The front desk staff's attitude changed at lightning speed, like something out of a textbook. They were quick to change their tune because we didn't book through their recommended travel agency. They completely flipped on us. When we initially asked to change rooms, the front desk moved us to two different incredibly noisy environments, completely disregarding our needs and giving us the worst rooms possible. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear roosters crowing on the street at 3 AM, and at 5 AM, you can hear a neighbor's alarm that won't turn off. Even before we changed rooms, we could hear everyone walking by in the hallway and their loud music. After we switched rooms once, it was still incredibly noisy. If you enjoy lively places and don't need rest, then this is definitely the hotel for you. However, the resort itself is beautiful and quite large, with a lovely lawn and garden, as well as a beautiful big swimming pool. The hotel's flora and fauna are also very rich. The restaurant, in particular, deserves praise; there's a beautiful waitress whose attitude is very friendly and gentle. I felt she provided the best service, with a truly genuine smile. The food in the restaurant was good, and the rooms were relatively clean.

You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time. Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed. The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands. The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water. The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called. (You could order drinks even outside restaurant hours) A recommended hotel.

Just got home from a 12-day, 4 provinces trip in northern Mindanao and staying at this property was the cherry on top. A nice little slice of paradise in Camiguin where its strategic location makes u experience sunrises to the right and sunsets to your left. Clean, well-appointed and well-maintained property with five available rooms makes it all the more intimate and private. The staff is what makes this hotel stand out! They are more than willing to help and please their guests. As a solo traveler, they made me feel like family, which I appreciated very much. I stayed a total of 6 nights cause I kept extending! If I was to nitpick, the water pressure is a bit of a challenge but it’s not their fault , though. They do make it up with a bucket and a dipper. Breakfast, although limited is good and done properly Brewed coffee is really good. Beer and fresh fruit shake available at very reasonable prices. Thinking of booking it? Hesitate no more! You won’t regret it.

Our first room had issues with the AC, but the staff promptly addressed the problem by moving us to another room, which we appreciated. The location, however, is not very convenient as it is a bit far from the city center. Dining options nearby are limited, with no decent restaurants within walking distance. On the positive side, motorbike and car rentals are available, and the companies will deliver the vehicles directly to the hotel. The staff also assist in contacting these rental providers.

The locals were very simple. When they dropped off, they lost their phones on the car and found them at the airport. One hour and ten minutes before departure, the airport staff immediately asked for help, returned to the hotel immediately with the help car, contacted the hotel to see if the driver remembered the license plate, tried to contact the driver, found multiple people, and finally contacted another driver to inform the driver. Already waiting at the airport with a handcart, immediately flew to the airport. Finally got the phone to catch the plane. Thanks to everyone on the island who helped me!

The hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel.

I stayed there before. Then I booked this place again for my friend. He stayed there for more than a week and he had a good experience. Good location near the beach with outside facilities. The only problem he had was the noise in the morning. But he asked to change the room to get more quiet, and the staff agreed to do that.

It is very beautiful here, a green rice field, with the right flowers and plants, and the beach on the other side, the villa is very coordinated overall. Hotel rooms are small, small and beautiful. The garden view villa is like a hanging building, with a bathtub on the balcony, and an outdoor sofa on the balcony on the other side. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with hot showers, and the balcony can also see the sea view and you can take a walk on the hotel's beach. The hotel has a nest of yellow and white shorthaired cats, very cute. There are also cockroaches and dogs. The waiter was very welcoming and the service was good. Welcome drinks were provided at check-in. The breakfast booked is 350p per serving. You can choose from 5 breakfasts. The category is not rich enough. The Filipino breakfast is mainly served on the balcony. You need to use the instant coffee provided in the room for breakfast. The villa is soundproofed and the drumming outside is heard. The network here is intolerable to me, and the hotel's WIFI24 cannot access the Internet for an hour! The mobile phone Global signal is weak, most of the time can not access the Internet, can not upload documents. During the stay, there was an important remote work. I could take my mobile phone to explore around to see where there was a network signal. It turned out that the global signal of the hotel next to it was very good, and I finished my work outside the hotel next to it. I would not choose here if I knew this network status when booking a room. The hotel introduction page does not provide a truthful description of this network status.

