The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location.

The Four Seasons Hotel is located in the Kingdom Tower, a landmark building in Riyadh (shaped like a bottle opener), which is one of the must-see attractions for tourists. I stayed two nights at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, the same hotel Cristiano Ronaldo stayed at, and even got a room upgrade. The view was fantastic, and you get what you pay for. The service was excellent in every way. The shopping mall downstairs was just average, but everything else was great.

The Four Seasons Riyadh, which was renovated in 2024, has a good aesthetic and there is nothing to complain about the stay experience. The view from the Kingdom Center is a great place to enjoy the sunset every day. The shopping mall downstairs is also under renovation, so it is not very convenient to visit for the time being. It is worth mentioning that the gym is huge, with a full range of equipment for every subdivision.
