The butler service was truly thoughtful and heartwarming. It happened to be raining heavily when we arrived, and we didn't have an umbrella with us. We were worrying about how inconvenient it would be to go out when the butler proactively offered us umbrellas, which was incredibly considerate. Any questions we had were answered patiently and meticulously, with very quick responses. The entire stay felt like we were being looked after, and the butler-style service experience was top-notch. The room environment was also comfortable, and you could feel the meticulous care everywhere. Choosing this place for accommodation when traveling is just perfect, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Traveling to Mount Putuo for blessings, I arrived the night before and chose this hotel located at Banshengdong Wharf in Shenjiamen. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the wharf. Compared to the bustling Zhujiajian Wharf, Banshengdong Wharf has much less foot traffic, which I highly recommend. Across the street from the hotel are seafood stalls, and the breakfast was decent.

I chose the right hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. The executive lounge, in particular, has a wonderful ambiance. They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Traveling with my family of four, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff always greeted us warmly. After getting to our room, I noticed a bathtub. I asked a friendly staff member if they had disposable bath liners, and to my surprise, they brought one up in less than five minutes! The next day, after coming back from sightseeing, I found a brand new, unopened one sitting by the tub. It was at that moment that I realized how excellent the housekeeping service was. When we were checking out, a manager named Wang Yang, as indicated by his name tag, told us about the shuttle frequency, helped us with our luggage, and even gave our kids little gifts 🎁. Finally, when we were storing our luggage, the two young bellhops were also very diligent. They helped us load our bags into the car when we left and even invited us back again... Also, in the morning at breakfast, our daughter wanted seaweed soup, but they didn't have it that day. I just casually asked about it, and a staff member quickly explained that it was a rotating chef schedule. She even noticed me rubbing my eyes and promptly offered me tissues. She then offered to personally prepare a bowl of seaweed soup for me, but I said a substitute was fine. All these little details they provided were definite pluses. Your hotel has been our family's choice for years, and we look forward to seeing you again next year! P.S. The blessing pouch our child is wearing on her chest was a gift from Manager Wang Yang, and she absolutely loves it 💕.

The view of the sea and Zhujiajian Bridge was stunning, especially on a sunny afternoon when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring our dog. The female owner was very welcoming, and the underground parking wasn't as inconvenient as some reviews suggested. It's located at the main entrance between buildings 3 and 4, leading directly to building 4. There are signs, although there are only a few spaces available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room this season. Although it was November, the humidity meant the windows could only be opened slightly, making the room stuffy and sweaty due to condensation. Everything else was great.

For my business trip to Zhoushan, I chose the Hampton by Hilton Zhoushan Xin Cheng, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The lobby facilities are well-equipped, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The room features smart voice control, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. I'm very satisfied. Recommended!

What a coincidence, Huan Xiaopeng perfectly met our needs: comfortable accommodation, close proximity to the pier for activities, and a wide selection of nearby dining options. The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot-on, catering to various dietary preferences. The restaurant service was attentive, and dishes were replenished promptly. We also enjoyed walking around the hotel's beautifully landscaped grounds, which provided great photo opportunities. As a couple, the atmosphere here was just right – not overly noisy, yet not dull or boring. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, reflecting thoughtful management. We encountered no frustrating issues during our stay. Both the quality of the facilities and the staff's service truly lived up to the Sheraton brand standards. If I travel to Zhoushan again, I would still prioritize staying at the Greentown Sheraton and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Zhoushan. It's an excellent choice for couples, business travelers, or families on a short vacation.
