Viking Nature Resort

A wonderful hotel for Phi Phi, ideal for those who want to see the beauty of the island and be at one with nature. The staff greet you with welcome drinks and help with your luggage. There's a free two-way transfer to the main pier on check-in and check-out days. The breakfasts are delicious. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. Every evening at 8, there's a fire show and a BBQ.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's nestled in the jungle and boasts an authentic design. The grounds are expansive, offering plenty of space for strolls. They provide a complimentary transfer service to and from Tonsai Pier upon check-in and check-out. Otherwise, you'll need to hire a longtail boat taxi, which costs 100 baht per person during the day and 150 at night. The hotel restaurant serves excellent breakfasts, with the menu seeing slight variations over my two-day stay. Lunch and dinner prices are a bit higher than on the mainland, but still quite reasonable, and the food is delicious. The only downside is that the kitchen closes at 9 PM and drinks service ends at 10 PM, so you can't really stay up late.

This is a really great hotel! The bungalows are nestled in the jungle, some with sea views and some without, due to the abundance of trees in front of them. There's a wonderful little beach right in front of the restaurant, complete with comfy beanbag loungers. Plenty of shade too. Breakfast is served with a sea view, just 10 meters from the water. The canopy bed is incredibly soft, and they provide pajamas for two guests. The shower even has air conditioning, which isn't always a given! While the bungalows aren't brand new, they are incredibly cozy. There's a hammock outside, and handmade wooden tables and chairs. Important note: the property is quite large. It took us about 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach and restaurant via steps and paths. This might not be suitable for people with small children or mobility issues. In the evenings, lizards scurry across the roof and outer walls; they can be quite loud and rustle around. Although they don't get inside, they live between the wooden boards of the house and terrace, and the sounds can be quite startling to some.

The balcony view from the room is gorgeous, but getting there is quite an adventure! 😅 It would be difficult for families with children and the elderly to move around. Keep in mind there are steep inclines, steps, and even a descent with a rope. 😅

A very beautiful place with its own private beach! However, the hotel itself consists of bungalows scattered across a hill, so it's definitely not suitable for people with disabilities or small children. To get to the city center, you either have to take a water taxi or walk along a winding path that goes up and down! But the views are stunning! I think this hotel is best for a couple of days.

Everything else is fine, but the water taxis buzz like tractors from early morning until late at night!

Good hotel. Secluded private beaches. Quiet! Great for escaping the hustle and bustle of Phuket and getting some good sleep. 👍

The hotel is a bit removed from all the hustle and bustle, which we really enjoyed. There weren't crowds of people, but at the same time, we loved taking an evening stroll along the path to the center. The hotel has its own small beach, not many people, and there's enough space for everyone. You can also walk to Long Beach. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. We had a sea view. There are some small inclines with steps. Breakfasts are tasty, but a bit too late for us as we're early birds. Overall, it's a solid 4-star hotel.