Very quiet location a little away (100m) from the main road. Requests or small repairs are taken care of immediately. The breakfast is tailored to the guest's wishes and the entire staff is extremely friendly. I have rarely experienced such warmth, thank you for that. Tours can be booked cheaply directly at the hotel; the driver and guide will cater to all your wishes. The pool, the rooms and the entire complex are very clean, the toilets make a big difference here compared to other resorts, rarely experienced as clean. Motorbikes can be booked directly here at an attractive price The only point of criticism is the lack of a refrigerator/minibar in the upscale rooms and is actually standard in this class. But don't be afraid of warm drinks, you can use the fridge in the kitchen downstairs. In summary, if you want to relax and have a great atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

It's about 7️⃣ to 🔟minutes by TukTuk from the airport. It's located a little to the north and west. The resort's own garden can directly see the white island. The garden is also very beautiful. I stayed at this resort for four nights and five days, one night. It is a room facing the seaside garden where you can directly see the coral white sand island. It is very enjoyable. There is a huge toilet, sofa, kitchen, refrigerator, etc. The room has air conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, toilet, ventilation fan, etc. Toiletries can also be provided upon request. The boss is a Westerner, who looks like someone from France and Italy. The wife of the boss is a local and seems to be a very capable woman. The overall service is very good, but because of the island relationship, power outages and network instability are very common things, as island players know (luxury hotels like Madai are not included in the comparison). If there is no internet in the evening, go and chat with the waiter at the English corner. There is a tall waitress with a nice smile. She is lively and fun. She is a fan of domestic idol dramas. She is shy when talking about Chinese male stars. Face. The recommended dinner of chicken and mushroom pasta was the best thing I had in that time (see picture). They are also very active in planning and helping to order TukTuk or multicab. The front desk staff's attitude changed at lightning speed, like something out of a textbook. They were quick to change their tune because we didn't book through their recommended travel agency. They completely flipped on us. When we initially asked to change rooms, the front desk moved us to two different incredibly noisy environments, completely disregarding our needs and giving us the worst rooms possible. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear roosters crowing on the street at 3 AM, and at 5 AM, you can hear a neighbor's alarm that won't turn off. Even before we changed rooms, we could hear everyone walking by in the hallway and their loud music. After we switched rooms once, it was still incredibly noisy. If you enjoy lively places and don't need rest, then this is definitely the hotel for you. However, the resort itself is beautiful and quite large, with a lovely lawn and garden, as well as a beautiful big swimming pool. The hotel's flora and fauna are also very rich. The restaurant, in particular, deserves praise; there's a beautiful waitress whose attitude is very friendly and gentle. I felt she provided the best service, with a truly genuine smile. The food in the restaurant was good, and the rooms were relatively clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Unwnd. It is just a few meters from the white island station. You can even see the island at while sitting the sundeck. We also did not have any problem finding places to eat. There is a bbq near the are selling grilled fresh tuna at very affordable price. There is another resto where there is a live singer. But, you could also eat at Unwnd, their resto Mamser serves good food and has a very nice beach ambiance. i like the fish decor and the logo saying ”the art of being chill”. The place is really a good spot to chill. We did swim at the pool, though small, water was warm and refreshing at the same time. We also enjoyed watching the sunset by the breakwaters. We had our room on the second floor with a balcony. The room is clean and comfy. I love the art works displayed all over the place. The foosball and the chess set is an plus. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The only thing I wish that they have is a beach I can walk on.

We had 3 pleasant nights there. It is quiet and you only hear the waves and the wind. The houses are in Bamboo and we slept very well. The staff is very accomodating, very professional and speak a very good english. They really make sure that you enjoy your stay, and in case of issue with some planned activities (For example if the sea become too dangerous), then they offer immediately other activities to compensate. We will definitely come back

The locals were very simple. When they dropped off, they lost their phones on the car and found them at the airport. One hour and ten minutes before departure, the airport staff immediately asked for help, returned to the hotel immediately with the help car, contacted the hotel to see if the driver remembered the license plate, tried to contact the driver, found multiple people, and finally contacted another driver to inform the driver. Already waiting at the airport with a handcart, immediately flew to the airport. Finally got the phone to catch the plane. Thanks to everyone on the island who helped me!
