Stayed at the 5th floor. Spacious room with multiple amenities (hair dryer, cosmetics, coffee maker and kettle, great selection of coffees and teas) and most importantly a balcony with gorgeous view! The hotel is located approximately 10 mins walk away from Krupówki and bus/train station, on a quiet side street. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am which might be too late for those leaving for a hike, but the hotel has an option to order an earlier to-go breakfast. Good selection of fruit/warm breakfast options, a small corner with local products. Options served can get a bit monotonous after a while. Spa zone (saunas, hot tub, swimming pool) satisfactory, but can get crowded easily. Great saunas zone with a cold water tub in the middle. Prepare for kids splashing water in your face in the "main" pool despite kids pool being available right next to it. I'd recommend going early in the morning or right before closing to unwind after a long day. In general, several things could be improved - for example the pillows (too small and very soft), water temperature at the spa... for a 5* hotel, I'd expect the spa zone to include water for guests.

We stayed as part of a wedding and were blown away with it. The spa was excellent - 3 different jacuzzis is a great touch. The shallow part of the pool had jets too (once we found the on button). The breakfast had endless choice - though we did spot leftovers from the wedding buffet which was amusing. The lunch was very tasty - the bouillabaisse is highly recommended! The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We liked that there were lights inside the cupboards and good number of mirrors too. A couple of notes to management, please repair the curtains in room 205 as we kept having to put them back on their runners which was frustrating; and also the rooms were boiling hot during the day but when we returned at night the cleaner had left the window open and it was freezing, please could you instruct housekeeping that if they open the window could they shut it a an hour or so later or don't open it in the first place and for the guests to decide.

four of us stayed here for one night when visiting Zakopane. It is located about ten minutes walk from the centre and a short bus ride from the cable car iup the mountain. Free car parking and good standard of accommodation. Breakfast was superb with a good choice of food. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Would certainly recommend it as a place to stay.

I visited here with my significant other for a three night stay. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and thankfully there’s a 24hr reception and on site parking that is chargeable per day (40zl (£8)) but added to your room bill. As a guest, it’s a shame it’s not free. The hotel itself is stunning in the inside. Very clean, modern, a lovely, large bed that was very comfy and WiFi in the rooms as well as a small minibar with water, soft drinks, alcohol and some snacks (all chargeable). There is tea/coffee facility in the room, however, being English, I enjoy milk in both my tea and coffee yet this was missing. My partner called reception to request some and was diverted to the restaurant. Whoever she spoke to sounded like it was too much effort for them and informed us that there would also be a service charge of 25zl (£5), needless to say, we didn’t bother!! We had breakfast included and we were very pleasantly surprised at the vast choice of food available. Cooked breakfast, waffles, pastries, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, salads, pretty much anything you could ask for & very very tasty too. One evening, after walking in the mountains, we couldn’t be bothered to walk anywhere else as we were knackered and already ready for bed, so decided to order some room service, just a pot of tea, milk and cheesecake. We were aware of the service charge for this. Again though the staff were very abrupt and sounded pissed off that they had to do this. My partner asked how long it would be and was answered with a rude, “When it’s ready”. We finally got it after an hour, but did look and taste very nice. The hotel is located only a 10 min walk to the main town and there are plenty of places to eat and drink, nearby. It’s also well placed for local mountains and skiing. If you want to venture into the local town for something to eat, I’d highly recommend The Sphinx. Excellent food with good portions and very affordable; excellent staff too. It was so good, we went there for 2 consecutive nights. To surmise, the hotel is gorgeous and the food lovely. It’s just a shame it’s let down by some of the staff.

