The room is large enough , service team non experienced , no one speaks English .. have to use translator for every question and and request during my stay . Breakfast need a lot of improvement and must inclue foreigners food ! Looks pure local dishes . Had issues with iron and ironing table not working and the staff didn’t fix the issue only after 2 working days of my stay … and the beauty of all they offered me room upgrade for additional payment … which is awful behavior from Such hotel brand … I refused it ! Well this is just a personal experience . Overall had a feeling that service needs a lot of improvement for business guest , can’t be served as the couple who go hotel to play for few hours ! My stay is for over a week … spending weekend in the hotel is awful too because loud music and disturbance caused by party people ..

Explained most of the issues faced at this property in the previous review .. after my complaint and request to change the bed sheet as I found a dirt on the mattress cover , the team didn’t to action and kept it the same after 3 nights stay . I wonder if the management did provide necessary training for their staff or just recruited non experienced hotel staff!!!! As a business traveler who stays regularly in Hampton’s in different cities including Dubai and London, HQB service is under expectations .

You cannot go wrong with this hotel! All is perfect. The rooms, the views, the breakfast and mostly the people! Special mention to their wonderful manager, reception and thank you Sasa for helping me to ship my luggage to Beijing! Also you have access to gym with panoramic views. It’s a five star experience, and the only place I consider to stay in Shenzhen.

Loved the place, really luxurious experience for a great quality price. Breakfast had a large selection of dishes, everything was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the amenities available in the room, especially the bathroom is really high end. Just wish staff had better English skills but I managed to get everything addressed with my basic chinese.

Had a short business trip to HQB last week and decided to give Hampton Hilton a try. Wow, It certainly is one of the better hotels I have stayed in China. Rooms were spanking new, Toilet is clean and the smart toilet bowl with seat warmer takes the cake. Only unfortunate side is as a smoker, there's no smoking room options. the free laundry facilities on the 28th floor is brillant touch! If I were really to pick an issue, will be the lack of more international fare to the breakfast. The host and manager at the breakfast area was very attentive and personal. MY next trip will definitely be Hampton Hilton without a doubt!

To Hotel: I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to provide some feedback based on my recent stay: 1. Communication Channels: Currently, there is only one ************** phone number available for contacting the hotel, It's really inconvenient for international visitors. I suggest adding email and other communication channels to make it easier for everyone to get in touch with you. 2. Room Lighting Controls: The current light switches in the rooms only allow for all lights to be turned on or off, or for certain groups of lights to be controlled by scene switches. This limitation makes it inconvenient for guests who would like to control individual lights. It would be much more convenient if guests could control each light separately. 3. Window Curtains: The window curtains in the rooms can only be fully opened or closed, without the option to partially open them. This lack of flexibility can be inconvenient for guests who prefer a partial view or controlled sunlight. It would be much more user-friendly if guests had the option to partially open the curtains for better control of lighting and privacy. 4. Screen Mirroring and Projection: Right now, the only option for screen mirroring is through WeChat mini-programs, which might not be suitable for all guests, especially those from outside of China. It would be great if you could provide internationally compatible screen mirroring options and HDMI interfaces for guests to connect their devices easily. 5. Multilingual Room Phones and Physical Keys: The room phones should offer options in languages other than Mandarin, as not all guests can communicate effectively in Mandarin. Additionally, giving guests with physical phone button to contact front desk would be much appreciated. 6. English TV Channels: It would be great to include English-language channels on the in-room television. This would cater to the needs of international guests who prefer English content. I believe that implementing these suggestions will contribute to an enhanced guest experience, and I look forward to seeing these changes implemented soon. Best Regards, KW

Very new hotel. Everything was so clean . The hotel lobby and restaurant is on the 27 floor, rooms are 28-35 floor and all have good view. Free Breakfast is slightly above average. Very good location just beside Yannan station , travelling by metro is very easy .

Overall, we are quite satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The hotel is just next to the Exit C Yunnan station line 2 or 8 which is very convinient about 100m walking distance. There is also a lift if you carry some big luggage. During our visit, it's actually the public holiday for HK and i believe a lot of people staying there which cause the breakfast session is quite conggested during peak hours (9am). Suggest to start our breakfast early from 7am or 8pm should be better. This location also easy to access those attraction places via Metro. We manage to went to the Laojie Street near Louhu, Gangkeng Ancient Town (Need to take 5mins connecting bus CNY2), Nantou Ancient Town & etc. The best souvenirs to buy is the RR Swiss Roll but you have to stay for the Q within 1hour during the peak hour.

Great stay. The guest laundry is very convenient and the breakfast was good with many options.
