The hotel room is very comfortable. The bedsheets smell hygiene and good. I love the bathroom with beautiful bathtub 🛀. They provide very comfortable bathrobes by default. Their service is excellent. Can ask for extra still water and standard stuff without charging. I would definitely wanna book the same hotel if I am in Munich. Location is just next to the main interchange train station with direct ride to Munich Airport.

This is my second visit to the hotel throughout my two weeks travel in Europe. This time, the hotel surprised us by giving us a larger room with two toilets. It is much more convenient for a family of three, all adults. Coffee machine provided. Two TV. However. The Wi-Fi was not stable. For our departure, we needed to go to Munich airport. There were Lufthansa Airport Express Bus right outside the hotel, every 20 minutes. It is so convenient and cheaper than taking trains.

Nice hotel for bed and breakfast. You should bring ur own cups,toothpaste and brush. There is a train station (U3) below the hotel. Location is great. I liked the breakfast and room. If you wana iron your clothes, you can go to lvl1. On our last day, we left at 5am so the staffs prepared breakfast to go for us (Sandwich,orange juice,mineral water,energy bar,apple). Truly appreciate it. All you need to do is inform them in advance that you are leaving early.

I arrived around 8:00 AM, planning to leave my luggage and go sightseeing, but my room was ready, and I was allowed to check in at that time. After a long flight, being able to rest and organize my belongings was a great help! The staff were kind and spoke clearly despite my broken English. It was close to the station, making it the perfect location for sightseeing in the area over two nights and three days! Choosing a hotel near the central station was definitely the right decision! At the nearby REWE supermarket, you can buy your favorite prepared foods and pack them yourself, which is a great way to get vegetables. Unlike in Japan, amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided, so you need to bring your own. The electrical outlets only work with plugs that can be firmly inserted. (I brought two types, but one didn't work.) Japanese people should be aware of this.

New or recently renovated. Very neat and clean. Has a nice bar and coffee shop at the reception. Right next to a Tram station which takes you into the centre of town within 20 minutes. Tram is every 5-10 minutes. Was a perfect location with lots of restaurants and. Very large mall within walking distance.

I've never stayed in a hostel before, but my first experience was pretty good. It's open 24 hours, so no matter how late you arrive, someone is always there to check you in. It's also very close to the train station, just a few steps away. After checking in, you can use your room card to lock a locker, and there's also a small lockable cabinet on the bed, which feels safe and secure. I booked in advance, but only a 6-bed dorm was available. I only realized there was a shared bathroom just before I left, and waiting for people to finish showering was a bit tiring. However, there are many activities advertised in the elevator, and there's a bar at night, which is great for extroverts!

It was a great experience! Thank you so much for the early check-in. We arrived early on the overnight train, and a room was available for us. We had a courtyard view, a shaded side, which was nice since it was very hot in Munich that day, but the room wasn't. The hotel isn't new, but everything is in excellent condition and working properly. We had a comfortable and convenient sleep. The breakfast was great; there was a hot menu, a wide selection, and delicious coffee and tea. I highly recommend it!

I already became a regular guest at this hotel. The hotel is positioned very close to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it easy for me to reach the hotel straight off the train. Check in was straightforward, and I very like the reception staff, who are always very kind and welcoming. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Regular housekeeping was provided as expected. A substantially good stay for a great price.

On a side note about the city, Munich is a lovely city overall. There aren't many Chinese residents, it's quiet and pleasant, and the climate is comfortable, making it perfect for a summer trip. The most striking impression I had during this trip was how arrogant the restaurant manager was, acting superior and exhibiting that inherent European sense of superiority. It's clear he's never set foot in China and doesn't realize that our facilities are now incredibly well-developed and advanced. It's precisely because of our strong motherland that Chinese people have increasing purchasing power. I've studied and worked abroad, but now I live in China long-term. This comparison fills me with immense national pride. It's through the country's strong leadership and the diligent efforts of all its people that China has achieved such rapid development and overtaken others. I sincerely wish our motherland continued prosperity and strength.

My stay at the HYPERION Hotel München was truly excellent. While not in the bustling city center, its public transport links are incredibly convenient. A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

I had an amazing 13 days stay with Schwan Locke. It’s really a home away from home and everything that I need are within a few mins’ walk (I.e. REWE, DM, cafe, food etc.) And best of all, the Spring Festival was just 7mins walk away! The bathroom is big by European lodging standards and every room has a nice window view! The bed is cosy and comfy and the range of pillows is great. Will continue to recommend this lodging to all our colleagues when we have our business trips to Munich.

The hotel is nicely located near the main square thus it is a plus. On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop! The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day. Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team! I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there.

