We have been here several times and have enjoyed it. We also enjoyed this trip but there were a few issues that bothered me this trip. We were early arriving , so we were told that we could go to the water park and we would be called or texted when our room was ready. I never got the text. When I went back to the desk, I was told that our room had been ready for a while and he didn't know why we weren't notified. That was a bit annoying as we could have been in our room earlier. The second issue was the amount of chlorine used in the water park. I totally get that they have to use extra chlorine due to the amount of people using the water park. But from the minute we walked into the park, our eyes watered and it ma de the whole experience unpleasant. We definately spent less time in the waterpark than we usually would due to that. It may even be something that keeps us from coming back in the future. Definately more ventilation is needed, on both sides but most definately on the "older" side. We had never been there on a weekend before so we were not suprised that is was crowded. But not so crowded that we couldn't find tubes for the lazy river or go down the slides.

I do not understand the negative review about Covid. The rooms are sealed and our room was spotless upon entering. We never saw a guest or employee without a mask. The hotel is very clean. We actually stayed her in August as well as September. Our recent visit was to pick up our child, who just resigned from a management training program at another local hotel because, among other reasons, they did not take Covid seriously and she feared for her health. At DoubleTree, we were able to eat breakfast outside one morning, and the next morning, when it was raining, we asked to be placed far away from people and actually were seated in a separate dining area where we were the only guests. The stay was great - I do miss the cookies upon arrival though.

Husband and I stayed in a room with two twin beds, as we booked quite late in the game (was a last-minute trip). One bed was much more "squishy" than the other one, but they were both comfortable for sleeping. Overall, this was a perfectly serviceable stay and a good value for the Cape, if it provided few frills. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. The hotel is located a short Uber ride to the center of Hyannis (Main Street and shops district). However, shower pressure could have been better. We enjoyed our stay!

The room is large, parking is convenient or free. The location of the hotel is right on the roadside and the navigation is easy to find. If you have children, there is no problem, there is a sofa bed, about an hour's drive from Cape Verde.

I wrote a review about our stay here in May. (I was the one who mentioned that they're in the process of renovating the rooms and removing the moldy carpeting.) We returned for five days in August for a second visit, and I wanted to follow up. This time we had a lovely, large room overlooking the beautiful golf course. (This was a part of the resort we hadn't seen before, as we're not golfers -- and it was stunning.) The best part was eating breakfast on our balcony with a "floor show" of golfers playing right in front of us. (If you're not an early riser you may not want these rooms, as the golf course maintenance starts early in the morning, but if you are, it's quite an added bonus.) The hotel, itself, is getting better and better. The renovations have continued, and the moldy smell is gone in the hallways where they've removed the carpeting and replaced the floors. The staff, as always, was amazing. The incredible James (front desk) is the one you want to solve any problem that might arise, as he's fantastic! Chantel at the front desk, and Dukelin and Stephine in housekeeping are also great. Our room was immaculate, and requests were attended to immediately. (An extra luggage rack we needed, was delivered within five minutes.) The outdoor pool remains the nicest in Hyannis. We look forward to returning again next year (when I hope they'll have new beach umbrellas and lounge chairs) to make this lovely pool even better.

The Anchor In is a favorite of ours on the Cape! The location is perfect for watching the harbor activity. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within minutes of the property. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and the continental breakfast was very nice, and relaxing with some tables overlooking the harbor. Also, the staff is very friendly! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We spent a couple nights at the Inn and were delighted with the spacious room and amenities. They have free parking, along with a free continental breakfast, which we enjoyed the each morning. The Inn is within walking distance of various restaurants and shopping. It is also only a few walking blocks from the ferry service, which takes you to the islands. The desk manager Angie was an exceptional hostess. This will be a place we will return to, when in the area.

