Hotel location is relatively high, below the high speed, there is no place to eat and shop around, to drive out, the nearest outlet is 65km away from the hotel, there is a pool and free breakfast, only suitable for temporary stay for one night, after all, it is cheaper, if It is not recommended for a special holiday.

We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it...

We stayed one night after visiting Joshua Tree NP. The property appears fairly new and is close to the I-10 Freeway which you can hear from your room which is why I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. I liked the glass shower doors. The bed and pillows were comfortable with a nice duvet. I also liked that there were two shades, one that was light filtering and the other that was black-out. Breakfast was limited due to COVID but was adequate: boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, yogurt, granola bars, muffins or cold bagels. I appreciated their precautions with the desk person serving the coffee from behind the front counter with gloves on. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. A big plus with Hilton properties is the keyless entry and contactless check-in and out.

This motel is very close to the Indian Wells Tennis Masters Court. It takes ten minutes to drive to the court parking lot. On the edge of Indio Blvd, the environment is average, the yard is small, and the vehicles are full at night. This is a gathering area for Mexicans, with Mexican restaurants, a large number of golf courses around, and a rich desert feature, you can hike. You must drive here to watch tennis. Facilities: There is a refrigerator and microwave oven, the air conditioner must be dripping, that is, the noise is a bit loud; Hygienic: My pillow is not used, the picture above; Environment: close to roads and railways; Service: The ink brother is very friendly.

Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced by the community from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10:00 pm. We invite you to enjoy your vacation, but you agree to abide by city and HOA policies. It is important to respect your neighbors at all times of the day. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations established by local ordinances, which include a "good neighbor policy." Fines for disturbance start at $750 and increase significantly with repeated warnings. Persons who fail to comply with these noise and party restrictions will be evicted immediately without further warning. All fines will be the responsibility of the registered guest. By signing this agreement, the registered guest and his/her guests agree that there will be NO disturbance, annoyance, endangerment or inconvenience to neighbors. If we receive a noise complaint, we will attempt to contact you ONCE as a warning. If we are unable to reach you, we or HOA security reserve the right to visit the home. If the violation continues, you will be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If citations are given by HOA security or an official, the registered guest is responsible for payment of all charges in full. NO SPECIAL EVENT/PARTIES This is a no party house. No large gatherings beyond the registered guests. No loud amplified music on loudspeakers or Live DJs are permitted. AIR CONDITIONING / COOLING Do not set the air conditioning below 73 degrees on any thermostat as this can cause the air conditioning motor to freeze, leak, damage and may require a service technician. The cost of the service call, parts replacement and repairs will be the responsibility of the customer if the damage is determined to be due to overuse/operation below the maximum temperature of 73 degrees. SYSTEM FAILURE/MAINTENANCE / DAMAGE / REPORTING Unfortunately, system outages may occur from time to time. if the event that this property experiences a system failure, including, internet, cable, pool/spa, air conditioning, heating, water, sewer, electrical, gas, plumbing, appliances, we ask that you report any problems IMMEDIATELY to allow sufficient time for the technician to access the property to resolve the problem and ensure that your stay is interrupted as little as possible. You agree to maintain the property in the same condition as when he/she arrived. Any noticeable damage to the furniture, fixtures or equipment found upon departure will be your responsibility. If you notice any damage upon entering the property, we ask that you report it immediately within two hours of occupancy. TRASHWe ask you to place all trash in the appropriate trash bins located on the side-yard. No need to roll bins out as we have a trash bin roll off service. EXTERIOR On windy days, do not use the fireplace or open the sunshades or awnings as this may cause irreversible damage. Please close all awnings/umbrellas and turn off the fireplace for the night. POOL CLEANING AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES Pool cleaner will be on the property 2 times per week (not present on Saturday and Sunday). The gardener will be on the property 1 time per week. (not present on Saturday and Sunday). They will be on the property for a maximum of 2 hours, and will have their own access and minimal disruption to our guests. The room was clean and the place was large, there was a kitchen but no kitchenware, and there was no hair dryer. The hotel Wi-Fi could not be logged in at the beginning. I called the front desk but couldn't get through. I had to go to the lobby to find the staff to deal with it.  I finally gave a set of numbers  to log in to the hotel network, but the number only allowed three devices to connect, so I have to ask the front desk  to get another set of numbers. But fortunately, the front desk staff are very friendly

We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it...

We stayed one night after visiting Joshua Tree NP. The property appears fairly new and is close to the I-10 Freeway which you can hear from your room which is why I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. I liked the glass shower doors. The bed and pillows were comfortable with a nice duvet. I also liked that there were two shades, one that was light filtering and the other that was black-out. Breakfast was limited due to COVID but was adequate: boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, yogurt, granola bars, muffins or cold bagels. I appreciated their precautions with the desk person serving the coffee from behind the front counter with gloves on. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. A big plus with Hilton properties is the keyless entry and contactless check-in and out.
