We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out all staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, even if in some spots the carpet could use some replacement. It was always quiet for a good rest and sleep during day and night. We have also been to the rooftop bar, which is a little expensive but has a nice view. The gym room is actually quite well equiped, also with a good view, as it is on the top floor as well. The location of the hotel is nice, you can explore the nearby city center by foot and reach most of the city easily by public transportation including ferries. If you get a good price here, the hotel is definitely recommendable.From$101

Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotelFrom$34

My husband is Turkish and I am English, we have been to this hotel four times over nine years and always received a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel has excellent customer service from booking, arriving and departing and we find the staff to be exceptionally courteous and hard working. The hotel is perfectly located with ease of access to transportation, sea front and the market. Location super. We arrived only for 5.5 lira from the airport by train directly (without transfer) in Basman. From there 5 minutes walk, very close. Interestingly, no one at the hotel knew that you could get directly by train)) From the hotel every day walked to the center. Breakfast was also good - several types of cheese, sausages, sausages, rolled eggs, coffee, tea, butter, jams, warm, torso, etc. The air conditioner worked well. Water was everywhere and free. The location of the hotel is very, very central. This provides a great plus, but a minus at one point; parking problem. We had to leave our car in the municipality's multi-storey car park and an extra fee of 25 lira per night was incurred. Hotel staff are very caring and smiling people. The best thing about the hotel is wifi. There is a free and pretty good internet network. We liked the interior design of the rooms, but it's hard to say the same for cleanliness. Celebrated our anniversary in Izmir and planned to stay in this hotel for 2 nights but ended up extending as the location is quite convenient for us. Subway is few meters away and the location is also a few mins walk to the coast with a great sunset view. A lot of shops and restaurants across the street and staff in the hotel was helpful as well. We had a nice 4 - night stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There were bottles of water, tea and coffee every day and a kettle as well. Breakfast and dinner were good, but the coffee at breakfast was awful. In the bathroom there was everything we needed - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body milk. There were slippers too. The location is great – it is close to Basmane Gar, the historic part of the town, Kemaralti Market bazar, clock tower, Konak pier. The staff was very kind and helpful. We found it on Tripadvisor. We preferred to be in Konak in terms of location. There are some old, small hills of hairs. We used it only to stay at night. We preferred to do outside including breakfast. We could be a little more sensitive to cleaning but it wasn't dirty. The cleaning sense is relatively a situation. We booked on the internet with my wife. We went to the hotel. The staff at the reception didn't show any gulery, but also asked for a lot of charge. However, we waited for the room we went out to the room was beyond shame. So someone left and closed the door. The cleaners entered the room and was cleaned. There were plates with food boxes in the box. The bed boxes were covered with a stick. The room smelled from dust and was bad. The bathroom was wet towels with empty champagne boxes with hair cords. They said there were no other double rooms so we waited for it to be cleaned. The street was very terrific. We entered the room at 6 p.m. and we never went out again. There was no breakfast. The food on the buffet was reduced, but some of the food was not added. There was a hair cord inside the egg bread. There is no household or normal bread. When it was 13.00, they started to screw our door when you're going out. I'll never stay in such a place again. The street is full of Syrians. Not at all safe.From$23

We were in the apartment about a week ago, we received a family room /Wohnung with own garden (hour).
All was very clean and the holders of the apartments were very lovely and premature, the own cats welcomed us at the window in the morning.

Thank you very much for the staff of this hotel! We stayed with the family from 03.06.2023-04.06.2023. We chose the hotel by accident, almost the first caught. We provided free of charge for the car. In the morning we found that the wheel was down. Together with the porter, they were looking for a compressor in the nearby hotels. The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. We didn't come looking at the comments but we wanted to give chance. When we asked the hotel comments, they said they had problems with hk and they immediately changed. The rooms were clean. The jacuzi was there and was fun not to water the room or bathroom as they were told. There was a shop down there, but it wasn't enough to disturb it, but we asked them to change the corner, despite having left our phone number. They were cruelly approached us and said we had to cancel the reservation you were too late but I won't score for it. It was a pleasant experience, it was a price performance hotel. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. This is in the best hotel we have stayed in Izmir. We checked out yesterday and will be back again. Walking through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the warmth and kindness of the owner and staff. The hotel staff was extremely kind, professional, attentive, friendly and helpful and multi lingual. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The hotel has its Hamam (Turkish bath), swimming pool and spa. Here for business? 2 very large, well equipped conference rooms are available for your business needs. What makes this hotel truly stand out to me is the location. I stayed in MOM İzmir hotel in 2019. The rooms are proper and careful, the reception staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good most days. There are few days of weakness. Rooms, lobby, breakfast room, corridors are comfortable. I haven't met the robbery. (priced items were left at the hotel.) location is very good. minibar is enough. There is no water heating in the rooms. You have no rooms and lobby rooms for tea-cafe drinks. No lunch and dinner. But at a large walk to an AVM. The family hotel, the only ladies or families can stay in peace. The rooms are large enough. The workers are respected. 1+1 rooms are not very different from the standard room. Suite rooms have a bathroom with a long and a clothing + shoe box. This hotel has some positive points. The staff are friendly and very helpful with a lot of support from google-translate. The gym/pool is 5-star That’s about it. The appearance in the public areas and hallways is shabby. There is a tremendous shortage of lightbulbs - darkness rules everywhere, in the public areas, hallways, bedrooms, even in the bathroom. The rooms are large and empty. The bed/mattress is possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced - like sleeping on a barely padded wooden box. The a/c offers two options: hot or hotter. And the window opens less than a hands width, so welcome to the sauna (in December!!) Breakfast is ok - below average for Turkey. WiFi is not user-friendly, requiring repeated sign-in and is very slow. The mini-bar fridge is no match for the intensity of the heat in the room - if you leave your bottled water in the fridge all day it comes out slightly cooled. The bathroom facilities and toiletries and accessories and towels are good Location overlooking a metro station - good for convenience, but a little noisy at times, especially considering that closing the window is out of the question.
