I had a great stay at Seda BGC from 17–25 May. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to Bonifacio High Street, restaurants, shops, and business offices within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the bed was comfortable for a longer visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were well-kept. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, Seda BGC provided a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would gladly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting BGC.

Pros - Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had - The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo. - Bathroom has a bath - The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures) - Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures) Cons - minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people. - TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room. - There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night.. - The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either. - The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable. We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’. Book a cheaper room

The waiters were very nice and nice. Helped to call a car, wash and iron, and allowed me to continue to take a nap at noon on the day I left the shop. I didn't check out until 2pm. The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night. That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. As a result, taxes and fees were included, which exceeded the reimbursement standard.

The only thing I liked was the helpful staff. When I asked for soap, a towel and a battery for the TV remote, they quickly brought them to my room. The staff was polite. It was also nice to stand on the roof and admire the road.. What I didn't like was the location and isolation of the room. It was difficult to sleep because of the traffic noise and barking dogs. Also, the TV remote didn't work, so I couldn't watch it. What I didn't like most was the bedbugs, although there were few of them and it was generally clean.

We booked it for last minute like early in morning around 4AM because me and my friends are looking for short rest after we went to KTV bar and I like how the reservation get smooth until we checked in. Though the location is quite far but it saved us from that day . We are 6 pax and we were able to sleep well even in a short period of time. The room is clean and they have extra beds. We love the amenities. I recommend this for emergency stay.

I extended my stay for many days over the May Day holiday. I always come to this hotel whenever I'm in the Philippines. It's quite close to the airport, and most importantly, it's clean. The bed isn't saggy either. However, being close to the road, there's constant noise from tricycles and cars all day long. The Wi-Fi needs significant improvement; it frequently disconnects, and the signal coverage is definitely inadequate!

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

Water runs nicely as well. If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome. Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry. The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.

Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

The location is one of its biggest advantages, with shopping malls, restaurants, and many establishments just a short walk away, making it easy to explore BGC. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection of food to start the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The location was super convenient, which was a big plus since I was traveling solo in Manila and wanted to prioritize safety, but my budget was quite tight. The taxi ride from the airport at 6 PM was really congested. I couldn't find a toothbrush or slippers in the room, but luckily I'd brought my own. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very warm and welcoming. I was able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops, and it felt like a pretty safe area. My only complaint would be the unsettling color of the elevator.

It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

There's a Mitsukoshi department store, Landers supermarket, and Uptown Mall downstairs, making it convenient for everyday shopping and offering great value. It's also not far from the airport, about a half-hour drive, and taxis are readily available. For longer stays, the hotel can arrange airport shuttle service. Overall, highly recommended! 🌹🌹🌹
