. It would be so nice if it became more popular again so they can restore the place to its former glory. Workers were really warm and friendly; breakfast was a nice touch.

After exiting Hong Kong Airport's Gate A, I took an Eternal East bus directly to the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport for HKD 170. It took about an hour to reach the hotel from Hong Kong Airport T3. The hotel is conveniently located at Shenzhen Airport's Arrival Center Gates 16/18. You can also walk directly to the boarding gates from the hotel's third floor. I walked from the hotel to Gate 371, which took 40 minutes (including check-in and security). The hotel offers a dinner buffet for 198 RMB per person, but it only operates until 9 PM.

I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen recently. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Futian district, a close distance to Futian high speed rail station. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door with refreshing welcome drinks and friendly service. The checking process was quick and smooth. We selected a room that had access to the club lounge. The lounge is excellent, with 5 meals a day provided. The quality of the food is high and the there is a varied selection to choose from. However, i would recommend going down to the main restaurant for breakfast. What really made our stay great was the fantastic room service and general friendliness of the staff. While we were staying in the club lounge we were lucky enough to have Mandy take of us. She did an amazing job helping us with any help we needed. She was extremely professional and her communication in English was very impressive. I would definitely come and stay again, and hopefully have Mandy there to look after us during our next trip.

The bathroom was massive, and having two faucets at the vanity is standard for a five-star hotel. The hotel service was exceptional. A special shout-out and thanks to Rica Dong from the Executive Lounge. She proactively called us beforehand to inquire about our arrival time, any room preferences, and advised us that we could check in directly on the 29th floor to avoid waiting. This kind of pre-arrival service was incredibly thoughtful. We've recently stayed at the St. Regis in Luohu, the Four Seasons in Futian, and the Hilton in Nanshan for a few days to celebrate special occasions, and while all are five-diamond hotels, only the Four Seasons made this proactive service call. This detail left a wonderful and deep first impression. Upon check-in, we received small desserts and welcome fruits, along with a handwritten English welcome card from Rica Dong – full of delightful surprises and warmth. The hotel is listed among Guangdong's top culinary hotels, featuring several restaurants offering a diverse gastronomic experience. The Executive Lounge on the 29th floor offers afternoon tea with a three-tier stand, cocktail happy hour, and an Asian and Western-style buffet. From 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, guests can enjoy a self-service selection of beverages, daily snacks, and fruits. The Executive Lounge staff are youthful, bright, and highly professional. Their service is enthusiastic, proactive, diligent, and very pleasant. Special praise and thanks go to Carrie Chen. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and dedicated, with meticulous and thorough turndown service. Housekeeper Liu Yukun proactively brought glasses cleaning cloths, provided two extra bottles of water with a handwritten note, and even placed a small mat under my cosmetic bag on the vanity – these small details were so thoughtful and touching! Thank you! Comparison highlights the difference. The Four Seasons Hotel's service is incredibly meticulous, thoughtful, and unforgettable. It truly deserves high praise and is a worthy choice! This was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

Pros: 1. Location. It's incredibly convenient! Take Metro Lines 1, 2, or 8 to Window of the World station. Take exit A (specifically A3), turn left without going above ground, and you'll emerge directly into B2 of Yitian Holiday Plaza. From there, take the direct elevator to L2, exit the elevator, turn right, and head towards the end of Zone A to find the hotel lobby. (If you exit at B3, you'll be in the plaza's food street, which is small and crowded). This means during summer or rainy weather, you have one-stop access to transportation, dining, and shopping, all indoors! In the opposite direction of Exit A is Exit J of Window of the World Plaza. No need to cross the street, it leads directly to the main entrance of Window of the World. 2. View. Our room directly faced the main entrance of Window of the World, offering a great view for firework shows (though there wasn't one at 9 PM on the Saturday we stayed!). 3. Service attitude was pretty good. Cons: 1. The lobby is small. 2. Room facilities are outdated. 3. The carpet was dirty. 4. Some areas of the room weren't clean enough. Summary: The location absolutely wins, especially during summer or rainy days.

