Great hotel, room had a small kitchen area which was useful as we cooked in a few nights. Bar area in the evening was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely to sit on tables outside near the pool area. Didn’t use the pool but it looked ok and well used by other guests. Equally there was an outdoor bbq area - very handy. Concierge was extremely helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants. Parking was easy, lots of spaces but have to pay extra per night.

Front desk service was excellent. Priscilla was extremely helpful. I did eat crap not noticing the door had a 3-5 inch lip at the entry in the dark and bashed my eye, but I don't blame your establishment for that, it was a major issue though, like 1/4 in h gash. I was c Erying a couple bags and just got bashed.

A very excellent hotel. The loco moco for breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach. In the evening, there are DIY sachets to help you sleep at the door of the hotel. They serve every guest very attentively. The boutique Marriott is small and exquisite, very new and perfect. I give a thumbs up to AC Marriott in Maui. You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. Although the room may be a bit small, this one is already very cost-effective before there are so many expensive hotels in Maui.

The private beach is nice and open. Free snorkeling equipment can be borrowed. Boating and other equipment are charged. Drive for half an hour from OGG. If you live in the pacific whales foundation for whale watching, you don't have to rush to whale watching town. It has a branch in maalea closer to the hotel.

Plus 40 knives a night to upgrade a room with a kitchen and a kitchen. Double hygiene, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen supplies. Parking is free, parking is free, parking is free. I just want to park the free upgrade room is too cost-effective, haha, it turns out that my decision is correct. The bed is also very large, and it is more convenient if you have children. There are several shops, fast food, and gas stations near the hotel. Walk for five minutes to Kihei Beach and swim to watch the sunset. so comfy. I will definitely stay again next time.

We are a 2-3 minute walk to beautiful Kamaole Beach III. Our building is located in quiet building 5 on the 2nd floor. Our unit is close to the elevator but far enough away to not hear it. Additionally, there is a beautiful ocean view from our lanai!The remodel of our unit has now been completed and we would love to share our new additions with you! This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. As Maui residents, my wife and I can truly say there is no better place to live or vacation than Maui Banyan. We bought our condo with a long term goal in mind; retirement later but fun now. We shopped countless others all over Maui until finding the Banyan. Once we did we waited until the perfect condo was available. A few points of interest in the event you decide to live in our home for a few days while we are away. We are literally less than 90 feet from Kamaole Beach 2, (which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard), a four minute walk to the tennis court, a three minute walk to one of the private pools, (the other is about a six min walk) and a five minute walk to the gardens. When you leave the complex great dining and local shopping is just about a five to ten min walk down S. Kihei road (which is along the ocean). If you plan to take the car, the hotels and Shops of Wailea (the Beverly Hills of Maui) are just a short eight minute drive away. Welcome to Paradise! Good location but lacks some privacy The hotel is in a great spot — right on the beach with beautiful ocean views just steps away. Perfect base for exploring South Maui and chilling at Keawakapu Beach. However, the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the biggest downside was the huge glass window facing the hallway — everyone walking by could see straight inside unless we kept the curtains closed all the time. Felt a bit awkward. Overall still a decent stay because of the location and beach access, but definitely could use some improvements in room layout and privacy.

A very excellent hotel. The loco moco for breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach. In the evening, there are DIY sachets to help you sleep at the door of the hotel. They serve every guest very attentively. The boutique Marriott is small and exquisite, very new and perfect. I give a thumbs up to AC Marriott in Maui. You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. Although the room may be a bit small, this one is already very cost-effective before there are so many expensive hotels in Maui.

Breakfast was plentiful and lovely to sit on tables outside near the pool area. Didn’t use the pool but it looked ok and well used by other guests. Equally there was an outdoor bbq area - very handy. Concierge was extremely helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants. Parking was easy, lots of spaces but have to pay extra per night.

Good location but lacks some privacy The hotel is in a great spot — right on the beach with beautiful ocean views just steps away. Perfect base for exploring South Maui and chilling at Keawakapu Beach. However, the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the biggest downside was the huge glass window facing the hallway — everyone walking by could see straight inside unless we kept the curtains closed all the time. Felt a bit awkward. Overall still a decent stay because of the location and beach access, but definitely could use some improvements in room layout and privacy.
