The sunset is great; it is clean, the facilities are simple, and the TV is small; the breakfast is good, and the accompaniment of the sunset dinner is good.

Very clean and spacious room with a lovely balcony.  The staff was amazing.  From the front desk to the bartender to the breakfast room.  Funny story.  We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are. » it was a lovely stay.  Very quiet and calm.  Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town.  It was a 5-10 minute walk to town.

Overall, the family room was spacious, clean and a very comfortable sleep. However, just a few niggles that affected the scoring. Not sure if anything can be done but there was a cloud of flies outside the door of our room and a loud generator noise on the first night of 2, which stopped after switching off the electrics controlling the dehumidifiers and main lights. Also minor, but the bath mat was placed on top of the toilet lid which we didn’t think was particularly sanitary, and the room mugs were black in colour so you couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. Breakfast was adequate and better in the room on windy days.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We visited during the off-season, so it wasn't crowded, and the service was impeccable. We stayed for three days and didn't eat out once. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, even on windy days. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Getting around was fairly convenient; there's a bus stop nearby, though the buses aren't very frequent. A taxi ride takes less than 15 minutes and costs around 25 euros. Hotel staff helped us with our luggage. The room itself was superb. We enjoyed dinner on the balcony, watching the sunset, and even had a stray cat keep us company. It's truly a paradise for cat lovers!

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. In particular, the hotel's bed is super soft and super comfortable! The only downside is that there is a little distance from the town of Oia, and there is no sunset at the hotel.

We’ve just returned from a truly perfect 9-night stay at Katikies Santorini and already wish we were back. From start to finish, everything was faultless. Sofia and the entire team were absolutely brilliant – genuinely warm, attentive without ever being overbearing, and always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully kept, and the views are simply incredible – one of those places that really does live up to the photos (if not exceed them). Waking up to that caldera view each morning never got old. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - one the best! We also found that most guests tend to stay just a night or two and move on quite quickly. Having spent nine nights here, I’d honestly recommend staying at least a week, if not longer, to properly take it all in. It’s one of those places that isn’t meant to be rushed – the pace, the views, the atmosphere all deserve a bit more time. Being among the few guests staying longer really allowed us to appreciate it fully, and it made the whole experience feel that much more special. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets every detail right, but Katikies really does. We felt completely looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A very special place – we’ll definitely be returning.

Despite its prime spot, the interior remains completely undisturbed by the crowds of tourists queuing for photos outside. The room's design is exquisite and beautiful, and the meals are both plentiful and delicious. This specific suite is located just below the reception area. In the middle and lower floors of the cliff, you have to walk many stairs. If you have large luggage, you can ask the hotel to help push the luggage on the upper floor before you arrive. It is also recommended to ask the hotel to help. The cave hotel near the sea is a good experience, but my room has an indoor small pool, which makes the room full of disinfectant water taste, not very comfortable; no light duvet, only blankets, if cold, the hotel will provide 2 blankets. The scenery is beautiful, the service is very good, the breakfast is very good, but there is the taste and quilt problem mentioned earlier, which makes me feel a little short of vacation.

A great stay for couples, we've chosen the room with the jacuzzi hot tub and it was great to relax there after a long day exploring Santorini 😊. The breakfast was delicious and it had good variety of choices and can be delivered to the room. The location is somewhat remote but if you rent a car (highly recommend it) that's not too much of an issue. We couldn't rent a car, but the reception can arrange for free transfers to Fira which is where you can get a bus from there to any other important spot on the island. The room was very nice and clean and we had no issues with using all of amenities. In short: a great stay for a great time and a great value and some great hospitality by the hosts.

