The hotel lobby and amenities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of towels at the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is big enough for a number of people soaking in it together. Two big containers of water are ready for you in the lobby. The room is dated; the screen door requires some work. Water comes out from both the shower head and faucet when taking showers. Overall, we had a good time.

Our home is located in the beautiful Trilogy 55+ community which has pools , indoor track , exercise room, yoga room , tennis and pickle ball courts, separate spa and restaurant. The home has open airy floor plan with a lot of light, privacy in the backyard with mature foliage and a nice place to have morning coffee and read the paper . Large bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a den that doubles as a home office and Queen Murphy bed. Historic Old LaQuinta is minutes away to take a stroll to all its small owner shops and Sundays Farmers Market! Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

Palm Desert Suites more than exceeded my expectations! No contact check-in was very easy. The staff replied quickly to any of my texts. The room was spacious, newly remodeled with a full kitchen! There was a full sized refrigerator and stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The bathroom was large with double sinks and sparkling clean. The location was quiet with a pool close by. Really lovely place! Highly recommended! Palm Desert Suites will absolutely be on the top of my list the next time I stay in Palm Desert! The big bonus, the price was excellent! Thanks!!

I was very satisfied with my stay at Grand Hi Lai Hotel. I could feel their thoughtfulness and professionalism from the moment I arrived. The reception staff was friendly and polite, and the check-in was fast and efficient, which made people feel relaxed immediately. The overall environment of the hotel is very well maintained. Both the lobby and guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is elegant yet modern. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the amenities are complete, and even the details such as sockets and lighting design are very thoughtful. The bathroom space is also quite spacious, with stable hot water and strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use. The breakfast has a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, the ingredients are fresh, and the meal is replenished quickly, which makes you feel the hotel's insistence on quality. If you have time, I highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Both Chinese and Western food are of high quality. Breakfast needs to be paid for order. It costs about 15-20 dollars. There is a parking lot next to it, but no one tells you to charge it. The final bill is $ 40 a day. It is really not understandable. This hotel is misleading or ambiguous. The price is misleading for invisible consumption. I rarely comment on it. I have stayed at this hotel and ca n’t help reminding you not to be misled by the 4.7 rating. In fact, the feeling is quite bad. Pillows and quilts have a heavy smell. It is suspected that it was not cleaned or not changed at all. The service is not as warm as the ordinary Hampton inn or best western. Although it is a bit new, it is full of opportunism, the facilities are very cheap, and it is annoying. It's clear that mineral water is charged, but it says FRED, and it hides the D behind so that you can't see it. It is mistaken for FREE. The typical brush is small and smart, and the small price tag is affixed to the bottle cap. Some brush all kinds of small and smart hotels, even the name is a bit suspicion of plagiarism crown, in the future will not live in this hotel.

Second time here - thought I'd give it one more try since we are members and get points for staying. First time, advised manager of cleanliness issues and he gave us a ton of points back for his apology and I felt he was sincere. Second time, got a much better deal on Trip.com but alas... same same: room not very clean; mold in tub, bottom of tub dirty, sink not drain, blood on floor and carpet, coffee maker very very dirty and more. Again, manager very sincere in his apology but honestly, he's either not saying anything to his staff or, like many other employers these days, he has to take what he can get for staff. Super sad - location is great and SAFE, breakfast is great (and free/included) and rooms could be super nice. I would rather lose coins than upload the photos I took -- you'd never want to go and MAYBE improvements have been made this time.

The uncle at the front desk was super enthusiastic, introduced us to local restaurants, and talked about the Texas he had been to. . . Uncle said that the hotel is not in downtown Palm Springs, it is relatively dark outside, it is best to drive out at night, but it is safe here, don't worry. Room facilities are average, but clean is fine. Breakfast was pretty good, milk and orange juice were plentiful, and many guests took it to the room to eat. The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, which opens from 8 am to 9 pm. There are two large pools and two small spa pools, which are very suitable for taking pictures.

There are a lot of Chinese people in this hotel. The hotel breakfast is very average. It is close to the Grand Canyon. If you arrive late, parking spaces are tight. There is a McDonald's opposite the hotel and a small supermarket 10 minutes walk away. There is also a Wendy's nearby. It is quite deserted at night. You can consider going to Williams town to replenish supplies before coming. The room hygiene conditions are very average.

The public area is very luxurious and beautiful, the taste is good, the price is good, the price is worth it in the United States! The hotel provides valet parking is also quite convenient, the surrounding area is very safe in the rich area, and the supermarket restaurant is also within ten minutes by car. The hotel I chose to stay in when visiting Riverside was pretty good, but the hotel wifi was not very good. The three people traveling with me could not log in. Even if we asked the front desk for a code, it was still an invalid code. It was disappointing! The hotel's specialty massage was ridiculously expensive, so I gave up trying it. There is a Macy's mall next to it, which is not worth visiting~

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside to our trip were the strong sewage smell outside of the hotel, at the entrance. It was persistently present each time we accessed the building. Another smell on the second floor was as string but not offensive, like vinegar near rooms # 210-220. My daughter thought it smelled like a dentist’s office. Smells aside, the halls are brightly lighted and clean with inspirational quotes on each door. Continental breakfast was served daily and the pool was open, though we were too busy to enjoy it. He fitness room remained closed due to the pandemic. We would stay here again fir the convenience on/off the 91 freeway. The beds were not luxury but not terrible. They could be improved with a memory foam topper.

My Boyfriend and I had a staycation went glen ivy Staybridge is minutes away from glen ivy . Overall I feel satisfied with my stay some the furniture in our room was bit rundown especially the little sofa in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was clean . I wish both bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner in it only one did , it was locked so we could take in the other restroom . Also I used the laundry room only one washer was available and it smelled, the other washers were I guess broken because they had no door on them . I wanted to use the pool but every day we were there it was occupied with a group of children. Staff was friendly. But I didn’t understand why they called my room to see if I was checking out it was only 8:00 am check out was at 11:00. I will probably not stay again .

The room was clean and the service attitude was very good. I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night to get a beer from the car and was locked outside the hotel. Fortunately, I woke up the front desk so I didn't stay overnight. The hotel is a 7-minute drive from Desert Mountain Outlet. It's very convenient. There are many supermarkets around and they are cheap and good. Breakfast is just makeshift and suitable for old Americans’ eating habits

There are a lot of Chinese people in this hotel. The hotel breakfast is very average. It is close to the Grand Canyon. If you arrive late, parking spaces are tight. There is a McDonald's opposite the hotel and a small supermarket 10 minutes walk away. There is also a Wendy's nearby. It is quite deserted at night. You can consider going to Williams town to replenish supplies before coming. The room hygiene conditions are very average.
