We had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

We stayed in an air-conditioned double room with a large bed and a small bed. The bed is very clean, there is free Wi-Fi, there is 24-hour hot water, and the toothbrush toothpaste needs to be taken. There are a lot of flowers and plants in the yard, very beautiful, cute dogs and cats that are not afraid of people. The fried noodles in the kitchen are super delicious. The bosses also recommend us a lot of trips. Anyway, a great experience, come next time. Will stay here.

This hotel is 50 kilometers away from Solaha. On the other side of the National Forest Park, the hotel has its own jeep cruise for $100. The price is not high. Solaha has only 500 RMB for a day ride on an elephant jeep canoe. It takes 90 dollars to get in and out of the hotel to Solaha. It is completely inconvenient. The service is very good, this price is a ceiling hotel in the local area, and the self-driving friends are fine!

All good. Hotel easy walking distance with luggage from where some buses actually stop, and the bus station itself. Nice rooms, well equipped, big windows and a nice little balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and pool area. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant, a little on the pricey side - but serves excellent food. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Some local cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Local transport easily obtained. No complaints. Staff kind and very helpful at reception and in the restaurant.

It is very close, but very expensive, unless you can get a car together. In fact, the outdoor environment is very good, but the staff is very raw, this is more deadly. Our recent stay at Jungle Wildlife Camp was beautiful! The restaurant manager Shiteram made sure our stay was perfect! He was so kind and considerate helping us move rooms as in our original the facilities were not working, he always greeted us when we saw him and helped us spot wildlife in the river. From the hotel we were able to spot rhinos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and many birds. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was lovely.

But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.

The friendly staff gave us lots of information about the tour and the local area. I took a bus to Souraha, but they also dropped me off at the bus stop, which was about a 20 minute walk. The room felt clean. There was no hot water, but it was a hot season so it wasn't a problem. If you pointed it out to the staff, they might have taken care of it. It had air conditioning. It's a few minutes walk from the downtown area, and it's a bit lonely at night, but I think it's tolerable.

I'm very particular about where I stay when I travel. I chose this hotel by chance, as it provided me with a decent stay. I like to live in comfort, I like to live in a well-kept place, I like to live where I'm welcomed and my needs are met. The hotel has the feel of an owner who treats guests, his team, and the space he's responsible for with respect. For others choosing a hotel, I'll say this: 1. The grounds are well-kept, the staff is attentive and polite. 2. In the morning, I had breakfast in the garden. The food was very well prepared. I showed a cooked egg in the photo. You can always judge the quality of the food by the eggs. 3. At first, I stayed in the main building, then moved to a tent for a couple of days. If you can afford it, rent a tent. It's worth it. All the animals I saw on safari were visible from my tent. Or from the view desk, which I used when I stayed in the main building. 4. The people at the hotel are comfortable to talk to. 5. There are many aesthetically pleasing details that characterize this place and create an atmosphere. After my stay, I wanted to write this review as a thank you, on the one hand, and on the other, to share it with you, as I also seek out and appreciate good places. The hotel is a bit far from the boat station, but for me, this was an advantage, as I like quiet, sparsely populated places. And I would have liked a couple of sun loungers in the garden so I could just relax listening to the birds singing, surrounded by greenery. You can always judge the quality of the food by the eggs. 3. At first, I stayed in the main building, then moved to a tent for a couple of days. If you can afford it, rent a tent. It's worth it. All the animals I saw on safari were visible from my tent. Or from the view desk, which I used when I stayed in the main building. 4. The people at the hotel are comfortable to talk to. 5. There are many aesthetically pleasing details that characterize this place and create an atmosphere. After my stay, I wanted to write this review as a thank you, on the one hand, and on the other, to share it with you, as I also seek out and appreciate good places. The hotel is a bit far from the boat station, but for me, this was an advantage, as I like quiet, sparsely populated places. And I would have liked a couple of sun loungers in the garden so I could just relax listening to the birds singing, surrounded by greenery. The resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel. The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source. The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable. Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service. Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.

This hotel is 50 kilometers away from Solaha. On the other side of the National Forest Park, the hotel has its own jeep cruise for $100. The price is not high. Solaha has only 500 RMB for a day ride on an elephant jeep canoe. It takes 90 dollars to get in and out of the hotel to Solaha. It is completely inconvenient. The service is very good, this price is a ceiling hotel in the local area, and the self-driving friends are fine!

Environment: Absolutely loved it, beautiful, romantic, peaceful, and secluded. Facilities: Simple but complete. However, the bathroom had a leak, and the shower switch was hard to use. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily, very spotless. Service: Warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, with greetings at all times! They also provided introductions to local culture and folk performances! Location: Too far from nearby cities and attractions. The main issue was the inability to find a taxi (including InDrive), leaving the very expensive hotel cars as the only option.

This hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.

All good. Hotel easy walking distance with luggage from where some buses actually stop, and the bus station itself. Nice rooms, well equipped, big windows and a nice little balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and pool area. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant, a little on the pricey side - but serves excellent food. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Some local cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Local transport easily obtained. No complaints. Staff kind and very helpful at reception and in the restaurant.

The room was large and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable; it was the best night's sleep I've ever had. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped me book tickets and contact the driver. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the place is very close to the airport.