Our stay was great from the start to the end. It was our fifth anniversary with my wife and we decided to make a trip to Munich and stay at Hotel Torbraeu. When we were in the lobby the staff was very friendly and celebrated our anniversary. When we go into the room there was a little note and a little surprise waiting for us. It was really kind. The breakfast was really good. I definitely suggest that you get a room with breakfast included. Lots of choice and the taste was delicious. There is an italian restaurant next to the hotel and you can try their food for dinner. Absolutely delicious. The location is also in the heart of Munich. You can walk to every touristic place. There is parking space just outside the hotel. It is really convenient and the price is 25 euro per night.

Our family stayed for two nights. The quality was, as always with Hilton, absolutely flawless. What really stood out was the direct connection to the S-Bahn station exit. You can also walk to the directly connected Hit and Aldi without getting wet, even in the rain, and it's super convenient to get to the old town in just about three stops. The parking garage is also conveniently located right under the hotel (though it was a bit pricey at 70 Euros for two nights). It seems like a popular hotel for business travelers, which might be why the reception staff were so efficient and good.

However, vacuuming during breakfast and the way a complaint from another (quite aggressive) guest was handled (or rather, not handled) really dampened the atmosphere unnecessarily. The breakfast itself was also of poor quality (the scrambled eggs tasted artificial and unpleasant, and the bread rolls were bad quality), especially for almost 30 euros. I would strongly advise against having breakfast here. Another disappointment was not being able to use the sauna during the day without a hassle.

I stayed at the Charles Hotel in Munich on Christmas Eve on 12.24. The location is very convenient next to the city center. There are service staff to help park the car and bring luggage into the room. The front desk staff offered a welcome Christmas drink, as well as warm and caring service throughout the process. The hotel has a historical atmosphere, the rooms are relatively modern, the small balcony can see the park view, and the mood is super good when the sun shines in the room in the morning. I booked the Christmas dinner at the restaurant Sophia's in the hotel in advance. The food is not bad, not bad. There are quite a variety of breakfasts. In addition to the buffets that can be seen in Europe, there are also Bavarian set meals to try. Generally speaking, the hotel is quite cost-effective and will not step on thunder. Rocco forte is also a pretty big hotel group.

The hotel isn't really within walking distance of the city center, and there isn't much around the hotel itself. We were greeted by two women, one of whom, in my opinion, would rather be doing something else than welcoming guests. She didn't come across as very friendly and her responses reflected that. As a first impression, that's not positive for the hotel. I had to print some important documents that evening and wasn't looking forward to encountering her with my request. Luckily, there was a gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. So, it can be done differently! The rooms were fine. There was plenty of space in the parking garage, though it was quite tight with a large vehicle. If you like peace and quiet and don't mind distances, this is the right place. The rooms were fine.

This is just a standard Holiday Inn Express. The cleanliness was acceptable. The location isn't great, a bit out of the way, but we chose it primarily for the convenient parking. The breakfast was decent, but there's not much else to say about the service. The front desk staff, a middle-aged Middle Eastern man, was quite unpleasant. He initially overcharged us for two nights of parking, and we had to argue with him to get one night refunded by a supervisor. Overall, as a Holiday Inn Express, don't expect too much.

Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.

Booked an executive king room with executive lounge access. It's a common issue with older European five-star hotels – the facilities are outdated. Even though I booked an executive room (they gave me a room on the 17th floor, which isn't an executive floor, so that's a bit odd), there was a sour smell as soon as I entered. This is my fifth hotel in Europe so far. While it's in the airport, it's clean and comfortable enough. Newer brands often offer more comfort than old five-star hotels. I guess I can't just rely on brand names when traveling in Europe anymore. The executive lounge was good with nice views, but I wasn't happy about the sour smell in the room.

The hotel is nicely located near the main square thus it is a plus. On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop! The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day. Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team! I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there.

This was the most expensive and worst room of our Europe trip. There was an exhibition in Munich and a spring carnival nearby, so the room rate was several times higher than usual. **Environment:** The main plus point is its convenient location. It's very close to the bus station for tours to Neuschwanstein Castle, and there are restaurants and supermarkets right outside. **Facilities:** The room and bathroom were tiny; it was hard to even open our luggage. The facilities were quite old, but at least there was an elevator. **Service:** The breakfast was decent, suitable for Western palates, and the front desk offered 24-hour service. Overall, it was very poor value for money. Plus, it rained, which unfortunately left my child with a bad impression of Germany. 😂

Our family stayed for two nights. The quality was, as always with Hilton, absolutely flawless. What really stood out was the direct connection to the S-Bahn station exit. You can also walk to the directly connected Hit and Aldi without getting wet, even in the rain, and it's super convenient to get to the old town in just about three stops. The parking garage is also conveniently located right under the hotel (though it was a bit pricey at 70 Euros for two nights). It seems like a popular hotel for business travelers, which might be why the reception staff were so efficient and good.

I already became a regular guest at this hotel. The hotel is positioned very close to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it easy for me to reach the hotel straight off the train. Check in was straightforward, and I very like the reception staff, who are always very kind and welcoming. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Regular housekeeping was provided as expected. A substantially good stay for a great price.
