"Rooms were modest but comfortable and clean. They don't use smelly cleaning products, and I noticed right away that the room smelled good and didn't trigger allergies. Location is great, quiet but close to the heart of historic downtown. Best of all was the customer service; they were super friendly and took great care to see that one of our party got the accessible room needed, and let us know when a room was available early. Plus we liked that our stay contributed to supporting maritime education. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends."
