Real Guest Reviews about Jeju City Accommodations
"The room was a bit small but very clean. The front desk service was excellent, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff, especially one young front desk agent who was particularly helpful!"
"This hotel in Jeju was a great value for money choice. It's less than a ten-minute bus ride from the airport, and then just a short walk. The bus stop right outside has various buses that go to different attractions, so the location is really good. There are also several convenience stores nearby, making it super easy to grab anything you need. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is clean. Plus, the front desk has staff who speak Chinese."
"I rarely leave reviews, but my stay this time was truly excellent. I especially want to commend the short-haired housekeeper on the 14th floor. Her room cleaning was thorough and meticulous; every corner and hard-to-reach spot was perfectly cleaned, with no dust or stains. The room was sparkling clean and bright. You can tell she puts a lot of care into her work. I felt very comfortable staying there, and the service was great."
"Excellent, excellent, excellent! Highly recommended. The location is great and easy to find, close to everything. It's especially close to the pedestrian street, and just a short taxi ride from the airport."
"Room was clean, tidy, spacious and equipped with a window bench seating for two. Did, however last basic travel amenities (ie shaving kits, tooth brush / paste, etc) for rooms of this price point. Opportunity for staff if the front desk to be a bit more accommodating/ helpful (ie book a cab) or offer best advise on alternatives."
"Arrived at the front desk around 12 PM. All male staff, with typical Korean poker faces – no smiles. They curtly informed me check-in was at 3 PM. I booked a room with a floor mattress, and the facilities were dated. There was dust accumulated in the corners of the cabinets, and the bathroom tiles showed signs of patchwork. Toiletries were limited to shampoo and shower gel; nothing else was provided, not even large bath towels. The hotel's location is pretty good, a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's a 10-minute walk to Baojian Street, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It's also within the pick-up/drop-off range for organized day tours."
