We booked a Fort King Suite for a celebration. Here's what stood out: The positive feedback: Ground floor staff and the security team were warm and welcoming. Housekeepers were kind and helpful, though they didn't replace our toothbrushes and slippers during cleaning. Not a huge issue, but should be a standard for a 4-star hotel. Food was great, and the breakfast buffet trainees/new hire outshined everyone—they actively greeted and assisted us while old staff just stood by watching. The negative part: No welcome chocolates at check-in despite what was advertised for the room type booked. The AC had weak airflow even at max settings and was leaking; the maintenance guy tried but failed—same airflow as before. We then asked a lady housekeeper for help, and she managed to fix the issue, which was unexpected since maintenance should have been the one to handle it. But it eventually returned to its original weak airflow after an hour or two. We decided to let it go rather than ruin our trip. The real problem occurred from the 3rd floor and 5th floor—it felt hostile. One non-straight/fruity guy receptionist rolled his eyes when I smiled at him and a female colleague glared at me then looked away. Most staff looked miserable. I could sense that there is some kind of feud among the staff that is affecting their behavior, because I saw them gossiping with each other while they were on duty. They're either gossiping about their colleagues or about other guests, and it's very off-putting. It ruins the vibe and is not very professional. This must be stopped. Most of them will just ignore you when there’s less guests around, but if there are too many guests around, only then will they perform their duties and show hospitality. I've stayed at many 4–5 star hotels; this was my worst 4-star experience. I would not mind if the property were in bad condition—you could have saved the reputation by being kind and warm to your guests. Instead, the negative energy made the experience even worse. Wish I'd trusted those bad reviews. To management: Retrain your old employees. The new hires remember what hospitality means; your tenured staff don't. Thanks to ground floor staff, guards, security dogs, housekeepers, trainees/new hires, and kitchen crew—you saved this stay from being a total loss. Hope that 3rd floor reception team learns basic courtesy and hospitality from you.

I stayed at Seda Bonifacio Global City for four nights and five days. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was quick, although I was required to provide an ₱8,000 cash deposit. Since my flight was on the same day as check-out, receiving that amount back in cash was not very convenient. What stood out most was how helpful the staff were when I experienced food poisoning. At around 1:00 a.m., I went to the front desk, and they immediately arranged transportation to the hospital. They also provided an in-house nurse who accompanied me to the emergency room and helped me with the registration process. I was extremely grateful for this thoughtful support during such a stressful situation. The following day, the manager called to check on me, which made me feel genuinely cared for. The room was a good size and comfortable, and the hotel is in an excellent location where restaurants, shops, and other places are easily accessible. Breakfast was not included in my booking, but I decided to try it on the last day. I asked whether hotel guests received a discount, but unfortunately, there was none. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, although I expected staying guests might receive a reduced rate. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The kindness, compassion, and exceptional support shown by the staff, especially during my medical emergency, made a lasting impression. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again.

Stay was comfortable. Suite was very spacious for one person staying. Hope the hotel was way more generous about the early early check in as my flight was in the morning. Location wise was great since it is near to where I have to go for business. Service was ok. Didnt really have much to say since i was out the whole day and back to the hotel to sleep only. Overall, if i have I would still recommend this hotel to my friend and family who is travelling to the Manila Philippines.

The Horizon Club Room offers a truly expansive view, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is excellent. BGC is bustling day and night with constant traffic, and you can even see Makati in the distance. As expected from a Shangri-La in the central business district, the facilities are top-notch, cleanliness is superb, the environment is safe and convenient, and the service is impeccable. My only complaint is the price. It's definitely worth a visit for a family trip.

The waiters were very nice and nice. Helped to call a car, wash and iron, and allowed me to continue to take a nap at noon on the day I left the shop. I didn't check out until 2pm. The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night. That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. As a result, taxes and fees were included, which exceeded the reimbursement standard.

The only thing I liked was the helpful staff. When I asked for soap, a towel and a battery for the TV remote, they quickly brought them to my room. The staff was polite. It was also nice to stand on the roof and admire the road.. What I didn't like was the location and isolation of the room. It was difficult to sleep because of the traffic noise and barking dogs. Also, the TV remote didn't work, so I couldn't watch it. What I didn't like most was the bedbugs, although there were few of them and it was generally clean.

