Pretty sad to write this review. This room was filthy. Feet turned black. Curtains falling down. Toilet broken. I stay in hotels 15 nights per month and have a high tolerance for dirt, but this room was pathetic. Manager Louis said he would see curtains were repaired. Never repaired. He said they were short staffed. My thought is close off the rooms you can’t manage then. Had to request twice toilet be repaired. Returned that evening to find a note on toilet that said not repairable. Learned parts not available for toilet due to a art vender not being available according to front desk (run over to Home Depot!) Was offered another room but that was not an option for us due to small children and late. They didn’t bother to pick up phone and give us an earlier notice. We would have just gone home. Discussed with Louis, several days later) as no manager with any authority works weekends and he told me I shouldn’t have called the diamond desk to complain as he couldn’t do anything now but give some points. That was false, he refunded one of two nights. I’m preparing my letter to parent company, Texas Western, as they probably don’t see these reviews. This hotel has no business being part of the Hilton brand.From$162

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch. From$159

The hotel is awesome~ The location is right in the city center. The 6th floor museums, art galleries and other attractions are all within a 20-minute walk. There are large shopping malls to go shopping, easy to eat, drink and play. The overnight parking fee is 25 knives. The room is large, clean and comfortable, breakfast is the most basic gourmet breakfast, the fruit is very fresh, the tip is about 16 knives/person, the free snacks are available in the lobby from 8pm to 10pm, and the happy hour, check-in in the afternoon. First, our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible. The key system in our door failed multiple times, causing numerous trips to get help to get into our room. Second, the tail lights of our vehicle were stolen over night. The initial manager we worked with was complete unhelpful and refused to help accessing the cameras to give more information to our insurance. Please explain how this happened when they have overnight security that patrols the parking lot?? The manager was dismissive and had the audacity to offer us dinner despite the amount of time and money this ordeal will put us out on. Instead of offering any sort of help he offered dinner. Dinner is offensive in the lieu of actual help and care. Despite all of this, when we spoke with Quin she was amazing. She was understanding, polite, and helped us that best she could. It is ONLY because of our amazing interaction with Quin that this hotel is getting the review we are giving it. Thank you Quin!From$101

So I admittedly don't write reviews unless it's stellar or terrible but I had to look and you can apparently only review the hotel on the Marriott website if you're sent a ”guest satisfaction” survey. The hotel itself is in a pretty decent place, the restaurant/bar is ok, and the rooms are generally pretty nice. What got me though is that when I walked in to my room it was probably 84-86 degrees. The AC blew hot air on me all night long and never got below 76 degrees and you could hear it click off despite being set to much lower than that. I, as expected, woke up with a raspy voice and was very lethargic for the day. For a hotel that runs close to $200/night I guess I would expect the ability to have a comfortable room. Will definitely not be staying there again... From$139

Adjacent to the tallest tower, it is very convenient for viewing. Both the interior and exterior design of the building are remarkable. I just had an overnight staycation at the Warwick Melrose hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend joining The Journey Club to secure the best rates for this hotel and also earn points. Everyone at the hotel was extremely attentive and friendly providing an excellent guest experience. The hotel has beautiful old world charm décor yet full of modern amenities. We had a fabulous experience at the LeSpa and highly recommend the hot stone massage. We spent the afternoon at the pool which was relaxing and very enjoyable with lots of shade options available to hide from the Texas heat if you need. Angela in the Library Bar was fantastic and we had a very delicious Beef Tenderloin for dinner. Our room was beautiful, large bathroom, dressing room, electronic plugs for laptops and fantastic lighting. Beds and pillows were luxurious and comfy. I can't say enough wonderful things about this gem of a hotel. Andrew Wright the General Manager has done an amazing job maintaining 5 star service across all departments.From$176

We visited the Westin Downtown Dallas for a conference at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. It was a very short walk and surrounded by cute restaurants and bars. We even had a colleague forget her phone in Arlington and the valet (Melvin) went all the way there to get it for her! The hotel is clean and beautiful but I would stay here ten times over the staff and the hospitality. From$224

I love this hotel so much and always enjoy my stays here! From the moment I stepped out of my car until I stepped back in, the staff made me feel like a Ritz Carlton should make one feel pampered and cared for! The little touches, such as the guacamologist in the lobby to the world's best shot of margarita this side of the Pecos, you are transported when you enter the lobby and acknowledged by your name by everyone, as it should be. My luggage and the valet were waiting at my door when I stepped off the elevator, and my Titanium status had earned me an upgrade to a fabulous Junior Suite. On the table in the living area was a welcome note with my handwritten name on it and a box of artisan truffles to enjoy as I settled in. This was the evening of an unfortunate power outage in the hotel, but the staff did not miss a beat. The generators kicked on to keep the common areas lit, and an elevator worked for guest use, so we weren't stuck in our rooms. The Ritz Carlton Club was still operational, and the staff laid out beautiful dinner and dessert buffets by lantern light. It was almost a shame that the lights did come back on just over an hour later; it had been that enjoyable. My mobile key wouldn't open the gym door the following day, so I called downstairs as the app prompted me to ask if it could be reset remotely. The desk clerk said not to worry, she would come to me and was there with a new key within two minutes! The gym was excellent, with so many machines and spaces for everything, including a semi-private area for yoga/pilates. Breakfast was great; I especially loved the fresh-pressed juice options. I had mentioned my love of the oatmeal at check-in, and the next day, the chef emailed me the recipe! I wish all Ritz Carltons offered this level of service and excellence, but until they do, I'll continue to proclaim the Dallas location as the best in the country!From$639

Save your money, this is really poor value for the price. Stood in line for nearly 15 minutes to check in— it appears there’s only one person handling all concierge, check in and guest relations duties. Rooms do not have coffeemakers or coffee. I was told they were taken out during the pandemic. But there aren’t any other complimentary alternatives and honestly I’m not really buying the hygiene explanation given that there aren’t any mask or distancing rules or other visible Covid safety measure being taken otherwise that I can see. Wi-Fi is also not complimentary which was not stated upfront so I was left scrambling trying to figure out how to get online right before a work video conference. The in-room phone was not functional; regardless of which button I pressed, I got a busy signal. So ended up having to look up the number on my phone— nothing else in the room provided contact info for the front desk— and being placed on a lengthy hold. When I expressed surprise about the charge for Wi-Fi the response was that this is common among luxury properties which felt dismissive and also not borne out by experience— I travel extensively at this class of hotel and at the very least they let you know in advance what the Wi-Fi situation is. Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few things made it not a 5 star. The breakfast was just average - cold toast and hash browns - felt rushed to eat. Housekeeping took away 1 robe and never replaced it. Few other slight issues with room service. Never received turndown 2nd night after retuning to room at 7:50 pm. Had to then ask for ice. Bathroom sink area is very tight and rugs keep “catching” on the door. Highlights were Mary at concierge desk, Jonathan the driver, and the “hotel” cat.From$675
