The hotel is located in a quiet business district with a Family Mart, Lawson, and a small pub nearby. It's close to the subway exit, but you do have to walk a bit underground. It took me a while to find it on the first day, but exit 21 is indeed the closest. The room was clean and tidy, though a bit small – you can only fully open one large suitcase. Water and toiletries are available in the lobby. Check-in is self-service, but the front desk staff are happy to help if needed. It's also within walking distance of Nakanoshima. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.

This hotel popped up as the top result when I searched for hotels in Osaka on Ctrip, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The location is excellent – not far from the airport express line and several subway stations, plus it's within walking distance to Nihonbashi, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori, which is super convenient. The hotel has a good number of rooms, and what's particularly great is that there are many twin rooms with ample space. Each room comes with a microwave, a fridge, and a table. We mostly ate breakfast in our room, buying milk, salads, bread, and rice balls from the nearby 7-Eleven, which was cheap and easy. There's also plenty of space to hang clothes, and they provide a generous supply of hangers – a must-have for washing clothes daily in the summer. On the fifth floor, there's a self-service laundry room, and on the sixth floor, a shared 'kitchenette' where you can do some simple cooking and get water, which was very handy. The rooms also include disposable amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps.

The room was really cozy. The location is quite convenient, right between Kitahama and Yodoyabashi, making it easy to get to Umeda and Shinsaibashi. It seems to be more of an office area, so it's very quiet at night. There were quite a few foreigners staying there. There's a public spa area on the first floor. I really liked the overall decor, and the service was good too. Recommended!

Right next to Shin-Imamiya subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff rotate, with two people on duty at a time, including locals, Chinese, Koreans, and Indians. There's a women's shower on the 4th floor, men's showers on the 6th, and a men's bathhouse and microwave on the 10th. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and places to eat nearby. The room was super small, but quite clean, and they provided towels and plastic slippers. Because it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise. Plus, there's some noise from motorbikes speeding by. I stayed for 3 days, and there was hardly any noise from other guests.

This stay really exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside Namba Subway Exit 6, and just a short walk to Takashimaya and Nankai Namba Station. It's incredibly convenient whether you're shopping, eating, or getting around, saving so much travel time. 💖 We booked a family room, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk bed. The main advantage of Sotetsu Hotels is the price. The facilities are very complete, with basic cosmetics like makeup remover and moisturizer available for self-service, and there's also a microwave. The room is indeed small, you can't fully open a 28-inch suitcase, but it's not too cramped for one person, and the space is quite well-arranged. For some reason, it was a bit noisy at night, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to Universal Studios if you exit through the back door and turn left, which means you can sleep in a bit longer in the morning. There are several restaurants across the street, and a Lawson convenience store right next door to the right. The subway station is just a short walk further. We had breakfast at Lawson every day during our stay. From the window, you can even see the Universal Studios roller coaster. The room wasn't small; a quad room with four beds was perfect for three adults and one child. The room amenities were very complete, including a REFA hairdryer, and small packets of facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. Convenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24. This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations; they had my favorite wagyu beef, ice cream, a variety of drinks, fruits, and even snacks that could double as souvenirs. However, the room felt a bit cramped and dated. For instance, there was only one chair and a small table, making it difficult to eat takeout. The TV wasn't mounted on the wall, which made the space feel even narrower. If there was a long sofa by the window, it would prevent guests from having to sit on the bed immediately upon entering the room. During checkout, I realized I had been misled by the hotel package. I thought I needed to purchase a specific bathing package for the hot springs, and that this package didn't include breakfast, requiring me to pay extra for it. In reality, all guests could use the hot springs for free. It took about 2.5 hours on the day of checkout to sort things out with the platform and get a refund for the overpayment. There's a chapel inside the hotel, which would be perfect for newlyweds to hold a reception.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka during my trip to Osaka, and overall it was a very satisfying experience, especially for a first-time solo traveler visiting the city. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely its excellent location. The hotel is conveniently connected to transportation, making it extremely easy to travel to many of Osaka’s famous attractions and shopping areas. Whether I wanted to visit Dotonbori, Umeda, Osaka Castle, or even take day trips to nearby cities, getting around was smooth and stress-free. For someone traveling alone and unfamiliar with Osaka, staying here made the entire trip feel much more comfortable and convenient. Another thing that impressed me was the service provided by the hotel staff. The front desk employees were always polite, professional, and welcoming. They greeted guests with genuine smiles and were very helpful whenever I had questions. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier, they still tried their best to assist me, which made me feel appreciated as a guest. Good hospitality can really affect the overall travel experience, and this hotel certainly delivered in that aspect. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Although the room size was slightly small, which is quite common in Japan, the facilities inside were surprisingly complete and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was provided, and the layout was efficient enough that I still felt comfortable during my stay. The in-room hot spring bath was also a very enjoyable feature. After spending long hours walking around Osaka every day, being able to relax in the warm bath at night was incredibly refreshing and helped me recover from fatigue. If I had to mention one downside, it would only be the limited room space. However, considering the location, service quality, cleanliness, and facilities, I still think this hotel offers great value overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka for the first time, especially solo travelers who want a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay.