The external and internal architecture of the building and its location is perfectly integrated into the natural mountain environment. The managers of this hotel must pay special attention to the situations that we experienced during our stay, which should not happen in a five-star hotel. The existing situations lower the range of this hotel, which does not meet the five-star hotel criteria. On arrival, Feb 2, 2020, I made a complaint because of the ragged towel lying on the bathroom shelf with rust stains in the middle, which was intended for me at yours' five-star hotel. Another complaint was filed because the cleaning staff took my magnetic card (room key) from a reading device located in the room at the front door. As a result of this event I asked to deactivate the magnetic card (room key) and issue two new ones. We experienced very unpleasant dispositions in the facial expressions and manners from an employee / lifeguard (of average body size, height about 160 cm, with black hair on the head, at the age of about 45) at the pool, among others on Feb 6, 2020 at around 8 pm. A very strange practice at your hotel is not to change bed linen daily or every other day. During the stay from Feb 2, 2020 (arrival day) to Feb 8 (departure day), the bed linen was changed only three times and it was expressly on my request. The customer has limited access to coffee and tea , because only 2 sachets of each were available in the room. We had no choice of tea and / or coffee type.

This hotel is tucked away just off the main street where all the action is. the rooms are Quality and the breakfast food is lovely and lots of it, shame there isn't a restaurant attached but there is a great pub eatery just 25yds away on the corner as you turn into the main street I would recommend for late-night food and drinks. (not far to go home)The hotel staff are very good and accommodating with information on the area or anything else you need. its a shame there is no reception staff on after 6 pm but assistance, if needed, is only a phone call away (if you lose your own entry keys.) can't recommend enough a great place to stay.

*Stayed here for 3 nights and had mixed experience. Had requested for bright room and as it shows on website. Arriving at the hotel & reception do not feel 4* nor staff gives you the impression. Discussed about the room request, lady at the reception made me feel like she do not know the hotel rooms. Room was given on the top floor at the attic with one tiny window & room was completely opposite to what we asked for. After declining the first room, second room was on 1st floor facing the main room. Now room was fairly bright with big balcony but unable to open the door as it was too noisy. I believe this was not accommodating gesture from the team considering the hotel occupancy could have barely 15 to 20%. Could have easily provided the room at the back side and be more welcoming. *Breakfast was good, staff were friendly but few had no idea what they were doing. * saw notice about face mask. At the same time, couple of staff were running around without one. * No AC. Was told due to protected building. Completely understand. This could be for few reasons: They are busy throughout, so do not care for customers return. Heard they had busy summer as most Pols staying home and visiting Zakopane. Therefore they have not been affected by COVID-19 yet. Hope you don’t have to experience like other cities with no tourists.

This is a very charming hotel with a lot to delight the eye, even if you're a kid! This hotel was so picturesque, exactly what you think a mountain resort town hotel should be. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony. Since it was quite warm, we slept with the balcony doors open as there didn't seem to be any air conditioning. It did the trick, we slept comfortably thru the night. The breakfast offered has a wide range of offerings, so even picky eaters should be able to find something they like. There's a separate table with fun food just for the kiddos which I thought was a nice touch. And speaking of the kiddos, good luck getting them out of the pool. What an incredible pool! We also heard that underneath the pool, there's a bowling alley - lots of fun for kids and adults alike!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was very good and complimentary Aries stuffed toys for the children in our group was a very nice touch. We had a spacious family suite, which was well appointed and comfortable. The pool/spa were also excellent. especially the outdoor hot tubs, which were a real treat. I also enjoyed a wonderful massage, which was reasonably priced. The other highlight for us was The la scandal bar, which we used often during our stay. We enjoyed drinks (evening and during the day) and we also had a light meal one evening. Service and quality were always excellent and it had a nice relaxed family atmosphere. The breakfast is good, with lots of choice. However for me the quality of some items was slightly lacking. Cooked items in particular were not always served very hot. Personally I would prefer fewer items of better quality and freshness. That said, we always found something nice and fresh to eat, especially the fruit and cakes. Being able to take decent coffee away with you was a nice touch. The main negatives were fairly minor on balance, but Included poor quality towels in the rooms and lack of attention to detail in some areas of house keeping. On several occasions we found the bathrooms to have completely run out of toilet paper and hand soap. When my son used the bathroom near the kids play area, I had to go on a mission to another part of the hotel to find loo roll for him. Not ideal!!
