"From the moment we arrived all the staff at the property were amazing. Couldn’t do enough to help. The check in process was straight forward and our room was spotlessly clean, with excellent air conditioning. The pool again spotlessly clean and staff provided towels. There was a little noise from some refurbishment being done, but this in no way effected our stay. The location was superb, a short 5 min stroll onto the main road with all its bar and restaurants. Would definately stay here again. One thing to remember about Kuta in general is that on occasions you will hear the noise of the mosque calling to prayer in the early hours."