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location on the Yotsubashi line. It's incredibly convenient for tourists, whether you're coming from the airport or returning after a day of sightseeing, as it's right outside the subway exit. This is especially good for tired travelers, as you don't have to walk far. Facilities: The hotel is somewhat like an economy business hotel. The rooms are small, the hallways aren't very wide; everything feels a bit compact. It seems well-suited for business travelers or solo guests. Service: The service is good. You can pick up amenities you need from the front desk yourself. If you want your room cleaned, you can put up a sign; otherwise, they won't clean it, but they'll leave fresh towels and amenities on your doorknob daily, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel's highlights are its hot spring and free evening drinks. The hot spring is quiet and comfortable with few people, perfect for relaxing after a long day. For those who enjoy a drink, the complimentary evening beverages can help you unwind and sleep. Food: The breakfast is also good, offering a variety of typical Japanese dishes.

The free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station (Umeda) makes it super convenient for shopping in Umeda. Plus, there's direct underground access from B1 to Keihan Nakanoshima Station, which is great for getting to Kyoto. The hotel's location in Nakanoshima is quiet and peaceful, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori. Environment: The environment is superb, right in the city center, very close to Shinsaibashi and Umeda commercial districts, just one subway stop away. The subway is the Midosuji Line (red line), and it's about a 700m walk from the hotel. It's also quiet despite being in a bustling area. I've stayed at Hotel Granvia Osaka many times, but this was my first time in a Luxury Double Room. At 35 square meters, the room is indeed spacious for Japan, offering a very open feel and beautiful views from the window. However, to be honest, the room's facilities are quite disappointing. The furniture looks very old with obvious wear and tear, and the air conditioning is a bit loud, especially at night when it's quiet, making the noise unbearable. There was also a bad smell in the bathroom. It looks like there used to be a wall-mounted phone in the bathroom, but after it broke, they just covered it with a board. The wallpaper on the ceiling is peeling, and the wallpaper in the corners is damaged. In short, the hotel's housekeeping manager should seriously inspect the room's facilities to ensure that the 'Luxury Room' truly lives up to its name.

If you opt out of breakfast, the cafe on 3rd floor facing express train station is an excellent choice for coffee and pastries. A few min walk there an excellent brunch cafe that opens at 8 am. If you arrive by train from Kyoto/Nara, it's a little past to n navigate to the hotel. Just get to the 3rd floor first around Takashimaya. Signage is mucus easier from there. Rooms are spacious. Pros: The hotel's location is superb. You can directly access the lobby from the subway without even exiting the station. Step downstairs and you're ready to explore. Daimaru Department Store and the pedestrian street are right across the road, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The views from the higher floors of the hotel are also excellent. Cons: Check-in is handled centrally and often involves queues. The lobby itself has very limited seating. The main road outside is bustling, but at night, modified cars and motorcycles create a lot of noise, which is quite noticeable even on the higher floors. Highlight - On the first night, we asked the front desk for earplugs, and the staff member was very nice and thoughtful. However, on the second night, when we went to the front desk for earplugs again, the staff had changed and their attitude was terrible. At first, they said they didn't provide earplugs. When we mentioned they did the night before, they checked and then claimed they were out of stock. Their entire demeanor was impatient and I strongly suspect they were being dishonest. One star.

