The food at this Four Seasons is truly amazing! I stayed for three days and tried every single restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed with all the meals. The attention to detail in the rooms is also excellent. They noticed we brought our own wine and proactively provided an ice bucket in our room every evening.

The hotel was much better than I expected. The only downside was that it was a bit far from downtown Da Nang. Aside from that, it's a great hotel for families, couples, and friends.

Guest UserOverall, it was good. The facilities, friendliness, and convenience were all great. However, the sink drain in the room once detached, causing a small leak which was a bit startling, but they quickly fixed it so it wasn't a big issue. I used the food court and Korean restaurant within the main hotel, and the taste was decent, and the prices were relatively good. It's located in Southern Hoi An, so it's a bit far from the main attractions, but it seems like a great place for a resort-style stay.

I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel is simply perfect. It's large and quiet. Their spa is ideal – I arrived just as it was closing, but they were incredibly accommodating and let me enjoy an hour-long massage after a full day at Ba Na Hills. The herbal compress massage, by the way, was the best I've had during my entire trip to Vietnam. The restaurant is open until 10 PM, and I really enjoyed the food. The next day, after breakfast, I took their shuttle for 50,000 VND round trip to My Son. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, giving you a great chance to be among the first at My Son and avoid the crowds. The pool, by the way, is clean and doesn't smell of chlorine; I managed to swim and sunbathe before checking out. It's a shame I had everything planned out and couldn't stay for a couple more days.

Guest UserAs my stay comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to write and express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my time here.
To be completely frank, we did encounter a few minor technical glitches at the beginning of the stay. However, what truly defined my experience was how magnificently the hotel responded. I would like to express a special thank you to Tommy for his personal attention and brilliant arrangements. It was incredibly impressive to see how quickly the issue was resolved, and the swift, seamless follow-up from the various departments was nothing short of professional. The proactive arrangement of the private airport transfer was a wonderfully thoughtful gesture that turned a potential inconvenience into a highlight of my trip.
I also want to highly commend your dining options. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing several of your restaurants. Coincidentally, it rained during my visit, but staying indoors turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The outstanding quality of the food, the diverse culinary concepts across your venues, and the warm service made dining in the property a truly delightful experience, rain or shine.
Please convey my thanks to everyone involved, with special recognition to Tommy for making all of this possible. You have successfully turned my stay into a thoroughly memorable one, and your team's dedication to guest satisfaction is a benchmark for excellent service.
I look forward to returning to your hotel in the future.

Ozb00mMy second stay in just over a year as I really enjoyed staying here first time around. Glad to find the resort is still as impeccable and luxurious as before. I really like the room here as it’s big, modern and has a touch of luxury. The breakfast buffet is so good here and the ingredients are very high quality - it’s always a thing I look forward every day while staying here. I made a request for high floor which was fulfilled but the initial room was too far from the lift for my elderly mom and so I request the customer service using WhatsApp to assign me to a different room. The WhatsApp guest service is top notch and I get a response fairly quickly and we like the second room assigned very much, although there is a bit of wait while changing room. A minor point as well is the room toilet do not have shower bidet which is usually standard in Vietnamese hotels. I was looking forward for the pickleball training but I couldn’t use the free pickleball facility this time around as the indoor court is under renovation, and only 1030am slot is available for training which will use outdoor court. It’s simply not doable as the weather is so hot at this time in danang. I hope mgmt can consider different time slot next time such as earlier or much later if indoor court is not available yet. Swimming pool is so much cleaner this time than my first visit. There was algae at the bottom in my first visit that I have feedback to management, and they did take notice and put to action. Also the shuttle bus situation is now ample, we manage to catch shuttle back to hotel from Hoian every time now, unlike before where the bus was always full and we had to take grab back. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and glad management reacted to feedback positively and implemented changes. Keep up the good work.