A very, very good hotel! The driver who picked us up at the airport sent us to the location in Figure 1. The car can only drive here. The hotel owner came to pick us up in person. I guess the driver contacted the hotel owner after seeing the hotel we were going to, so he came to pick us up in advance. He helped us carry our luggage. We had to go up a few steps. It would be very difficult to carry the luggage without him. I wanted to give him a tip, but he didn't want it. After checking in, he asked us to fill in the breakfast dishes for tomorrow. Then he took out a tourist map and told us where the various attractions were and how long it would take to walk. He also took out a book to show us pictures of the ancient monuments. This honeymoon suite has a double bed and a sofa. The sofa is very wide. The sofa I slept on was as comfortable as the bed. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! The water in the balcony bathtub is circulated day and night, warm, and my son didn't want to come out when swimming in it. In the morning, someone put breakfast on the balcony, set it up, and called us. It's amazing to eat breakfast while watching the sea view! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the blue-domed church in the town of Fira. I don't know how to take the bus. There are many black taxis in Fira town. It costs 30 euros for us to take a taxi to the black beach. You have to eat seafood in Santorini. This fresh seafood is completely different from the live shrimps bought in China! Their seafood has the freshness of the sea! However, standing on the hotel balcony to the left, you can see an open-air restaurant, which is actually a bar. Don't eat there. We waited for more than an hour before the food was served, and three dishes cost 92 euros, which was expensive and unpalatable. After we checked out, someone came to pick us up at the airport. But we didn't know where to wait, so the hotel owner personally took us to the location in the first picture. He was so nice! I took a photo as a souvenir, the second picture. I really recommend this restaurant!

We had an incredible stay at Blue Dolphins Hotel in Santorini this December. We booked the room with a private jacuzzi, and it was truly amazing and such a special experience. The views were stunning, the room was beautifully designed, and everything felt peaceful. The jacuzzi itself was a real highlight. It does take a little time to heat up, but once it does, it’s absolutely worth the wait and incredibly relaxing. Enjoying it in December made the experience feel even more stress relieving and cozy. Great location and value, but mixed experience with staff Given its close proximity to the bus station and affordable price, you really can’t complain. The room and bathroom were clean, and the post-checkout luggage storage made things so much easier. The daytime reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the night shift staff was quite negative. Early in the morning, I tried to find a quiet spot outside my room to use the hairdryer without disturbing my roommates. The staff member on duty was unnecessarily aggressive when telling me to move to the shared shower area (since I was near another guest room). While I understand the rule, basic courtesy and a polite tone should still be expected. Nobody deserves to be spoken to like that.

Finally stayed at the cliffside hotel of my dreams in Santorini – Fanari Villas! It's perched at the highest point of Oia's caldera, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire caldera and the deep blue Aegean Sea. The room is an authentic volcanic cave suite, complete with gracefully curved white arches and stone flooring that exude Mediterranean romance. The entire suite was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The hotel has its own sea-view restaurant, and the breakfast included was fresh and plentiful. Dining on the cliffside with such picturesque scenery was truly delightful. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive. They proactively helped with our luggage and were super responsive to any requests we had. This was the most unforgettable accommodation experience of our trip. Highly recommend Fanari Villas!

We happened to be in Santorini during a holiday, so rooms were hard to come by. Luckily, this hotel had a room available. The in-room facilities were a bit dated, but it was clean and tidy. The hotel isn't large, but it has a swimming pool that my child absolutely loved, spending the whole afternoon swimming. The hotel is very close to a shopping street, and from there, you can see the sea, which is perfect for sunset photos. It's also conveniently located near a bus stop with buses to Oia and the airport.

Excellent service, stunning views, very pretty hotel, highly recommended! The most handsome manager contacted us before our arrival to arrange a pick-up service. When we landed at the airport, George the driver was already waiting for us with a name sign — so convenient and stress-free. He drove us to the nearest drop-off point near McDonald's, and from there, handsome manager and Edward the porter was already there waiting for us. it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Edward helped carry our luggage from the roadside all the way to the room, and did the same when we checked out. Such thoughtful service! During check in, handsome manager was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking the time to explain the nearby attractions and facilities in detail. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests. Our room was on the higher floor of the building, offering exceptional privacy. The space was absolutely beautiful — a two-level unit with a breathtaking view of the caldera and the volcano island. The hot tub was a highlight. The water was wonderfully warm, and since March was a bit chilly, soaking in the tub became the most relaxing part of each day. We spent hours in there, enjoying the panoramic volcano view — absolutely perfect. The unit itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The toiletries — shampoo, body lotion, and so on — were from a lovely brand with such a rich, elegant fragrance. As soon as we walked into the room, we were greeted by that beautiful scent. It felt fresh, special, and incredibly romantic. Breakfast was served with a sheet where you could tick your choices, and you could select different items each day — a lovely touch. The breakfast itself was generous and delicious. The hotel is run by a small, dedicated team. The same gentleman Mr Edward who helped carry our luggage also took care of breakfast, room maintenance,, and more. Everyone we met was always smiling, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay truly special — honestly one of the very best experiences I've ever had. As for the stairs — yes, there are some steps to reach the hotel, but this is Santorini. If you're expecting a flat walk everywhere, this probably isn't the right island for you. In the context of Santorini, the stairs here are absolutely nothing to worry about. The location is actually very convenient — you can walk along the cliffside path or head down to the old port, and take the cable car back up, which is fun and easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

The hotel is on the edge of a cliff, about 5 to 10 minutes' drive from the airport and Fira town. It shares the hotel shuttle bus to and from Fira town with three surrounding hotels; the hotel is opposite the volcanic island, overlooking the entire bay, with beautiful scenery and views. The sunset is great; it is clean, the facilities are simple, and the TV is small; the breakfast is good, and the accompaniment of the sunset dinner is good.

