Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel

This hotel is fantastic in every aspect. The only downside is that the air conditioner is positioned directly across from the bed, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets in the room

The location of the hotel is amazing, all beaches and amenities are nearby. Also I would like to mention the service, it flawless. The stuff is very efficient and doing the best they can. Breakfast buffet is magnificent with eggs order of your choice. Also they have afternoon tea with no extra charge. On the other hand, the hotel itself is kinda old and things doesn’t work as they supposed too. The mattress is inconvenient, hairdryer kills your hair, AC needs lots of time to cool down the room, power sockets doesn’t work and there is no top light in the room. Also the architect of the swimming pool area was clearly mad making all those sharp finishing on the walls and floors. The hotel needs a serious renovation. So, service is 5* Hotel itself 2* and only because the location

Lovely hotel on a beautiful island, we had a beautiful sea view room, it was very spacious with good air con the bathroom was in need of a refurbishment but was clean. Pool area great with plenty of sunbeds and plenty of choice for breakfast would definitely return

Very well located hotel (just 200 meters from Koh Phi Phi pier where ferries arrive to the island) Beautiful swimming pool looking to the beach. Excellent breakfast. The hotel staff was just OK compared with other hotels we were in Thailand. Overall, the experience was very positive and I recommend this hotel.

This hotel, in my opinion, has the best location on the island. It’s a tiny walk from the pier so it’s easy to get to and find when you arrive on the island and just as easy to go back. The pool is huge and looks nice and there’s easy access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was also really good. As for the downsides, firstly it’s hard to sleep at night because of the loud bass from the music being played next door. Also, the room was super out of date. There were few outlets for charging devices and none of them were next to the bed which is inconvenient. The balconies of the rooms were sort of connected to each other so not so private. The shower head was really terrible which is my biggest complaint as that’s such an easy thing to fix/replace. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and despite the issues we ended up extending our stay here.

Great location on the beach and fantastic views from the swimming pool and private bungalow. It's about 5-10 walk into the town, so perfect for some privacy.

We arrived on Phi Phi island and having gone for a little look around the harbour and surrounding area , the heat became a little too much for my partner. We were a little early to book into the hotel but the reception staff were happy to let us sit in the reception where they had a couple of fans to help with the heat. When the room was available (on time) we were shown to our room and took advantage of the air conditioning for a short time . The room was a little dated and is not what you might expect from the grand entrance to the hotel. We then went down to the pool. What a fantastic experience !! The pool area is excellent. Our stay here was very good and i would recommend it but the rooms decor is not in keeping with the grand entrance and fantastic pool area. We had food by the pool and both that and the breakfast were excellent.

I really wanted to like this hotel, and in many ways we did. The location was beautiful, really beautiful, the big pool overlooked the sea with small island in the background. The service of the staff was good, they are very friendly and explained everything clearly in check in. The negatives though were so many I need to narrow it down. 1. The sound proofing of the rooms are so terrible. This means until about 2:30am you hear the boom of the bass at the party bar next door. I get it’s a party island but this got annoying. We also had a really inconsiderate neighbour who was shouting on the phone until 3am on the last night so that was fun. You can hear everything your neighbours do, but if you have considerate ones it’s not too bad. 2. The amenities in the room also awful. The shower has zero water pressure and fell off so dangerous if you have small kids etc. there’s no plug next to the bed (I know it’s nit picking) but there was only one under the tv. Another pro though is that the hotel is in a great location. If you can deal with these aspects of the hotel, then you’ll have a great time. The breakfast was decent enough. The pool and view really made it for me but there’s possibly better options on the island.