We booked it for last minute like early in morning around 4AM because me and my friends are looking for short rest after we went to KTV bar and I like how the reservation get smooth until we checked in. Though the location is quite far but it saved us from that day . We are 6 pax and we were able to sleep well even in a short period of time. The room is clean and they have extra beds. We had a great experience during our stay at the @Residences at BCCT, the staff were very polite and friendly, we brought our fur babies with us(not free, but this is stated in their policy) we booked a studio type room, but they upgraded us immediately to a 1 room just below the Pent house, which we were very grateful, the location was also very good as the mall (sm aura) was just across it, the infinity pool was also instagramable, as the view was amazing during the day and especially at night, the O2 Cafe bar was also a sight to see during the night, and the prices are justifiable, the food also was amazing, no wonder there was a long line of people during the evening to get a table there, the complimentary breakfast was so-so, we had pancake and bacon, as well as their beef kebab bowl, I enjoyed the kebab though, I didn't give a full rating on cleanliness because I could tell they didn't vacuum the room bec of the dust and left over bits by the previous guests, but it was compensated by the polite staff and let us extend our stay ouside of the regular checkout time, my overall rating is 9.5/10

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

The location was super convenient, which was a big plus since I was traveling solo in Manila and wanted to prioritize safety, but my budget was quite tight. The taxi ride from the airport at 6 PM was really congested. I couldn't find a toothbrush or slippers in the room, but luckily I'd brought my own. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very warm and welcoming. I was able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops, and it felt like a pretty safe area. My only complaint would be the unsettling color of the elevator.

Stayed at this condo near SM Aura and it was a really good experience. The location was super convenient—walking distance to SM Aura, Market! Market!, and a lot of places around BGC. The unit was clean and cozy, and had everything I needed. Fast Wi-Fi and the Smart TV came in handy for relaxing at night. The bed was comfy too. Bonus points for the gym and pool in the building. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay. Would book again for sure.

While I was showering, I slipped and fell because the floor was extremely slippery. During the fall, I hit the back-left side of my head against the lower part of the wall, while my right elbow supported my fall. I experienced pain in my head and mild pain in my right elbow following the incident. Fortunately, I did not lose consciousness or experience confusion, but I am concerned about the potential seriousness of the injury and the safety risk posed by the slippery floor. I would appreciate it if you could urgently inspect the shower/toilet area and take appropriate measures to prevent another person from experiencing a similar accident. This may include improving the flooring, installing non-slip mats or strips, and ensuring that the area is maintained in a safe condition. One thing that could be improved is informing guests in advance about the parking fee, as we were not aware that parking was not free. It would also be helpful if extra trash bags were provided during the stay. Despite these minor concerns, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated that there were no sand mites (niknik) around the area. Great value hotel close to BGC center. The hotel was around 20 minutes by Grab from NAIA, and the ride cost about ₱254 / €3.61. A ₱1,000 deposit was required, but it was returned without issue at checkout. The location was very convenient. Jollibee was about 650m away, Uptown Mall was around 950m away, and most places were within walking distance. The streets felt safe, with guards and surveillance in the area. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was pretty good for the price. I liked that it was inexpensive while still being close to the main BGC area. I would stay here again!

The location was super convenient, which was a big plus since I was traveling solo in Manila and wanted to prioritize safety, but my budget was quite tight. The taxi ride from the airport at 6 PM was really congested. I couldn't find a toothbrush or slippers in the room, but luckily I'd brought my own. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very warm and welcoming. I was able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops, and it felt like a pretty safe area. My only complaint would be the unsettling color of the elevator.

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

I had a pretty disappointing stay at iHotel BGC. The shower head in my original room was broken, so I reported it and was transferred to another room. I appreciate that they responded quickly, but unfortunately, the new room had its own problem—the shower drain was clogged. On top of that, the air conditioner was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We booked a Fort King Suite for a celebration. Here's what stood out: The positive feedback: Ground floor staff and the security team were warm and welcoming. Housekeepers were kind and helpful, though they didn't replace our toothbrushes and slippers during cleaning. Not a huge issue, but should be a standard for a 4-star hotel. Food was great, and the breakfast buffet trainees/new hire outshined everyone—they actively greeted and assisted us while old staff just stood by watching. The negative part: No welcome chocolates at check-in despite what was advertised for the room type booked. The AC had weak airflow even at max settings and was leaking; the maintenance guy tried but failed—same airflow as before. We then asked a lady housekeeper for help, and she managed to fix the issue, which was unexpected since maintenance should have been the one to handle it. But it eventually returned to its original weak airflow after an hour or two. We decided to let it go rather than ruin our trip. The real problem occurred from the 3rd floor and 5th floor—it felt hostile. One non-straight/fruity guy receptionist rolled his eyes when I smiled at him and a female colleague glared at me then looked away. Most staff looked miserable. I could sense that there is some kind of feud among the staff that is affecting their behavior, because I saw them gossiping with each other while they were on duty. They're either gossiping about their colleagues or about other guests, and it's very off-putting. It ruins the vibe and is not very professional. This must be stopped. Most of them will just ignore you when there’s less guests around, but if there are too many guests around, only then will they perform their duties and show hospitality. I've stayed at many 4–5 star hotels; this was my worst 4-star experience. I would not mind if the property were in bad condition—you could have saved the reputation by being kind and warm to your guests. Instead, the negative energy made the experience even worse. Wish I'd trusted those bad reviews. To management: Retrain your old employees. The new hires remember what hospitality means; your tenured staff don't. Thanks to ground floor staff, guards, security dogs, housekeepers, trainees/new hires, and kitchen crew—you saved this stay from being a total loss. Hope that 3rd floor reception team learns basic courtesy and hospitality from you.