The hotel's location is superb. It's a convenient 3-5 minute walk to Osakajokoen JR Station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's an elevator inside the station that goes directly to the exit. After exiting, you walk about a hundred meters along a corridor to another elevator that takes you to ground level. Cross a small bridge and an intersection, and you're at the hotel. This is incredibly convenient if you have large luggage. The hotel is situated on the northeast side of Osaka Castle Park, by a small bridge, so you can easily stroll along the castle moat anytime. Shopping and dining are also very convenient. Cross the overpass from the park's south exit, and you'll find Q's Mall. There are also countless restaurants if you walk to Kyobashi Station (and along the way). For airport transfers, take the JR line to Tennoji, then transfer to the JR Loop Line (red), and it's just six stops to Osakajokoen Station. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are excellent, especially the soundproofing – it's very quiet. The mattress and pillows are just right, providing a great sleeping environment. I genuinely think the Osaka Marriott is the best value-for-money Marriott I've ever stayed at, from the 6000+ won Jeju Marriott to Marriotts in China and Europe. Not only is it incredibly clean, but everything is also so user-friendly and convenient. The room cleaning was very timely, amenities were well-stocked, and it was a very comfortable stay. The Tennoji location is also excellent; you don't need to transfer trains to get anywhere. I used the Kansai Thru Pass, taking the JR Osaka Loop Line for nearby places and the Kuroshio express for further destinations like Kii-Katsuura – it was very useful. I booked a connecting room and requested a high floor, which they accommodated by giving me a room on the 52nd floor, though it faced south. Next time, it would be even better if I could get a north-facing room. Before going, I read some reviews and was concerned about a potential smell in the room. When we checked in, there was no smell at all. However, after going out one day and returning, I noticed a slight odor. I cranked the air conditioning to max and lowered the temperature, and after a while, the smell was gone. Others might want to try this if they encounter the same issue. Oh, and the breakfast is pretty good; at least they have Udon noodles and curry rice. You can also make your own dorayaki. Overall, I give it a five-star recommendation.

When I booked this hotel, it clearly stated that children stay for free. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that children over 7 years old would be charged. Specifically, our 7-year-old was charged the full adult rate, which amounted to 43,300 JPY for 3 nights. Despite this additional charge, there was no room upgrade to accommodate the extra cost. Attempts to resolve this with the hotel were fruitless (it was extremely difficult to communicate with the Japanese staff; they couldn't understand English, refused to acknowledge the issue, and were unwilling to take responsibility). The negotiation lasted an hour, during which my 11-month-old child was crying, and there was no offer of comfort or a solution. Due to this experience, and not because of the location, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Excellent! The bedding is so comfortable. I always choose this hotel for business trips because it's conveniently located near the subway, just a short walk away. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time!

I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and paid nearly TWD 9,000 for one night, expecting a memorable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I requested a room with a view of the Tenjin Festival fireworks through Trip.com almost two months before my stay. Trip.com later confirmed that this request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, I was only informed at check-in that my room would not have a fireworks view, leaving me with no opportunity to change my room or book another hotel. What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I asked whether my request had been received, I was met with a questioning tone and was asked if I had actually sent the message. I was then told that the hotel had only received information that it was my birthday, and that rooms with fireworks views were more expensive. However, I later checked the hotel’s official website and found that the price for those rooms was very similar to what I had already paid through Trip.com. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, the staff repeatedly told me to contact Trip.com and insisted that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. Later, Trip.com informed me that they had indeed forwarded my request to the hotel but never received a response. The room itself was clean and the facilities were nice, but good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service. I expected much better hospitality from a Hilton property, especially on such an important occasion. Sadly, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I hope the hotel will improve its communication with booking partners and provide better training for its front desk staff so that future guests do not experience the same disappointment.

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right near many popular attractions, and there are tons of dining options, from trendy spots to budget-friendly restaurants. It was clean and tidy, no complaints there. My only issue was the check-in time, which is super late at 5:00 PM – probably the latest in all of Japan. I had an overnight flight, landed at 8:00 AM, and had to tough it out until 5:00 PM to check in. My eyes were bloodshot while I was out exploring, and I even dozed off for 20 minutes at an attraction. They wouldn't let me check in early either. I really hope they can optimize the check-in time to be a bit more reasonable and guest-friendly!

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. You can walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and polite. The hotel breakfast is good, and there's an Aeon supermarket right next to the hotel, which is super convenient for shopping. The subway stations are all within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tsutenkaku Tower, just a 3-minute walk from Ebisucho Station. Shopping, dining, and transportation in the area are all very accessible. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I always have a pleasant stay here and frequently choose this hotel when I visit Osaka. I highly recommend it!

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was clean and sparkling. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly and patient, responding promptly to any requests. The soundproofing was great; it was very quiet at night, allowing for a fantastic rest. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely book here again for my next trip!

It was a single room, but the room is very small. I can't sit in a chair even though the TV is big. So, everyone, you're going to sit on the bed. The bed in front of the TV is sitting and has a habit, and it says giggle. I want you to have some more room in front of the TV. The staff was very good.
