The hotel is generally good. Health and facilities are good. The service is also satisfactory. The hotel has cooperative partners: I have used yacht appointments, airport pick-up and drop-off services, and private chartered cars upstream of the island. They are very good and I am very satisfied. Even if there is a small problem in the middle, Sadian will help to contact and communicate to solve it. There is a shuttle bus in Sadian to pick up Huangla Town, the main town, which is very convenient.

Stay is good but room is really small for 2 person. Shower wasn’t great coz could not control the water temperature. The services were great. Very helpful upon checked-in and out. The staff helped to area our luggage to the room. They were skillful coz the walking steps can be challenging. The view is spectacular outside our room. Quiet corner which we get to enjoy our breakfast outside the room.

The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros. The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

I first stayed at this hotel almost 11 years ago, and it was my top choice again for my second visit to Oia. Its location is fantastic, right at the entrance to Oia town, which means you can head out for a stroll daily and effectively avoid the crowds. Despite 11 years passing, nothing about the hotel feels outdated. The lobby is quite small, like a tiny library, and the public areas, guest rooms, and pool are still beautiful. The breakfast restaurant offers a great view, though it's a bit cramped. The food tastes pretty good, the room cleaning is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly!

It was an incredible experience in villa Manos, the stuff (all of them) it's like a family and you can feel it every day at your stay. The hotel is amazing , I would say peaceful. Every day I ate my breakfast in the restaurant and the food is so nice. The room is clean every day, and they have different pool as well. All the people are so happy to meet you, from Babies to Popi, Mara ecc... They are so nice and special , and they will provide all the services for you. We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton

I was surprised that Ctrip can stay in this four-star hotel at 60% of the price of other platforms (2 months ago booked each platform to compare prices), especially in the peak season, it is really not too outrageous! The hotel's English usage is popular. It is located in the small town of Fira for 15 minutes. The room settings are average, but the service attitude is very good. The restaurant has a home-grown kitten 🐈 janitor. This price can set a youth hostel in the peak season on other platforms, but you can stay in a four-star hotel on Trip.com. This must be a backhand praise 👍

Basically it was nice to be beautiful, but I was a little worried because the cleaning was not done properly in the details (such as the edges) and there was a place where dust was accumulated. After that, the flight time on the last day was early and I couldn't make it in time for breakfast, so I was asked to respond with room service, but it was too terrible. The breakfast buffet was perfectly nice, but in room service, I was surprised with 3 thin breads that were not warm, small jam, and cold small coffee. ..

This hotel is located in a place where you can see the sunrise over Oia from your room, and watching the sunrise from the attached jacuzzi in your room was truly luxurious! The walk to the bus stop is quite a challenge with all the stairs to climb, but the staff will carry your large luggage for you so it's no problem. The breakfast is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from, so it was fun to choose. There are quite a few cats, so be careful as they will try to steal your food at breakfast time lol. The room was also really nice, and I was excited the moment I entered. The shower area was spacious and impressive! The staff also arranged a taxi for us on the way back for 50 euros, but as it was cash only, I almost couldn't pay it on my way out.

