Mid-Level: 1 King Bedroom with private bath; 1 King Bedroom with shared access to hall Full Bathroom (can be used as an "en suite"); 1 Queen Bedroom; 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds; 2nd Full Bathroom (hall); multiple deck access points as well as a Washer and Dryer.

Ground/ Entry-Level: 1 Bedroom with a 'Twin over Full' bunk bed set; one Full Bathroom; Rec Room with Pool Table; Sitting Area with large TV; Wet Bar with Refrigerator and Microwave; Access to Patio leading to Pool and large Oceanfront decking.

*** From May through early September, there is a 7-night minimum stay and bookings are only accepted from SATURDAY - SATURDAY.

NOTE: Please be advised we require the guest booking the reservation to 1) acknowledge and sign our short-term rental agreement (attached) and; 2) provide a copy of a photo identification (Driver's license or Passport). Please ask if this is unclear!!

CANCELLATIONS - Important: Please review the cancellation policy in the attached short-term rental agreement. It is more accommodating than the standard VRBO-provided policy… which states there are no refunds if reservations are cancelled. Instead, we know life happens...and we want to work with guests. As such, if, for any reason, a Guest cancels this Agreement more than one hundred-twenty (120) days from the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $500 processing fee. If the cancellation is requested 120 days or less from arrival date, all monies are forfeited unless Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. This beautiful home is on a wonderful, uncrowded stretch of beach. Comfortable, bright, with a classic Outer Banks feel. You'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor (1 kind bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 bedroom with two twins). The 2nd floor has a master suite with king size bed, full bathroom and oceanfront balcony, and another bedroom with a queen bed and 1/2 bath.

Enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphins from the deck. Or take one step down and kick it with your toes in the sand. There's plenty to do or not to do!

There's a fresh seafood market right across the street, and in summer, a produce stand, too. There's putt-putt just down the beach road and delicious ice cream treats too. Grocery stores and restaurants are also very convenient, as well as galleries and unique shopping. You can take a short stroll to the Nags Head Fishing Pier for breakfast or check out what folks are catching.

SATURDAY Check-in!
We provide the bed linens and bath towels. Just bring your beach chair and towels! We have contactless entry with pass code at the front door, so you can check-in any time after 4pm. Please check out by 10am on the day of departure to allow time for enhanced cleaning.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Summer 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.