Hotel location is great! Close to the Back Bay station transportation hub, the famous attractions Boston Public Library, Trinity Hall, copley square. The Freedom Trail, Boston public garden, and Boston Common are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is rich in history and was built in 1912, blending in with the surrounding historic sights. Shopping and dining are also very convenient, and across the road is the large shopping center copley place. This area is over the river is MIT, it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to MIT, Boston University and Harvard. By the way, there are free buses at the airport, but if you don’t just touch them, you are not recommended to take them. The logo is hard to find. I just happened to be in the airport hall, and when I got off the bus, I stopped at the hotel and it was a surprise. In short, very recommended hotel.

This hotel does not cancel the credit card guarantee after "malicious" departure! Too hateful! After checking out, I asked for a bill at the front desk. I was told that the bill was sent by mail, but I didn't register a reserved mailbox when I checked in! Does the hotel "god"! I've seen the evaluation before, there is a lesson from it, keep your eye on it, and sure enough! Friends who book this hotel must be careful!

It is only a few hundred meters from the South Station. It is very convenient to catch the early train and it is not far to Chinatown and Macy's. The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are large, and they are all close to the domestic five-star. The front desk said that there is free coffee in the restaurant on the first floor (the coffee machine in the room is Keurig's American style is relatively light). There were two fire alarms in the evening, and the fire station was opposite, and the fire truck arrived immediately. In the end, they were false positives, which really made people sleepless.

When I checked in at the hotel, she told the front desk that she wanted a quiet room. She saw that I liked the upper floors and arranged for me to the 17th floor. After entering the room, it was okay overall, but when I saw the sand-like marks in the sink and the sink when I went to the bathroom, it looked a bit uncomfortable. After returning the next day, the room was cleaned. Although the sink and the pond were not completely cleaned, the traces were almost gone. After staying there are many privileges, free soup or something. But daily fruits are not seen at the front desk every day. I have been to the gym but one of the bicycles failed to start. But the rest of the equipment is good, although the personal yoga space is a bit small outside. Overall, nearby activities are very convenient. Service attitude is also very correct.

Boston City Center
I’m not one for writing terrible reviews, but for practically a brand new hotel this place is not off to a good start. CONS: The rooms are extremely small with only a bed and foldable desk and chair due to space restraints. There is no closet and the full size mirror on the wall behind the sliding bathroom door fell off the wall the first hour I was in the room. It was put back in with liquid nails and was tapped back up. Hopefully that holds for the nexts guests in the room. The walls were so thin I could tell what movie the next room was watching (Rush Hour 2 if that helps anyone with this review). The water pressure was so low the morning I was leaving I could not take a shower. The picture I attached is the highest pressure I could get it at, and that’s all the way to the cold setting. Also, either lots of people smoking weed in the hotel or Snoop Dog was in a room near me. My room reeked of it on multiple occasions. Was due to Covid, but the bar (and I use that word lightly due to the size of the bar area) was only accessible to people order the finger foods on the menu. If you wanted a drink you had to take it back to your room to drink it. PROS: Staff was all very friendly and quick to resolve the issue of the mirror incident. The hotel is very modern and is visually appealing. There is a QR code in your room where you can order bar food and some drinks to go from the bar downstairs from your phone. The location is pretty good for getting around major parts of Boston. Price in my opinion was high for the little amount of what you get, but once COVID restrictions are lifted and the rooftop bar is reopened I would say it would be priced fairly.

The location is good, the price is ok, but there will be an additional facility fee of around $180 per night. I don't know if it is a case. The two-night hotel that was booked separately by Ctrip, the front desk could not find the corresponding information. It took a long time to check. I didn't know if it was a docking problem, but in the end it was all smoothly.

Breakfast is ok, but the variety is relatively small, no vegetables. The hotel is only a few kilometers from Boston Airport and has a free shuttle bus. Staying here, traveling to downtown Boston, it is not very convenient to take public transportation. You need to take the hotel bus to the airport and transfer to the subway there. It is convenient to choose to take a taxi or a water taxi, but the price will be more expensive. If you carry a lot of luggage and have plenty of time, it is recommended to stay in the same brand of hotels in the city. The price is much lower, and the dining and sightseeing will be more exciting.

