Overall location and facilities are good. Environment is nice, just the chalet already old need maintenance. My room have 2 band basin, one of it is spoiled and I WhatsApp to the PIC. However no response from them and some plug of my room also unusable. Some of the light switch did not function. Overall it's a good place for short staycation if want to relax out of city. Location wise is good, near to attraction and shops.

Here’s a detailed review; Check in time was 3pm and it was done swiftly. Buggy service was provided to bring you and your luggage up. First impression of the room is that it was still very dusty and the wooden furniture was no longer in good condition. Some of them had severe cracks and some of the wooden planks on the floor were lifted too. The bathroom was very unclean as well. There’s no bathtub but dental kits, toilet rolls, dryer, shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided in there Basic amenities such as robes, towels, tea sachets, glasses, mini fridge, iron and a safe box were provided as well. Private pool was okay but just like the room, the entire area is quite unclean and some of the tiles were chipped off. The pool’s depth is 1.2M and the chlorine would be blasted from the jets around 8.30pm daily so if you were planning on swimming at night, you might not want to. There are a good number of restaurants which is a good 15 minute walk. The nearest ATM would be a little further away at Lotus. The distance from the hotel to the sea is a quick 5 minute walk where you would have to share with the other two hotels nearby (Lexis & Glory Hotel). There’s an opening to the sea within the hotel area but there was a sign that said it’s not advisable to enter so we were unsure what had happened there that it’s now restricted The breakfast provided is okay but definitely not worth RM65. There were a good amount of bread options, cereals, two juices, nasi lemak, noodles, dim sum, mini paus and only three meat options (chicken slices, chicken hotdogs & streaky beef). There’s also a roti canai and egg station outside. Overall, the experience was good and the staff was friendly but it could’ve been better to update the wooden furniture and make sure it’s properly cleaned with no obvious dust.

Easy to park and smooth check in process. Food for breakfasts was good and got many choices. Swimming pool for adults was great and spacious but kids swimming pool was small and smelly maybe because of kids pee, need to improve on that matter. Staff was friendly and helpful. One more thing is the door that connecting the guest lift and rooms need to be modified so that people can be aware when other guest opens the door so that no one is getting hurt. Overall 9/10 stay for me and my family.

Clean hotel but lightings and amenities abit run down. Can do a renovation to upgrad eguest experience. The staff are many, but not well trained. Saw one of the staff spitting on the floor while walking. The rooms clean and the aircond works well. Reception upgraded us to premium water chalet from water chalet. But no sea view. Breakfast was so-so, could be improved, go eat early as many tour groups coming out for breakfast after 8am. Buggy service was perfect and friendly, but need to queue during peak hours. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Many amenities nearby. Easy access to the beaches. Everything was great until 12.10pm. Hotel could give a call earlier for soft reminder to guest if they afraid guest will extend their check out. No need to send someone to knock on door and ask ”what time should check out?” What would you feel? We were already packing to come down for another 10minutes.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I had a swimming pool, but it was small and had always taken some quite jalouse people. That's why I went too. The bath was nice, it wasn't bad, but it was moist and smelled a little. I changed to a few apartments that were in a 4 or t star hotel. Rl which I will comment now if the option appears, because I had rooftop ... I don't recommend Port Dickson to travelers to Malaysia, there is nothing and the beaches are not good. The hotel is for one night, because if, it has a very good breakfast included, if it is for a longer, regular stay, better take a superior room, I think they could be better. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Went there on a business trip. Arrived late around midnight but colleague had save my key for the room. Parking was sufficient. Had some trouble finding my room as I thought the signage wasn't enough or not place strategically. Along the way to find my room, there's a loud music which I thought was from the hotel sound system but upon reaching my room, the source of the noise was from a parking site across the street. Even inside my room, I can heard the music & it was well over 1 am. The room has old carpeting with basic furniture overlooking the hotel's car park. The carpet felt thinning, sticky in some places and looked sad. Air-conditioner was functioning along with other items like television and kettle. Wardrobe had a trouble with its sliding door as it won't slide properly and almost fall off. Room was decent other than those things. Bed looked clean but one of the pillow need a pillowcase changed. The personalize note welcoming guest from our organisation along with 2 wraps of dodol, a local delicacies is not enough to overlook the state of the room. Bathroom was small with shower cubicle kinda blocking the bathroom's door. Toilet may got pressure problem as after flushing there's a loud pumping sound. The worst thing comes later that morning when I trying to take the shower but no water came out of the shower head. The knob on the shower just drip some water but the shower doesn't show it was functioning nor broken. Ended up taking shower from the water pipe near the toilet. Breakfast buffet was average with little food to choose from but acceptable. Taste was decent. Waiters were attentive to pick up dishes left on the table. Not much communication between staffs and guest. Just among themselves. Not just in the coffee house but among the cleaners and receptionist too. Quickly check out when function was over.

