Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel

The location of this hotel is great, and the view from the pool is undeniably incredible. Unfortunately, I feel like they count on this as the main feature and hope that we will see past the old rooms and average breakfast. For the price paid, I do feel like the rooms could be upgraded slightly as they were old and dusty. The breakfast was okay, but it is not outstanding by any means.

A nice hotel that’s really close to the beach at the back of the place. Unfortunately we didn’t have good experiences with the food or the service. For example at breakfast they served shrimp fried rice with the poop sack still attached and a lot of flies were around the fruit in the mornings. Also the day before we were due to leave I had one of the house keeping staff drop an iron off at my room. Without hearing an answer came into my room and opened the bathroom door where I was showering. I had music on at the time so I’ve no idea happened and I asked her to leave immediately. I went to the door a minute later to get the iron and she also left a set of keys with me- no idea why or why yay they were for but she appeared 2 hours later asking for them so I hope they weren’t for the surrounding rooms! The view from the pool at the back and the fruit shakes were really good but I wouldn’t stay here again

Great location, definitely the highlight and super easy to get around. Cleanliness could be better, and the service was just okay. Amenities were decent, and the pool is actually quite nice. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for what you get.

An okay place to stay with a million $ view from the rather splendid pool area.  The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.  However, we frequently experienced drainage smells in the room which wasn’t very nice. The hotel staff reaction to this was to spray air freshener to mask the smell 🤔  In addition, the TV in the room did not work and thus couldn’t be fixed for us and the rooms looked a little tired.  All in all, an okay place to stay for a short stay with amazing views and a great location for bars and restaurants.

Incredible location. The sun beds around the pool, in my opinion had the best views on the island! Room is a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us. We were there to get the views, not be in the room. Breakfast was good. Best bacon I’ve had in Thailand! We would stay here again if ever in phi phi.

Good location, amazing scenes. Fantastic view. Cleaning service daily which is great! Amazing beach views and location right near the port. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pleasant. Cons: - cockroaches can easily get in under the door as there is a large gap we had like 2 cockroaches over 3 days. - bathroom a bit outdated but not a problem.

Booked this hotel thinking it was a luxury hotel perfect for my honeymoon it was anything but luxury. Room smelt mouldy furniture and walls were stained and everything looked 50+ years old and falling apart. I told them I was not happy with the room and will be booking somewhere else I asked if I could get any refund at all even 50% and was told they would give me nothing. I ended up booking somewhere else and happily took the loss on the money to get out of that disgusting place
