I never thought I'd get the chance to visit Saudi Arabia, and I happened to pick a downtown hotel right near a metro station. Plus, it's directly across from the Kingdom Centre, where you can buy tickets in the afternoon to go up and see the night view. The overall price was good, and it's super convenient for city sightseeing and getting to the airport.

The Four Seasons Riyadh, which was renovated in 2024, has a good aesthetic and there is nothing to complain about the stay experience. The view from the Kingdom Center is a great place to enjoy the sunset every day. The shopping mall downstairs is also under renovation, so it is not very convenient to visit for the time being. It is worth mentioning that the gym is huge, with a full range of equipment for every subdivision.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Amazing hotel! Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request. Room has a work table with stationery. Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding. The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind. Will definitely stay here again if traveling to Riyadh.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

However, the value for money isn't great, but then again, in a place like Saudi Arabia, that's to be expected. Being so close to the airport already justifies part of the price. I was in and out so quickly that I didn't get a chance to enjoy many of the hotel's amenities. I hope to have another opportunity to visit. The hotel's bottled water was quite premium; I even took some with me when I left. 😂

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Arriving late at night is really like being in the Arab world for a thousand and one nights. The facilities are luxurious and the rooms are comfortable. The room service manager who understands Chinese in the lobby is particularly enthusiastic. In the morning, I was awakened by the pigeons outside the window and saw the sun in Riyadh more than 40 degrees. Breakfast was not bad.

This was my first time visiting the Al Faishaliah Hotel for business. The facilities were very clean and nice, but the women's gym felt a bit far away. The staff were incredibly friendly. Jahangir Bellman, in particular, was so welcoming and kind that I'd love to visit again. I couldn't find a meeting place near the hotel, so he guided me there himself. Thank you so much! I'm curious why the Uber drivers couldn't find the hotel location. What could be the problem?

The good: 1. The room looks clean, and attitude of staff was okay. 2. Location wise is good with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets.  The bad: 1. Booked a room with windows but there is no window or rather it was a ventilation window.  2. Room card doesnt work every day and I had to get the receptionist to renew the room card every day. 3. WiFi is very unstable and slow.  4. Sound proofing is bad, I could literally hear kids shouting in the room at 2-3am.  5. Breakfast is just okay, don’t expect too much.

The kitchen was available for use, and there was a spacious living room to relax in, plus a yard for exercise. Nearby, there's a big supermarket and Al Baik, as well as restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!

One thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses, as they’re starting to look a bit old. Replacing them would make the stay even more comfortable. Special mention to Paul, the supervisor - extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely smart. I even dreaming about hiring him someday to help me build a hostel empire in Europe and the Philippines because he’s really that good at what he does! Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could be improved. Would definitely stay again!
