Overall, the hotel was satisfactory considering the price.
The service provided not only accommodation, but also various tours, bus arrangements, and meals.
The friendly staff gave us lots of information about the tour and the local area.
I took a bus to Souraha, but they also dropped me off at the bus stop, which was about a 20 minute walk.
The room felt clean. There was no hot water, but it was a hot season so it wasn't a problem. If you pointed it out to the staff, they might have taken care of it.
It had air conditioning.
It's a few minutes walk from the downtown area, and it's a bit lonely at night, but I think it's tolerable.

Great place to stay, budget friendly accommodation with fantastic service from a team that just want you to enjoy Chitwan. You can do as much or a little as you want. The guides are very knowledgeable. The jeep safari goes too fast so it is difficult to see things. We walked and we saw elephants, rhino, both the types of crocodile, Rhesus monkeys, and lots of bird life, but no tigers or bears sadly. They were about as we found tracks for both. The tiger population has almost doubled since I was last here in 2013 to around 350 in Nepal now, which is great news. I would also recommend visiting the local Tharu village and having a dance.

We had the best experience in Chitwan at the Rainbow Resort! The owner, Ramesh, was really friendly. His cousin in Kathmandu arranged the visit for us. Especially the guides and all the restort's staff were really helpful, day and night! The rooms and surroundings are amazing, a must go!

Great stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Staff are very good and the food is excellent Clean and tidy. Really convenient for visiting Chitwan national park - literally walk to the start entrance to the park

They made me feel very welcome. There was a problem at first with my A/C and the fan and they fixed it straight away. Everywhere in Nepal has been very hospitable and the service in Rainbow Safari was no different; they were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for having me!

The place is beautiful and the staff so friendly. I really enjoyed the activities, especially the cultural dance and canoe ride. Food was very yummy too. The guide was so friendly and knowledgeable and funny. Really enjoyed my time there

We stayed in rainbow one month because this place was perfect for us. Rainbow resort has everything you expect for your travel; an amazing garden with a lot of trees, the most kind service you can recieve in Sauraha, the most conveniet environment and so tasty food. Feeling gratefull and very happy for having the opportunity to stay here. Many thanks to all the people who work here and for the treatment who I recieved. Rainbow family will make you feel like being in your family!

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 Days in their resort and the staff are very accommodating, friendly and hands off to their guests. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are being served on time. They provide delicious foods. They also arranged tours during my stay, like jeep safari, sunset walk to the lake, canoeing, forest walk and attending the Tharu culture show. I had a great stay in the hotel and highly recommended to solo travelers like me

We arrived at 11 am at the hotel from Pokhara. The hotel is good, with airco and good food. Fair price and very friendly staff. Our Safari started at 12:30 and we were back at 6pm. The experience was smooth, we were picked up at the hotel, everything was arranged. I would definitely recommend.
