The hotel's location is superb; it's just across the street from the Aegean Sea, and there are plenty of restaurants lining the street, making it a great spot for seafood. The hotel breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of vegetables, desserts, and fresh juices, all clean and hygienic – truly impressive. From the room, you can see the Aegean Sea, and the room facilities are complete, with very comfortable bedding. Overall, it's a great experience and highly recommended.

Near the train station, the street has arrived, the booked triple room, the bed is quite big, Simmons is also very strong, taxi to otogar seems to be 30 lira, walking to the beach is still a little distance. There is a flea market on the small street in the evening.

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

Just right next to Basmane Gar Station. Nearby Agora Open Air Museum and Konak Pier and Clock Tower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good with stable hot water. There is a tv but couldn’t get it to the right channel to watch anything as it was in Turkish. No water bottle provided in the room but you can get a drink at the lobby with hot tea and coffee for free as well. Used the laundry service, it was on the very expensive side as they charge by number of clothes. Breakfast was good, very Turkish style. Overall, will come again.

The hotel is partially under renovation, so I feel a little uncomfortable. The service was excellent! There is a parking space at the door. Navigating to the hotel requires passing through several one-way lines, just be careful not to take wrong turns.

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable. The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower.

Celebrated our anniversary in Izmir and planned to stay in this hotel for 2 nights but ended up extending as the location is quite convenient for us. Subway is few meters away and the location is also a few mins walk to the coast with a great sunset view. A lot of shops and restaurants across the street and staff in the hotel was helpful as well. The best part is when we receive a complimentary wine to celebrate our Anniversary as soon as we checked in. Thanks a lot! Will stay here again for sure.

Receptionists are very good specially Balik. She accommodated early checkin as well as helping me store my luggage. These kind of services are very critical for me and I appreciate them so much for this. The everyday breakfast is also really good and the servers and the cleanliness there are really good too. The location is also near the Konak square. All of the hotels in the area are within some sort of alleys which are busy. For others it might be a surprised but in many places in Asia the same hotels are located in busy alleys. As a solo traveller, I never had an issue with safety and going around the area.

I stayed for one night; it's perfect for a short layover. It's questionable for a longer stay. It's important to understand the price/quality ratio. For the price, the hotel is good, located 4 minutes from the Basmane metro station, an easy walk to the square and embankment, and a tram stop is 7 minutes away. The reception was very welcoming and friendly, special thanks. The room was good for the price; there was a kettle, tea bags, and a bottle of water. There was Wi-Fi and air conditioning. As noted in the reviews, there was a cigarette smell, and the windows face the roadway, making it quite noisy. As I realized after checking in, the area is considered unfavorable, 🤣 But I got around on my own, not by taxi. For my purposes, it's ideal for transportation accessibility and for seeing the city in 2 days.

The reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.

The toilet required climbing a 30cm step, and the bathroom light was broken, making it completely dark. Breakfast was extremely basic, consisting only of dry bread and a few slices of sausage. The Wi-Fi was also broken and completely unusable… Ugh.

We booked for a 4-night stay. For the last two nights, the hotel hosted a loud party in the garden with speakers blaring from early evening until midnight. It was impossible to sleep. The hotel did not inform us beforehand that there would be a late-night party. Additionally, after checking in, I informed a staff member named Mr. Doza that I needed extra bed sheets and blankets. He told me to go to my room and dial 0 myself. It took three attempts for someone to finally take my request, and then the housekeeping never brought anything. I had to inform another staff member. While it wasn't a huge mistake, this is certainly not the service one expects from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant was good, and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The concierge was excellent and helped us plan our itinerary for all three days. Many thanks!

We stayed at this hotel with our whole family. Overall, we had a very good experience – it was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially liked the convenient location: there's direct access to the shopping center and close access to the highway, which is very convenient if you're traveling by car. A special thank you to the staff – they were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The only downside we could point out was the refrigerators in the rooms – unfortunately, they rarely worked, so keeping drinks and food cool was problematic. Otherwise, everything was great. It's a good option for a family vacation; we would happily stay here again.

Pros: -good sound insulation: despite the busy road under the windows, the room was quiet, you couldn’t hear the neighbors; -15 minutes walk to the embankment, 10 minutes to the metro; -large room (we lived in a standard one) Minuses: -a strange system with air conditioning. You need to talk to the reception about how many degrees you need to set the air conditioner to. It is impossible to change the temperature on your own. Turn it off - just unplug the key from the socket. Turn it on - call/go to the reception again. If you are cold, you want to make the temperature warmer, too only through the reception. -the carpet in the room is stained and needs replacing; -breakfast is very simple, 3 out of 5: cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, muffins, cereal, once we saw the remains of an omelet.

What can I say about the city of Izmir? You can go there or not. I also went to see the clock tower, which is a small tower. The big elevator is just a residential elevator. There is not much point in making a special trip there. This hotel is in the new district. There are not many places to eat. It looks like a regular Hilton Garden Inn. But I don’t know why the price difference between one person and two people is 200. I booked the price for one person. In fact, they are the same. Turkey is a magical country.

Very good hotel, clean and good location, five minutes walk from the subway, five minutes from the train station, and the tram station is about five to eight minutes. Although the hotel is not in the scenic area, the public transportation in the scenic area is very convenient. And the hotel staff was very friendly, we had to catch the plane at 7 am, breakfast started at 7:30, after asking the staff the night before, they had breakfast time to 7 am and prepared sandwiches for us. Although the network is a bit bad, we bought local phone card traffic in Turkey and couldn't use up at all, so it didn't affect it.

These kind of services are very critical for me and I appreciate them so much for this. The everyday breakfast is also really good and the servers and the cleanliness there are really good too. The location is also near the Konak square. All of the hotels in the area are within some sort of alleys which are busy. For others it might be a surprised but in many places in Asia the same hotels are located in busy alleys. As a solo traveller, I never had an issue with safety and going around the area.