Lilly YangLoved our stay at Bliss Hoi An! This was my first time in Vietnam, and this place felt so peaceful and heartwarming.
Beautiful grounds, lotus ponds, coconut trees, ocean breeze…The ocean being right in front of the hotel was incredible. There were 40-50 fishermen early in the morning bringing in the catch and my Dad had fun getting pictures of them and all the fish! I loved just floating in the infinity pool looking out at the sea and clouds for hours. Mom is usually scared of the water because she can’t swim, but she had a nice time in the large sized jacuzzi. Such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast food was refreshing and healthful, the shuttle into Hoi An everyday was very helpful, and the spa treatments were wonderful (definitely recommend the bamboo stick massage).
But honestly, what I will remember most is the warmth of the staff here. Every single person was so kind, attentive, present, and genuine. Everyone from the management to the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, Executive Chef, shuttle drivers, security, pool and spa staff, busboys, and landscapers supported us with such warmth and kindness, greeting us with beautiful smiles everyday. When we first got to the hotel and checked in, we notes that the size of the room was not accurately published on trip.com - it is smaller in reality. The management upgraded us to larger rooms as soon as they were available.
We appreciated our time here very much and won’t forget the kindness of the people. Sounds cheesy, but you can really feel the heart of Bliss here. It made such an impression on me. Thank you Bliss Hoi A for such a lovely experience. 💛

lovely J LawWyndham Hoi An Royal Resort and Villas - Short Stay Review
**1. Room Facilities**
The room space was incredibly generous, with a large vanity and a huge mirror that was perfect for grooming. The spacious desk by the window was convenient for working or placing belongings.
The room featured a balcony with direct ocean views, allowing us to watch the sunrise over the sea in the mornings. We also had views of the resort villas and mountains, offering an excellent panorama. The hotel provided two complimentary bottles of drinking water daily, and housekeeping service was automatic, keeping the room very clean.
The only slight drawback: the bathroom only had a shower, no bathtub.
**2. Breakfast**
The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the overall quality was decent.
However, it wasn't very friendly for vegetarians. There was no dedicated vegetarian section, and vegetarian ingredients were scattered throughout, making it inconvenient for vegetarian guests to choose their food. We suggest adding a dedicated vegetarian corner to significantly improve the experience.
**3. Areas for Improvement**
**1. Luggage Storage Lacks Security**
Although the hotel offers luggage storage, bags were simply placed in a corner of the lobby without dedicated supervision. With people constantly coming and going, there's a risk of theft during busy periods, which made guests feel uneasy.
**2. Inconvenient Free Shuttle Bus Schedule**
The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the Ancient Town, but the frequency is sparse, with only three trips per day. The last bus from the Ancient Town was around 9 PM, which is much earlier than when tourists typically finish their evening activities. Return trips were even more limited, with only morning and evening options.
The vehicle restrictions were stringent: reservations had to be made an hour in advance, and only a 7-seater car was provided, meaning no walk-ons were allowed, offering very low flexibility. We suggest using medium-sized buses, increasing frequency, and relaxing reservation rules to truly facilitate guest travel.
**Summary**
The hotel's hardware, views, and room cleanliness are commendable. By optimizing the vegetarian breakfast area, luggage storage management, and shuttle bus schedule, the overall stay experience would be significantly enhanced.

The biggest issue with this hotel is the gap between how it presents itself and the actual guest experience.
We originally booked a premium ocean-view room with two balconies. Upon arrival, we found that a significant part of the surrounding area consisted of construction works, unfinished sections, closed facilities, and abandoned-looking buildings. The overall atmosphere was very different from the luxury resort experience advertised online.
After we complained, the hotel moved us to another room. While this room was quieter, it did not really solve the underlying issue that the property itself did not match our expectations.
Several other details also felt inconsistent with a hotel positioning itself as a luxury 5-star resort. Our room did not include basic cutlery. When we requested forks and knives, we were told there would be an additional charge. The amount was small, but the principle was surprising for a hotel in this category.
Another example was the complimentary sauna advertised as part of the facilities. When I visited, I was told it could only be used for 10 minutes, and the sauna itself was not even properly heated. Only the steam room appeared to be operating.
To be fair, after our complaint the hotel made efforts to improve the situation, including arranging a complimentary foot massage and airport transfer. These gestures were appreciated.
However, the core issue remains unchanged: this property does not currently deliver the level of service, facilities, or overall experience that most travellers would expect from a genuine 5-star resort. Based on our experience, it feels much closer to a 3-star property with some upgraded amenities than a true luxury hotel.