This time, I booked the renovated Nanhai Wing of the Nanhai Hotel, and the natural environment is truly fantastic. There are green lawns, groves of trees, gardens, and you can even see many little birds 🐦 on the grass. My child was so excited to see them. It's rare to find such a natural environment in Shenzhen; I really love 🥰 being close to nature. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bedding was super soft. The room I booked had a great perk: an open balcony where I could enjoy some leisurely time outdoors. As for the downsides, the hotel's children's entertainment facilities and family activities are very limited. From the balcony, you can see the outdoor children's play area, but the maintenance of the facilities and equipment is severely lacking, and the balcony walls are also quite dilapidated. Looking out from the balcony, it just doesn't fit with the beautiful garden view. I gave feedback to the guest services manager, and it was clear they had tried their best. They thoughtfully sent my child fridge magnets and a few cans of drinks, which somewhat made up for the experience. Manager Aileen is very detail-oriented 🌟; seeing that I had a child, she first asked if my child could drink sugary drinks, and then gave me soda water and Coke Zero. This attention to detail really boosted my impression. Finally, a suggestion regarding the hotel signage: first-time visitors to your hotel can easily get lost. From the outside, it's impossible to tell which building is Nanhai and which is Wanghai. Even staying in Nanhai, I couldn't get clear directions on how to get to the Wanghai building. I had planned to eat at the Chinese restaurant after checking out, but after driving around the parking garage for a long time, I ended up going to Sea World instead. I hope the hotel can consider the perspective of tourists or first-time guests to create a better accommodation experience. Wishing you all the best. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel it was different from other business hotels. There was no cold, procedural feeling; the concierge proactively remembered my surname and greeted me softly when I passed by. During check-in, the front desk, based on my booked room type, automatically arranged a room with a better view. The lobby even had iced lemon tea to cool me down from the heat of my journey. The hotel's breakfast was an even bigger surprise. The freshly made wonton noodles had a rich broth, and the pleats of the har gow (shrimp dumplings) exuded authentic Cantonese flavor. Even the Western croissants were baked to a perfect crispy outside and tender inside. The gym and pool facilities were also quite good. On the day of checkout, because I was rushing for my high-speed train, the front desk prepared my invoice in advance and had the concierge take my luggage directly to the parking lot. This kind of 'subtle and seamless' service is more comfortable than any forced attempt to please. From now on, when I come to Shenzhen, Mission Hills Resort & Hotel will definitely be my top choice!

The subway station is right outside the hotel entrance, and my room had a direct view of Futian city center. The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The only minor downsides were that the food ordered from the hotel restaurant wasn't great, and the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. However, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so finding food was very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Although there was a minor issue—the tissues in the room were forgotten—the hotel's location is excellent. It's right by the subway station, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Overall, the minor flaw doesn't detract from its brilliance. The service, rooms, and location at Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu are all outstanding. The next time I visit this city, I will definitely stay here again.

CNGuest UserStaying at the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu, I finally understood what 'home away from home' truly means. The moment I stepped into the lobby, sunlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff's smiles were as welcoming as old friends. When the elevator doors opened, I found the hallway quiet and pristine, with soft carpeting underfoot. Opening the room door, I was amazed; the room was much more spacious than I had anticipated. The large windows offered excellent natural light and an expansive view, allowing me to see the city's skyline right from my window. The bedding was pristine white and incredibly soft – once I lay down, I didn't want to move. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower water pressure was fantastic; a hot shower made me feel completely relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby, room was huge and spotless clean with an amazing view. The 360 bar is well worth a visit, it's got a spectacular view and they make great cocktails. Lovely pool and gym too, it's an amazing retreat in Louhu and it's so close to the border, which makes it such a worthwhile place to visit. Also, there were 5 different types of teabags to choose from in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet really surprised me with bacon, sausages and egges, which was amazing, but there's also Chinese food and vegetarian so it's a great buffet. Definitely want to go back!
