Location is right beside SM Aura which is good but its also still about 15 minute walk to central bgc which is inconvenient
Amenities are bare bones but the rooms are spacious enough
Lobby is way too small

We travelled as a couple and had 2 nights.
The staff in the hotel is very friendly and do a good job. The room was not possible to lock for the Balkony door and in general the windows are very thin so the noise from the street is the whole night ongoing.
Nevertheless a good stay in the hotel.

Cockroaches crawled everywhere in the room. The room was not cleaned on the first day. There were no slippers, no hairdryer, and no clothes hangers. I don’t know why Ctrip misled users by writing four stars again. This is the second time. Google clearly shows that it is a three-star rating.