Amazing Stay and Hospitality by the Staff would love to stay here again as the location is pretty convenient to get to the main city Thira but far enough to have a peaceful stay as well (only 10min walk)

Really like the place. I only stayed 1 night in Santorini, wish I stayed longer. I stayed in February so it was the off season. It was so quiet in the hotel. It's located a short walk to the main area in Fira. Also not far from the Fira bus station which connects you to the rest of the island. The room was perfect. Nicely decorated, soft blanket, great bed, good shower, a lot of outlets next to the bed, it had a hairdryer and shampoo, no toothbrush. There was a nice private balcony with chairs to look out to the sea. Check in was fast. Office is right down stairs and open most of the day. I left my luggage there on my final day and went back to pick it up before my flight. Great place, would stay again

The location is not bad, but it is very difficult to find. It is troublesome to store luggage without the front desk. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, and a bottle of water is given every day. The service experience is very bad.

We’d like to express our heartfelt gratitude towards Ms. Margarita and the team at the Cellia Retreat Suites, for their world class excellence of hospitality and making our stay one of the best experience in Greece. We’d like to especially thank the duty manager Margarita for the following: 1. Providing swift assistance to our oversight in duplicate booking, and proactively contacting the travel agent so we could cancel the duplicate booking and receive refunds within the same day 2. Is very knowledgeable about the island; she has provided personalised itinerary recommendations based on our preference; she has made very thoughtful arrangements regarding transport and restaurants, including recommending a trip to the Santos Wine Winery which offered us the best sunset views of the island we have ever seen. 3. Is extremely friendly, always greets guests with a big smile, and she has made our stay a superbly wonderful and pleasant experience. In addition to the warm hospitality, the property is a lovely place to stay; the pool has a beautiful view and the breakfast is wonderful to the eyes and our stomach. Thank you Ms. Margarita and I’d highly recommend visitors to stay at the Callia Retreat Suites next time they visit Santorini.

The hotel is very nice and has all the comforts, a pool with hydromassage and a classic pool. I thought it was much closer to the center of play given the reviews but still with a maximum of 20 minutes walk you can reach. Nothing to complain, daily cleaning, free refill of drinking water in the fridge bar, friendly and friendly staff and always available on wp.

I received a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room overlooking the pool, which makes for a wonderful view, especially on the balcony. The hotel is an easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Fira and the Fira bus station, with no stairs or anything that makes luggage access difficult. The included breakfast has a good selection. The staff were very kind, cleaning was quite good, and the receptionist provided excellent recommendations for my itinerary. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay.

I'm on my 40th day of traveling Europe. This was the best accommodation I've stayed at. Most of the shops in Santorini were closed during the off-season, but there was a supermarket nearby and I could cook. I would 10,000 percent come back. 좋은 숙소였습니다. 비수기 산토리니는 대부분 가게가 닫았지만 마트도가깝고 요리도 해먹을수 있었습니다. 재방문의사 10000퍼센트입니다

The hotel owners were extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. They did their best to meet every request we had. The check-in and check-out times were very flexible, which we greatly appreciated. Swimming pool: 10/10 Breakfast: 10/10 If you do not mind walking for about 12 minutes to reach the caldera viewpoint, this hotel is definitely one of the best places to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!

There are also shops and local amenities around a 7-minute walk away, so you’re never too far from anything while still having a peaceful and private setting. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, and the cleaning lady was also lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and feels very private, which was one of the highlights for us. The main area for improvement would be the cleanliness. The rooms and surrounding areas could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, and I think the private pool should be cleaned more regularly to keep it looking and feeling its best. Overall, it’s a beautiful, relaxing hotel in a prime location with excellent staff. With a little more attention to cleanliness and pool maintenance, it would be an even better experience. I’d still happily recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Santorini.