The hotel is in a fairly central location. The check-in time is almost just after Christmas, and there are quite a lot of guests. When check-in in the afternoon, the queue is at least forty or fifty minutes. , Leading to crowding, queuing is very bad. The access for Marriott members is also not open, and my Marriott Gold Card does not have fast-track access or preferential treatment. When booking a hotel, because Ctrip ’s price is more cost-effective, I did n’t make a reservation through the Marriott app. As a result, when I arranged the room, I was given a regular room, and I booked a suite with Charles River view. At that time, the whole mood was about to explode, and I contacted Ctrip. Ctrip said that their order was not wrong, and it was the responsibility of the hotel. Later, I had to go back to the front desk to queue up. After communicating with the lobby manager, the manager said that the information on the booking order might be wrong, so I did not arrange it and helped me adjust to the Charles River View Suite. After an afternoon of tossing around, the big and small bags finally checked in after going up and down. The hotel's [Charles River View Suite] is still very beautiful. The windows of the rooms are very large. Every day you can see the sunset, which is very suitable for taking pictures. There is more than 60 square meters of space, a sofa area, a writing desk, and an extra-large bed. There is room for large and small luggage. There is nothing in the refrigerator of the minibar, there is no executive courtesy in the suite, and the Marriott Gold Card only has two bottles of mineral water per day. There doesn't seem to be a supermarket near the hotel. There is a coffee shop on the second floor where you can buy some drinks and snacks. Regarding parking, valet parking is $ 65 a day. A waiter will help you drive the car to the door, and you can enter and leave as many times as you want. There is a pretty big shopping area across the road downstairs, and you can go shopping on foot. It is very very recommended that friends go shopping in the department store Saks 5th Avenue, which has a lot of luxury brands. Although the discount area is piled up like a vegetable market, it is very worthwhile. .

This hotel is across the street from Quincy Market. The location is very convenient, and it is also close to the subway. Although it is not new, it still looks good. The front desk service is patient. There is free hot drinks, fruits and drinking water in the lobby to bring to the room. Of course, a "facility fee" of 25 knives will be charged per room per night. The bed was big enough. Because the child is already a teenager, we opened a separate room for two children (15 and 20 years old). There is no need for a family of young children to have a room for a family of four. There are many points near breakfast, you can find it by turning right. The hotel's own breakfast is also okay, the single portion is a bit large, and the average Chinese can't finish it. Note that the breakfast included in the hotel package is only a limit of 25 dollars. Another thing to remind is that I booked a three-night stay there. After the first night, there was no consumption. After returning the next day, I found that there was an apparently wiped item on the wash basin in the bathroom. Cloth, is it a hint to me that Tips will wipe the cup with this dirty cloth tomorrow? Hey, so I put two beautiful knives in the room on the third morning and came back and took it away.

I don't know the breakfast, because there seems to be no breakfast at Godfrey, and then there is a cafe next to their hotel. It's very good. I drink Pour Over, very pure and very recommended. I don't know the extra bed, because I went alone. Then the hotel is very small because of its location in the city center, but the rooms are all well equipped and very good. Godfrey can be regarded as a fighter in the center of the city. If you pay at the hotel, you may need 400-500 dollars. There is also Ctrip is prepay, so there is no real payment. Then it's best to use Booking or Expedia! All in all, this hotel is very good, I like it very much. I have come to their home in Boston twice. I will definitely choose their home next time! The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Back Bay and 10 minutes to Central Park. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the Charles River to cross the bridge and to MIT on the opposite bank of Cambridge, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to Chinatown. Half an hour walk to the Museum of Fine Arts, Northeastern University, Quincy Market is also half an hour away. Anyway, you can walk anywhere you choose to live here. The downstairs of the hotel is a good western food. When you go out, turn right, walk a little and then turn left. There are very good pizza restaurants and many very good western restaurants. Diagonally opposite the hotel entrance is 7-11. I stayed once 5 years ago and I missed this location. This time I was renovated and the hardware and software have been greatly improved, especially the public bathroom, which is very clean and also Enough, there is no queuing situation again.