The location is great for both those who like fast food like MacD. Starbucks as well as for those who prefer local delights. The sea view is great and one can feel the atmosphere of kids playing, people strolling along the beach and anglers waiting for a catch from their rods. There is TF supermarket just behind, and a little further back was pasar malam (night market) on the Saturday night that we were there. This night market is really vibrant and bustling with people and we enjoyed the home cooked dim sum (12 pieces for rm10 - really value for money) and Taiwan style oyster mee sua. Unfortunately we spent so much time there that we missed watching the sunset from our room. One minus is that there were no refrigerator in the room. Hope the owner will consider adding this into the executive triple as there is enough space for it. Then we can enjoy ice cold beer at the balcony looking out into the sea.

The hotel is so convenient as it is so near to the beach. After a day at the beach, we can just walk back and wash up (thanks to the pipes outside) and relax in the room. All the amenities are new. Suitable if you don't want to be queing to shower in the public restroom in Teluk Kemang or getting stuck in a traffic jam going home from that area if you are planning a day trip to Port Dickson. Better to stay overnight here. Will be back here again.

Review for Wonderland Private Chalet Room type: premium Seaview tower @Lexis PD It's more like staying in a Air Bnb apartment. The room condition is not properly maintained. For the rate that I paid, and looking at the condition of the room it's not worth the stay. disappointed. Pro's: 1. Has fun activities located at Grand Lexis PD (next to Lexis PD) : segway ride, game room, outdoor games, etc. 2. has quite a few choices on food outside of the hotel premise. 20min to town area if want to explore more. 3. Has very basic facilities like complimentary mineral water, mini kitchenette (not meant for cooking), mini fridge, jacuzzi, very basic toiletries (bath soap and shampoo dispenser attached to shower wall). 4. free parking. 5. Check-inand check-out was easy (no need to go to the front desk). Areas to be improved: 1. cleanliness: towels are smelly and old, bedsheets and pillows are smelly and need to be changed, cupboard is very dusty, TV cabinet is dusty, toilet floor is not clean and feels very sticky. 2. there's no housekeeper to help us change the bedsheets and pillows,to provide laundry bag etc. 3. The sewer from the washroom area need to be investigated. It is not properly functioned because the entire room smells even after flushing. 4. not all channels on the TV work. We ended up only watching 2 channels. The rest of it can't be seen. 5. mini kitchenette doesn't have tap, which leaves the kitchenette being redundant. 6. there's only 2 plug points (at the kitchenette and one of the bedside) . With a family of 4 that uses a lot of electronic gadgets, 2 plug points is definitely not enough. 7. Suggest to provide more toiletries such as tissue box, cotton buds, and the usual toiletries that any private chalet would provide. Yes, there is sea view but it is not as picturesque as I imagined. Don't set your expectations high. 8. There is no place to put our luggage bag. We had to use the bedside table. Usually chalets and hotels provide those. 9. The paint from walls at the kitchenette area chipped off from the leakage within the wall and it is not pleasant to look. 10. If you intend to bring a family member on wheelchair, then is not suitable place. Not wheelchair friendly.

This Resort is a mixture of people who actually own apartments and live here! People come here on weekends an holidays, they book a room for 2 or 4, but then bring the entire family 10 or more with their rice cookers etc, and expect much more than they know they paid for! This beach is the cleanest in PD. The sunsets are the best in Malaysia. Since Covid came into play the staff are still trying to get things rite! The Restaurant sells great food at reasonable prices. Use it! If you dont support then how the Resort can upgrade for you. Also, please respect the Residence parking! We welcome everyone here! We are all friendly, especially the old Uncle Lifeguard who has save many in the pool WHERE THE SIGNS SAYS 9 FEET, and when there is no lifeguard on duty!

I had a good experience OYO hotel in Bahau. So, I expect the same could be elsewhere and I went to this hotel because I and my kids want to spend time at the beach nearby after long hazy and hectic days. All the is fine, except few things that made my day a bit unpleasant such as the toilet is not hygienic, wifi is not strong and the elevator is under repair. Nevertheless, our outside activity went fantastically. We had nice food for dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and other meals along the way till home.

Parking is convenient as the hotel provides, check in n out was fast, we have bellboy to assist our luggage send to the room. Room was very big and spacious, comfortable bed and enough of pillow, because the hotel is old thats is why it not really clean especially the bathroom, the shower tap actually broken loosen out, but that didn't dissapoint our stay, breakfast is acceptable not wow, and i love the big swimming pool as they separated it with the ft deep. And the pool is with lifeguard. The beach is just a walking distance from the pool side, but it is not very impress beach. I can say this hotel is for everyone especially families with small kids because they have alots of activities , the in room dining was very fast delivery to your room and taste was nice with simple presentation and affordable price. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out, around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur, sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh.