Tipica Struttura isolana a picco sulla Caldera di Santorini e con una vista mozzafiato. Le camere moderne confortevoli e molte con vista stupenda , come nel ns caso. L hotel non e' il massimo per chi ha problemi di deambulazione perche si sviluppa su molte scale, essendo inerpicato come tutti gli altri in zona, sulla collina di Imerovigli, a picco sul mare e sulla caldera a quasi 500m di altezza. Vista panoramica assolutamente indimenticabile. Personale cosi cosi, senza entusiasmo e con la testa alla imminente stagionale chiusura della struttura. Tre piscine nell'hotel, una grande due piccole, ma con l'acqua letteralmente gelida....non praticabili almeno per me. Pulizia ok, ns camera bella, moderna, matrimoniale con sofa oltre il letto, spaziosa con vista super, frigo bar vuoto. Passiamo alle note negative. La colazione continentale e' stata da 3 stelle ma di quelli scarsi. Il primo giorno , in normale orario di colazione, già mancavano le tazze i bicchieri e vari prodotti tra cui il latte nella macchina che eroga il caffe o cappuccino ecc ecc. ad un certo punto la macchina non erogava piu niente. Segnalavo la cosa al poco personale presente in sala e mi veniva, in maniera detto, in maniera quasi sgarbata, che era finito il latte nella macchina. Roba da mensa dei poveri....rispondevo che sarei stato costretto a fare colazione fuori pur avendo pagato una colazione in hotel. Alla fine ho dovuto ovviare con un espresso macchiato con latte freddo. Nei giorni seguente le cose sono leggermente migliorate ma sostanzialmente non ci siamo assolutamente. I prezzi interni al bar della piscina sono da 6 stelle, una birra greca , la più economica in grecia da 33cl, € 8, due cappuccini orrendi presi appena arrivati al mattino del primo giorno 13€. Non ci hanno offerto nulla all'arrivo. adesso passiamo alla cosa che ritengo più grave. Avevamo riservato questa struttura Adromeda SPA Resort per la presenza di una SPA con sauna , jacuzzi ecc ecc, perche amiamo molto questo tipo di facilities in hotel. Ebbene l'intera SPA era chiusa perche l'hotel si avvicinava alla chiusura stagionale della struttura e da questo ne deduco l 'atteggiamento svogliato di tutto il personale . Ovviamente l'hotel vende la struttura sul web omettendo questo ”piccolo”particolare. Siamo rimasti malissimo e non avremmo mai riservato questo hotel con la SPA chiusa Il nostro tour operator TRIP.COM avendo saputo da noi questa cosa si e' operato con l'hotel per avere un piccolo rimborso, ma non ha avuto successo, poiche l'hotel non si e' dimostrato disponibile. L'isola e' meravigliosa, ma a mio avviso rientra nel novero delle isole da turismo di massa, come Mikonos Ios e altre, anche se in ottobre un po meno occupata. Clima autunnale e due giorno di pioggia su cinque. Concludo dicendo che naturalisticamente siamo in un vero paradiso, per la caldera , il vulcano, le isole, tutto stupendo, belle escursioni, moltissimi ristoranti e taverne, ma pochi quelli dove si può mangiare bene. In conclusione una vacanza dove siamo rimasti soddisfatti a metà. Molto seccato rispondevo cge sarei andato a fare colazione

In the middle and lower floors of the cliff, you have to walk many stairs. If you have large luggage, you can ask the hotel to help push the luggage on the upper floor before you arrive. It is also recommended to ask the hotel to help. The cave hotel near the sea is a good experience, but my room has an indoor small pool, which makes the room full of disinfectant water taste, not very comfortable; no light duvet, only blankets, if cold, the hotel will provide 2 blankets. The scenery is beautiful, the service is very good, the breakfast is very good, but there is the taste and quilt problem mentioned earlier, which makes me feel a little short of vacation.

Toch wat haartjes hier en daar gespot. Daar houden we niet van. Veel zwembaden, dus als de ene vol is kun je naar de andere. Hotel is erg uitgestrekt. Je koffers worden met golfkarretjes gebracht en opgehaald. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed. Kan altijd beter, maar we hebben slechtere ontbijten gehad. Op loopafstand van centrum van Fira. Al met al goede ervaring.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location, very close to the Ferra station, and there is a big supermarket opposite, the price is cheap, you can replenish mineral water and snacks at any time. Others are more ordinary. The room at the time of check-in is very noisy near the road. I immediately changed the room away from the main road. The window is opposite another hotel. Sometimes there will be construction sounds in the morning. The most incredible thing about the hotel is the bathroom. There is no place to put toilet paper and bath liquid. The toilet paper is placed on the sink outside the door and the toilet can be opened. The hygiene will be cleaned every day. We stayed for four days. The breakfast is quite rich and will change the pattern every day. Standing by the pool, you can see the sea. The price is still affordable in the holy island. Service needs to be more proactive and enthusiastic.

