The telephone wasn't working either, Earlier in the day was tokd there was no honey after l asked for it to be told the satchets are finished"

"We only stayed for 1 night so it was brief but the staff were all so friendly and attentive. The setting was stunning with our room looking out onto the park and lake with some animals coming close enough to view from your room including zebras and monkeys. The restaurant and pool also had amazing views onto the lake and the bar and restaurant had beautiful carvings and paintings decorating all the walls. The buffet food was fantastic with great variety. The bar area was spacious and we had African dancers our night which was fun. The only negative is that the beds were way too firm for our liking. It was almost like sleeping on a block of wood."
