Хороший чистый отель, бюджетный. Но расположение не очень удачное. Если планируете жить тут и ездить в Себу Сити, то без байка оставаться тут не вариант. Или двигаться на такси. Примерная стоимость 350-450₽ в центр города на такси Максим.