Hotel is very close to the most famous blue domes, can take good photos from the hotels. Hotel, rooms, and the pool are clean, new and nicely decorated. Everything is well designed and vibe is superb. Our room has a terrace with a panoramic view to the caldera, and a pool facing to the blue domes. The price was at premium but it’s worth the price!! All the staffs are superb, polite, helpful, responsive, mindful, and considerate. Food and drinks, we had breakfast and lunch in our room, and dinner at the restaurant, all the food and drinks were fabulous, one of the best catering services we had in Greece for my trip, we didn’t expect that!!!! Our single-family villa is on one side, about a few meters away from the hotel, under a windmill. The room is bigger than expected, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a large round bed of more than 2 meters, which is perfect for a family. It is a waste of our two people to live. The disposable items that the hotel is equipped with are the most complete ones I have ever seen. Even the aunt's towel is intimately prepared, and must be praised! From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. The hotel is located in the dead center of Oia -- making it an easy 10 - 15 min walk to get to anything in the area and easily accessible to the taxi stand, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and more. The views are second to none -- literally everywhere you look is another postcard perfect photo opportunity. The suites are not only beautiful and spotless, but well maintained, charming, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and are the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, dip in the pool or hot tub, or your daily breakfast. I wanted to especially thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job keeping our room so clean (twice daily service) and Georgia and Kim for taking such good care of us. No stay is perfect, and even when we had a few very minor glitches, they both responded with care and lightning speed to go above and beyond to surprise and delight us. Fantastic stay! High-quality service and stunning views Everything about my stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was wonderful and very complete, offering a great variety. I fell in love with the room and the overall facilities, but the highlight was definitely the view—it couldn't have been more perfect! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s a great hotel to stay at Oia, and the view to the sunset was gorgeous from this place. Highly recommend for honeymoon. 5-star. Pros: - The deluxe villa was amazing! The interior design looked great. - The room was clean and spacious. - Apivita amenities were provided. - The air conditioning was strong and comfortable. - The loudspeaker worked very well. - The hot tub jacuzzi worked well but it’s still not hot enough if you want to use it after the sunset. - The breakfast was good. - The common pool was great with a nice view. - We enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar. - The staff were very helpful, and were willing to solve issues whenever it’s needed. - The WhatsApp communication was effective. Improvement: - There are so many stairs to get to the room. - The shower may not have hot water at night. - The WiFi was not stable. - The common pool closed at 6pm due to the restaurant. - The menu of the restaurant shall be reviewed. The taste was at the lower bar of average, and the options were few. - Since we were in honeymoon, the hotel offered some celebration options. The proposal of these offers were good, but can be more considerate regarding personalisation, allergy and preference. - Do not having parking, and not easy to find, make sure you have your map set before heading to the hotel (no signal in the area).

Very well kept property, good size rooms and amenities. Excellent staff always up on their feet, manager doesn’t sleep. We always saw him walking around and supervising no matter what time of day. Little pricey but worth it. Would definitely recommend.

A great view on Caldera! Best on Santorini! The hotel is very successful, 30 minutes walk to Fira. Available for 4 restaurants on foot. Recommend the Avocado restaurant on a small area (Astra Square). The small villa consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a mini kitchen, and also has a balcony and a jacuzzi. Breakfast (very diverse) is brought to the room according to the chosen schedule. From the downsides only bad Wi-Fi. Everything else is perfect. The hotel runs the best manager named Despina I've ever seen. Thanks apart! Santorini is for well-trained physical travelers, due to the complexity of the landscape. This is worth taking into account when planning a trip.

We booked 3 rooms there for a family of 7. Beautiful hotel. Room well maintained. Location is fantastic, at the starting point along the main pedestrian walkway that has a perfect sunset view. Staff were extremely helpful and and hospitable. They showed us our rooms and helped with the luggages. In my view, this is a super 5 star accommodation that I would recommend anyone visiting Santorini.

Nice rooms, renovated. Our room was facing a wall so not the best view for sure. Daily cleaning was not the greatest. Service at the reception was overall unfriendly and pushed us to book a tour which was pretty average selling it as the best we could do.  We loved the breakfast in the room and the guy coming to serve us breakfast was very nice.

A very nice hotel in a great location, close to the bus station, nice restaurants and main tourist attractions. It was very clean, with a beautiful aesthetic that’s perfect for taking great photos. There's a nice hot tub to enjoy as well. I would definitely recommend it — 10/10!
