Hoi An Resorts

An excellent experience! The hotel is massive with a great selection of restaurants and plenty of activities for guests. Although it's a bit out of the way, you can easily spend a whole day enjoying what the hotel has to offer. The breakfast was high quality. Also, a big thanks to Kate for helping us after check-out. All the staff here are incredibly helpful and always have a nice smile. We'll definitely be back!

The food at this Four Seasons is truly amazing! I stayed for three days and tried every single restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed with all the meals. The attention to detail in the rooms is also excellent. They noticed we brought our own wine and proactively provided an ice bucket in our room every evening.

We celebrated our wedding engagement at Hoiana Residences and were blown away by the high level of service and world-class amenities. The amazing breakfast buffet was included with our room, and we looked forward to it every morning. We chose the king 1-bedroom option, which was perfect for our needs. Staff and management were super helpful and aimed to make please; they made our special occasion very memorable and special indeed. Would rate higher than 5 stars if it were possible. I highly recommend, and would definitely rebook if we get the opportunity again. Loved it ❤️!

I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel is simply perfect. It's large and quiet. Their spa is ideal – I arrived just as it was closing, but they were incredibly accommodating and let me enjoy an hour-long massage after a full day at Ba Na Hills. The herbal compress massage, by the way, was the best I've had during my entire trip to Vietnam. The restaurant is open until 10 PM, and I really enjoyed the food. The next day, after breakfast, I took their shuttle for 50,000 VND round trip to My Son. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, giving you a great chance to be among the first at My Son and avoid the crowds. The pool, by the way, is clean and doesn't smell of chlorine; I managed to swim and sunbathe before checking out. It's a shame I had everything planned out and couldn't stay for a couple more days.

The stay was amazing in every way! New World Hoiana Beach Resort is a beautiful property with lots of amenities and entertainment to choose from. The service was top-notch, the team even put a birthday cake in our room on my birthday! We got a lovely Deluxe room on the 13th floor, overlooking the nearby countryside and the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, with great service and a super wide selection of food options. I also recommend using the complimentary shuttle to get to Hoi An and Da Nang.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, I felt incredibly comfortable! From the moment I walked in, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which really put me at ease. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed, and I slept wonderfully. I'll definitely come back to stay here if I get the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Loved our stay at Bliss Hoi An! This was my first time in Vietnam, and this place felt so peaceful and heartwarming. Beautiful grounds, lotus ponds, coconut trees, ocean breeze…The ocean being right in front of the hotel was incredible. There were 40-50 fishermen early in the morning bringing in the catch and my Dad had fun getting pictures of them and all the fish! I loved just floating in the infinity pool looking out at the sea and clouds for hours. Mom is usually scared of the water because she can’t swim, but she had a nice time in the large sized jacuzzi. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast food was refreshing and healthful, the shuttle into Hoi An everyday was very helpful, and the spa treatments were wonderful (definitely recommend the bamboo stick massage). But honestly, what I will remember most is the warmth of the staff here. Every single person was so kind, attentive, present, and genuine. Everyone from the management to the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, Executive Chef, shuttle drivers, security, pool and spa staff, busboys, and landscapers supported us with such warmth and kindness, greeting us with beautiful smiles everyday. When we first got to the hotel and checked in, we notes that the size of the room was not accurately published on trip.com - it is smaller in reality. The management upgraded us to larger rooms as soon as they were available. We appreciated our time here very much and won’t forget the kindness of the people. Sounds cheesy, but you can really feel the heart of Bliss here. It made such an impression on me. Thank you Bliss Hoi A for such a lovely experience. 💛

The resort is in a great beachfront location near Hoi An, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. However, our overall experience didn’t quite justify the premium price. The biggest disappointment was the service. While a few staff members were polite, some were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which was surprising for a resort of this standard. A warmer and more attentive approach to guests would make a noticeable difference. Another major issue was the pricing of food and drinks. For example, I paid 35,000 VND for a glass of beer at a nearby local restaurant, while the same drink cost 179,000 VND at the resort. I understand hotels charge a premium, but more than five times the local price felt excessive and poor value for money. The resort itself is attractive and the beachfront setting is lovely, but considering the inconsistent service and very high food and beverage prices, I don’t feel it offers good value for the money. There are several excellent resorts around Hoi A that provide a better overall experience at a more reasonable price.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It's a popular spot, and despite the high number of guests, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and all the services were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the spa; the massage therapists were amazing, very diligent, and the prices were incredibly reasonable! Our booking included complimentary laundry as a bonus, which was invaluable for a long trip. The beach, pool, and sea all deserve high praise. We visited in June, which isn't quite peak season, and it was hot, but the sea was surprisingly cool – a perfect combination of sunny heat and refreshing water. There were occasional small waves, which only added to the fun! Not far from the hotel, there are villages where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and seafood for a symbolic price, and even get fresh smoothies! Grab taxi made it very easy and affordable to get around. The breakfasts were excellent, tasty, and hearty, with something for everyone. Housekeeping was fantastic; all our requests were quickly and happily fulfilled. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return!
