After checking in, there was a continuous stream of ants in the toilet. Even after the cleaning staff came to clean it once, the problem wasn't resolved. During the second cleaning, the ant nest was finally discovered in the courtyard. The hotel management immediately helped me switch rooms and arranged for colleagues to help us move our luggage. They upgraded our room and even sent complimentary desserts and a handwritten card the next day, and waived our dinner bill that night. Overall, the handling was good. However, the new room we moved into the next day still had a huge cockroach, and our room was quite far from the restaurant. Generally speaking, a hotel of this caliber really needs to strengthen its pest control. Furthermore, the hotel's information about activities was very lacking. Many non-experiential activities were not on the calendar, and the staff didn't offer any introductions. We arrived on a Thursday, and that evening there was a once-a-week performance and happy hour. If we hadn't happened to walk by on our way from the pool, we would have been completely unaware. The next evening, after eating at the Indian restaurant, we took a walk and discovered that the Vietnamese restaurant had a 'street food' event that night, which we were also completely unaware of. Perhaps the staff who checked us in lacked training, and this significantly detracted from the experience. Upon checking out, there were several men, dressed differently in what looked like management uniforms, standing at the main entrance. They offered no help or warm greetings whatsoever. I have no idea what their purpose was. Now for some positive points: Almost all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Some restaurant staff even remembered our names. The only time I encountered a lazy pool staff member was when they made eye contact but didn't come to lay out towels; other than that, everyone was great. In the mid-afternoon, staff at the pool would hand out iced fruit or popsicles, which was very nice. The stir-fried morning glory at the Vietnamese restaurant was delicious. Overall, it was decent but nothing special, and the value for money was average. I'd rather spend a bit more and stay at Amanoi.

My wife and I came over to Hoiana Hotel and Suites for an enjoyable birthday trip. The overall property was very new and well designed. The service recovery was great and the staff, particularly Lisa, was extremely helpful to accommodates changes to our room. It was a private resort all to ourselves. The buffet breakfast at 'Blend' was delicious and well designed. Packed with so many options. Proximity to the golf course was great too. The staff were reachable by WhatsApp and we had all our needs (enquiries, bookings/reservations) all handled immediately. Best hidden secret is the Quangham house, it reminds me of 'Soho House' private members club. My one pet peeve was the proximity to the Casino, which distracted away from the couple retreat vibe. But other than that the service was excellent and I would highly recommend over to friends/ family.

The water park inside the resort was a huge hit—especially when the staff brought out a giant floating foam mat. The kids had a blast jumping on and off it, and my little one absolutely adores this hotel. As someone who values a clean and modern bathroom, this hotel is up my standard. the hotel’s bathrooms are clean and stylish. The service was excellent and efficient, and the beds were comfortable. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

This resort is huge, but guests staying at the New World Hotel cannot use the pools of other hotels within the same group. There are many restaurants here, and the food is quite good. The main draw is the casino, which offers a rich experience. I'd recommend a two-night, three-day stay; anything longer might get boring. I highly recommend the bar!👍🏻

This was my first stay at this hotel, and it's brand new, very clean, and has a beautiful view! The beach is private, with clear water and very fine sand – perfect for anyone who loves sun and sand. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool, and the kids' club offered plenty of activities, so we could easily spend two days here without even leaving the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurants was also excellent, with the only minor drawback being that it was a bit pricey. I must give a special shout-out to the hotel's butler group. They communicate via WhatsApp, which is incredibly convenient and helped me resolve many issues. I'm very grateful for their assistance during our two-day stay! The location is a bit far from Hoi An city center, about a 30-minute drive. So, I'd suggest staying one night in Hoi An city center, then two nights at this hotel, and then heading directly to the airport as the hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is very convenient.

Wonderful hotel! Quiet, cozy, with polite staff. We stayed in a villa, everything was clean and comfortable. It had two separate rooms, two balconies, and a living room. Each room had a TV. The pool was clean. The evening atmosphere was very pleasant. At first, I was a little upset that it was far from the city, even though we chose it for that reason ourselves 😅, but then, our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! I recommend it! The breakfast wasn't lavish, but you could always find something to eat. We had omelets and chicken noodles. In the evening, we ordered fish and chicken with noodles, and stewed eggplant to our room – everything was delicious. However, the burger and sandwich were just okay; we didn't even eat the burgers because the beef patty was very tough and the bun was stale. The carbonara pasta was tasty. We didn't go to the spa. Overall, despite the burgers, I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. I wish them prosperity and many more guests!

The beach is very good, with a gentle entrance into the sea and fine, firm sand. However, you do need to walk quite far, as the water near the shore is quite shallow. The staff genuinely try to make your stay enjoyable; they are always friendly and helpful. There were a few minor inconsistencies, but the hotel team does everything they can to make your holiday comfortable and peaceful. A special compliment goes to the restaurant — the food is very tasty, and the menu is varied. Overall, the hotel is wonderful. If you are not bothered by — or even enjoy — a certain distance from civilization, it is an excellent choice. By the way, the hotel organizes free daily transfers to Hoi An and back, which takes about 30 minutes, and Da Nang is about an hour away by taxi, so the sense of being cut off from civilization is only relative. This is the kind of hotel you would want to return to.

Exceptional accomodation in a beautiful Villa. The decor of the villa was seriously outstanding. The staff is very attentive and dedicated to every need. We had Brian Dinh and Linh Nhat to look after us and they were both truly wonderful. Breakfast and snacks at the restaurant were very good. In our booking we even had the possibility to rent local costumes which was very good fun! Beach facilities are good, however one little remark could be made on the fact that there is no beach staff to look after the sunbeds and umbrellas, therefore the obvious ”reserve with a towel” bad habit happens. For a 5 star hotel I would recommend they look after this particular point.

The hotel is not as advertised, a 5-star hotel. Or at least it is not comparable to other branded/international franchise hotels in the vicinity. It used to be part of Citadines brand. But what you see around you is a hotel in decay. The walls in hallways to the rooms are marked by the carts used for cleaning the rooms, the air conditioning units are visibly rusted. And a lot of the gym equipment is damaged. The pool slide has narrow and sharp stainless steel edges and the pool’s level of cleanliness is not great. What I found the most annoying, is that the hotel advertises the 3-bedroom as having a ‘kitchen’ but then when you arrive, the hotel informs you that cooking in the room is against their policy and the kitchen is effectively empty of plates, cutlery or cooking ware of any kind. I find this highly misleading. And when we confronted the reception they told us that guests were not expecting to cook when they came to the hotel. Which is beyond the point and absurd (as properties that advertise a kitchen imply the function of a usable kitchen). It took a lot of discussion upon arrival, a very poor way of starting the vacation. If you are looking for a usable kitchen this hotel is not for you. If you’re expecting a 5-star kept facilities, this is not it. It is at best a good value 3-star facility. Excellently located by the beach and with plenty of options for food outside (also better value). In our case, we have dietary restrictions and it was not what we expected…
