Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei

We enjoyed our stay here so much. From the time of check-in they gave us 2 apples in a christmas bag as it is christmas eve. We had a non-smoking room, but when we get in the room, i can smell a hint of cigarette, called up the front desk. They immediately upgraded us to a new room with a view. Sally sent some fruits by robot which is very sweet. The room is very clean with huge bathroom and very clean. My only complain is the body wash, shampoo dispenser is very hard to press, hopefully they can improve it to sensor dispenser or the press type. Bottled water and soda everyday and can even ask for more bottled water, so we dont need to buy anymore. The location is very convenient, the YANNAN station exit C is just beside the hotel. There are so many restaurants to choose from across the street and beside the hotel. The breakfast has many delicious choices, continental bfast and chinese food. In the afternoon, lobby has popcorn and drinks. They also have tea time with lots of pastries but we didnt try. At night they have porridge also. The hotel has self service laundry with iron on the 28th floor which you can monitor in your room which is very convenienrlt Front destk Sally, Tina and Nacy are very helpful which make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to my famuly and friends.

Right from the first when we arrived the Hotel had such an nice atmosphere, the lobby at 27th floor. The receptionist treat us very kind, especially Susan, she speaks good English and very proffesional handling us and even give us an free upgrade bigger room with a breathtaking city view. The place is located at Futian district very convenient, next to Subway station and pedestrian area with lots of food around. Next time comeback to Shenzhen I will definitely book this hotel again, and hopefully I will encounter Susan again.

Had a wonderful stay in Hampton by Hilton! The location is great, surrounded by a vast, dizzying selection of food and conveniently close to the Yannan train station. It's also just a walk away from the Huaqiangbei Commercial street. We hit a bit of a snag when first finding the hotel 😄 (the lobby is on the 27th floor), but recovered soon after. Breakfast was a delicious spread of western and local cuisine. There are plenty of amenities and facilities available for guests (e.g. self service laundry), and the staff were all accommodating and welcoming to top it all off. I had Tina manage my check out this time around and she was a wonderful send off to the end of our trip to Shenzhen. I'd definitely stay here again -even if just for the delicious roast duck across the road 👀.
