AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton

Though quite a walking distance to most local shops and restaurants, the place was quiet for resting at night. The room was very spacious. I went on a February so it was cold. I wish climate control of room was better and better shower curtain so the whole bathroom floor doesn’t get slippery after. I need to wipe the floor with the extra towel to avoid slipping. Other than that, my stay was nice and good healthy breakfast included daily. I got a good deal!

This hotel is located in a place where you can see the sunrise over Oia from your room, and watching the sunrise from the attached jacuzzi in your room was truly luxurious! The walk to the bus stop is quite a challenge with all the stairs to climb, but the staff will carry your large luggage for you so it's no problem. The breakfast is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from, so it was fun to choose. There are quite a few cats, so be careful as they will try to steal your food at breakfast time lol. The room was also really nice, and I was excited the moment I entered. The shower area was spacious and impressive! The staff also arranged a taxi for us on the way back for 50 euros, but as it was cash only, I almost couldn't pay it on my way out.

It has an excellent location and the public areas have a first-rate view. The hotel has a volcano and sea view outside. However, the hotel facilities are relatively outdated, and it is not easy to find with large luggage. It is recommended that those who visit in the future contact the hotel staff to help carry the luggage in advance. The facilities in the room are relatively old, there is no disposable slippers, you need to bring your own, the details are not enough, the hot water is hot enough, and the price is also advantageous. Can recommend. There are not many types of breakfast, but the breakfast area has a nice view.

A great stay for couples, we've chosen the room with the jacuzzi hot tub and it was great to relax there after a long day exploring Santorini 😊. The breakfast was delicious and it had good variety of choices and can be delivered to the room. The location is somewhat remote but if you rent a car (highly recommend it) that's not too much of an issue. We couldn't rent a car, but the reception can arrange for free transfers to Fira which is where you can get a bus from there to any other important spot on the island. The room was very nice and clean and we had no issues with using all of amenities. In short: a great stay for a great time and a great value and some great hospitality by the hosts.

The private pool imho is overated in general, when you have a beach and water line 10 meters from the door you dont really need it, in addition to 5 pools around the hotel. Highly recomended! Be aware that the hotel is on the route of landing jets, they are probably not flying berween 00:00 and 6:00 +-, but the noise during the day, not dramatic but indeed notebale...

Unbelievable! Beyond the incredibly convenient location and delicious breakfast, I honestly don't even know where to begin with their service. 1. I planned this honeymoon well in advance and emailed the hotel early to arrange an airport transfer (€70 per trip). I even sent a gentle reminder the night before. Yet, upon our arrival, they had completely forgotten about us. I had to call the front desk, and only then did they scramble to arrange a driver. 2. In the afternoon, the Oia sun was too intense, so we returned to our room to relax and nap. To our shock, two Chinese children (a boy and a girl) appeared on our balcony, which, unsettlingly, had no railing. Our room had a glass door that, while closed, offered a clear view of the exterior. The little girl kept staring at us as we slept until my husband awoke, spotted them, and shooed them away. The boy was simply standing on our balcony, looking at the view. When I woke up and understood the situation, I immediately reported it to the front desk. They dismissively claimed the children were 'lost visitors,' which did little to reassure us and left us feeling incredibly unsafe. 3. That same day, after my complaint about the children, I repeatedly emphasized our need for a transfer to the pier the following day (to ensure they didn't forget again, like on arrival). We arranged room service breakfast for 7:30 AM and the transfer for 8:00 AM. The next morning, breakfast arrived 7 minutes late, forcing my husband to go down and chase it up, and leaving us to eat in a tremendous rush. At 7:53 AM, the front desk called to urge us to check out. Barely a moment later, an incredibly rude staff member used a master key to open our room to 'collect our luggage' – while I was still changing! We rushed out of the hotel, only to discover the transfer driver hadn't even arrived. We then had to wait another 10 minutes under the scorching sun, watching our two suitcases, while the hotel staff comfortably smoked in the shaded area. 4. To top off this string of issues, after we returned from lunch, we discovered that someone had used our bathroom – and disgustingly, left an unflushed toilet.

Our single-family villa is on one side, about a few meters away from the hotel, under a windmill. The room is bigger than expected, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a large round bed of more than 2 meters, which is perfect for a family. It is a waste of our two people to live. The disposable items that the hotel is equipped with are the most complete ones I have ever seen. Even the aunt's towel is intimately prepared, and must be praised! Every day, the hotel delivers wine to the room. The service staff is also very good, especially the beauty at the front desk. Every time I see it, I warmly greet me with a smile! Very satisfied! Also this time must praise Ctrip, because the hotel credit card deduction problem, Ctrip properly helped solve the problem, very responsible! Ctrip must be used in the future!

From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. The hotel is located in the dead center of Oia -- making it an easy 10 - 15 min walk to get to anything in the area and easily accessible to the taxi stand, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and more. The views are second to none -- literally everywhere you look is another postcard perfect photo opportunity. The suites are not only beautiful and spotless, but well maintained, charming, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and are the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, dip in the pool or hot tub, or your daily breakfast. I wanted to especially thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job keeping our room so clean (twice daily service) and Georgia and Kim for taking such good care of us. No stay is perfect, and even when we had a few very minor glitches, they both responded with care and lightning speed to go above and beyond to surprise and delight us. Stayed for two days, arrived at around three o'clock, had to wait for an hour for cleaning, and checked in at around four o'clock. The room and leisure facilities are good. The sound of closing the door outside at night is quite loud, and the crack under the door is large and the wind blowing in is quite strong. The breakfast was quite rich, but there was only one service staff, who couldn't serve it at all, and the black coffee was never delivered. This season, for the same price of 150 US dollars, it is better to stay in the small town of Oia.

The front desk will close at about 5 o'clock, so if you know when you will arrive, you can agree with the store in advance and the store will send self check in information to you. The 8-person room has two toilet stalls, two shower stalls, and a wash basin. There is wifi, lockers, bed curtains, air conditioning, hair dryer, a towel and soap. There is a common kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff are friendly and there will be an extra trash can cleaning at 19:00. The shower stall is a little cramped, but everything else is okay. You can place your luggage and tie it to the kitchen before checking in or after checking out, but it is accessible to other people. It depends on the individual whether you can accept it or not.

The 8-person room has two toilet stalls, two shower stalls, and a wash basin. There is wifi, lockers, bed curtains, air conditioning, hair dryer, a towel and soap. There is a common kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff are friendly and there will be an extra trash can cleaning at 19:00. The shower stall is a little cramped, but everything else is okay. You can place your luggage and tie it to the kitchen before checking in or after checking out, but it is accessible to other people. It depends on the individual whether you can accept it or not.

But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

It's located a short walk to the main area in Fira. Also not far from the Fira bus station which connects you to the rest of the island. The room was perfect. Nicely decorated, soft blanket, great bed, good shower, a lot of outlets next to the bed, it had a hairdryer and shampoo, no toothbrush. There was a nice private balcony with chairs to look out to the sea. Check in was fast. Office is right down stairs and open most of the day. I left my luggage there on my final day and went back to pick it up before my flight. Great place, would stay again

The hotel is good. It faces east. It is not a cliff hotel, but you can watch the sunrise. It is quite close to several blue-domed churches in Fira. There are many restaurants within a few hundred meters of the door. The hotel also has its own restaurant, but it is not very selective. The breakfast is rich, but the breakfast area does not have air conditioning. Finally, I would like to emphasize that there are no freshwater lakes on the island, so all domestic water is desalinated water, all tap water is salty, and we buy bottled water for drinking water.
